Every single time I've visited over the past year, I've been warmly welcomed the moment I walked through the doors. The customer service here is genuinely outstanding. Whether I'm dropping in for a quick project or seeking help with numerous items across multiple trips, the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I need. The store strikes the perfect balance: it's small enough to feel like a friendly neighborhood gem, yet it is stocked well enough to satisfy a surprisingly wide variety of home improvement needs. It's a breath of fresh air compared to the giant big-box stores where finding an employee that can assist often proves a challenge.

I do, but I'm not ready yet and so I was able to browse, ponder and figure out what I am doing and what they have. After a bit, I have some ideas but I'm not yet ready to commit. But when I am, I'll be back to here to get the bits. [Review 564 of 2026 - 1425 in South Carolina - 25746 overall]

The edges crack when clicking together. However, the store refused to let us return for a full refund. Their policy is to charge a 25% restocking fee even though there was a manufacturing defect. Even in our case where everyone agreed it was defective the "regional manager" still refused to refund. So we are out 25% and the money it cost to pay our installers. They also had a customer service rep call us per their policy from overseas who had no idea about our case and also refused to refund our 25% fee. I'm assuming they plan to resell this defective product since we had to pay for "restocking" which seems criminal. I have never encountered a store with such a horrible policy and negligent upper management. We plan to sue them for the 25% they owe us because that is only fair.
