Unfortunately, there seems to be a consistent lack of customer service, consideration, and basic empathy. During my most recent visit, the woman I spoke with...who had glasses and shoulder length hair...was in the middle of making soap, which I understood she couldn't immediately stop. However, when I explained what I was looking for, instead of offering assistance or even a bit of understanding, I felt completely brushed off. This same dismissive attitude has been present every time I've visited. Because of these repeated experiences, I will no longer be a customer, and I won't be recommending this business to anyone...

Not my male cut-of-tea, but you can see immediately why this is an attraction for women. This is not a place for old antiques, but for replicas of antiques. Guys, you can score points by having the grace to go in with your wife and shop with her. It is an amazing experience and your spouse will give you a compliment to enduring it with her.

Sabrina greeted me when I entered the store and immediately had solutions for my returns and new purchases. I had placed an online order an hour earlier as I left the Independence Blvd Store that morning hoping to snag a clearance item. As I was directed to the section of the store for the patio cushions, I was going to return and purchase matching cushions, as the Pineville store definitely had more inventory! Again, Sabrina was training a new cashier and was so helpful to both of us as we navigated the process to get me out of there. In addition, Lourdes helped to expedite and bring the item that I ordered online to me, which was so generous! Both of these team members went above and beyond in customer service for me today and I wanted the district manager and the store manager to please recognize both of them and let them know that I'm telling everyone to shop at the Pineville store, even though I live Uptown. Thank you so much Sabrina and Lourdes for making my day and my interaction with you both so easy and enjoyable.

Great part was after that customer came back and checked out. The employee proceeded to make sure all receipt registers were stocked and then walked off. What I perceived to be the manager called on the intercom for additional help after that employee walked off. But, he sat there behind the checkout counter and proceeded to chat with an employee for another 5 minutes instead of maybe manning the checkout himself... When I finally checked out, 10-15 minutes later, the backup checkout help never showed up and I checked out with the other attendee. I think next time I'll just order off Amazon, it would of probably been quicker!
