Very helpful and informative (and non-pushy) salesman, Mooen. He craftily keep the waste carpet yardage to a minimum after measuring in our home. His two carpet layers worked long and hard and did a tremendously fine job of getting the furniture moved in/out and the carpet laid well! Well-done job! I can heartily recommend. read more

Jay at Carpet & Flooring saved the day! They were able to install my carpet the next day after Empire Today suddenly canceled my carpet installation. I only wish I had called Jay first, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. Rare to find such great service!! I would highly recommend this company! I plan to have them install my basement floors in the near future. read more

Carpet & Flooring Liquidators - Photo of new carpet on my staircase. - Carpeting Near Me - Pineville, North Carolina

A few months ago, this business opened across the street from Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte ( where South Boulevard turns into Polk Street just south of I-485). Even though this particular location is new, the owner is not new to the flooring industry (also owns and operates the Carpet & Rug Superstores located throughout Charlotte, Gastonia, and Rock Hill). He is very knowledgeable about flooring, and is very friendly and helpful. The showroom here is expansive and I was impressed with the beautiful selection of hardwood flooring and wide range of carpeting options. The sales people were helpful but not pushy or overly aggressive. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for new flooring options for your home or business! read more

Fabulous service, great prices and a perfect installation. This was one of the easiest and most seamless parts of upgrading our new home. Moeen was a pleasure - very friendly, helpful and professional. Strongly recommend. read more

Have used this store twice in the past year and both their service and pricing are both excellent. Just worked with Jay who was very professional and right on time. He sent the quote as promised and delivered the carpet on time with two excellent installers. Last December we worked with Mickey and had great service as well. Would recommend this store to anyone pricing carpet as they have a great selection at reasonable prices. The installers are great and very fast and professional. read more

Manager followed me around the store while NOT WEARING A MASK!! I do not get it. It's a mandate. Maybe it's not for you but what about others?!?! How hard is it? Keep it in your pocket and put it on when someone walks in. read more

Absolute professionalism from walking into the IMMACULATE store to the final walk-around with the installer. We were very impressed with Moeen's extensive knowledge and pleased with his laid back, non-aggressive salesmanship. Hector, who installed our carpeting was friendly, respectful and dynamite at his craft. After doing business with this company, I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will refer them any chance I get. Well done. read more

Moeen and his installation crew were wonderful! I was so impressed by his knowledge, honesty, flexibility, and professionalism. Angel and his team were fast and efficient workers- but quality did not suffer. They clearly knew what they were doing. They worked hard and smart! Will definitely use them again for our next flooring project! read more

We purchased a new home and needed new carpeting in the bedrooms and a durable family/game room flooring. Moeen was wonderful to work with; he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He listened to our "needs and wants" for flooring and guided us to great choices. Needing hard surface flooring in what will be a high traffic area (movie viewing, exercise equipment, dog and cat running around, pool table, wet bar, etc) he showed us a product we would never have considered, luxury vinyl planks. Commercial durability yet looks like wood (and doesn't have that annoying hollow clicky sound that laminate does, won't scratch like hardwood, more durable than cork). Moeen also helped us choose a terrific carpet and padding for the bedrooms that is wonderful, thick and cushy. It feels very luxurious :) I can't say enough about how great Moeen was to work with. He took care of everything in advance, measuring all areas, giving fair and accurate quotes and directing his installers on how to handle the more challenging aspects of our particular installation. He anticipated any hurdles and had it all covered. Also, the installers were excellent. George, Richard and one other fellow (I didn't get his name) all did an outstanding job! Of all of our home improvements prior to moving in, the flooring was the least stressful and I know that has everything to do with Moeen and the folks at Carpet & Flooring Liquidators. We had visited other flooring stores and they just seemed shady, like stereotypical used car salesmen. It's a tremendous comfort to know that should any issues arise, we've purchased from a company that's local and has been around for years and are professional in every part of the sales and installation process. read more

Very good experience from showroom to installation. Installers were the best I have ever had. Will definitely use again! Lee Cook Charlotte read more

I'm having a hard time giving this review because it's not a reflection of the business owners; but more about the workers. There's definitely a lack of communication. We had an appointment his past Saturday to have laminates placed in 3 bedrooms and carpet in a fourth. The workers showed up 2 hours later than the appointment time. They only completely finished 2 bedrooms. They left our house at 9pm. They rescheduled to finished the work today. Tuesday. Just 3 days later. They were supposed to have been here at 9am. It's now 12:45pm and they're still not here. 3 hours past our appointment time today. I called the store and was told they were in Gastonia getting our carpet since the wrong measurements were cut last Saturday. Why question is....If you knew his last week--why did you wait until this morning to go have the carpet cut?? I took off work today to have this done and I could have been at work until they were prepared. The work is nice but I'll never use them again or recommend them. My time is more valuable and a simple phone call would have sufficed. I had to make the call to inquire on there whereabouts. Not to mention..they left mallots, hammers and personal clothing behind. Never again. read more

Had a great experience at this store. Was looking for a carpet runner for a hallway and wasn't able to find anything pre-made at any of the normal home type stores so I set off on my quest to find one that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg. Went in and told the friendly sales man what I was looking for and was directed straight back to the remnants section where I was able to find the perfect piece! It was seriously what I had in my head, before I knew it existed. I realize that this is just a coincidence, but it happened and I couldn't be happier. Went to the store on Saturday afternoon and had my completed carpet, with bound edges back on Monday!! And they were even nice enough to load it into my car for me. We recently bought our house and I kind of hate the flooring upstairs, so when the time comes that I can no longer stand it, I wouldn't think twice about going back to this store. read more

We have just purchased a new home and needed to change the carpet in all the bedrooms and replace it with hardwood in a few of the others. I shopped around at different stores but based on all the great yelp reviews decided to stop in at the Carpet and Flooring Liquidators! I am so glad I did! All the reviews about great service, quality products are true! Jay took his time to listen to exactly what we needed and even drove out to our place on a Sunday to help us match hardwoods with the existing hardwoods downstairs. He was patient and flexible when it came to working within our budget and made sure he found us both carpet and hardwoods we would be happy with. Angel and his crew installed and they were done with all the carpet and hardwood installation in a day!!! Amazing! I completely would recommend Jay and everyone at Carpet and Flooring Liquidators. It was a great experience and I will be going back to get my stairs done there. Thanks Jay and everyone...AWESOME JOB!!! read more

We just had two incredibly wonderful experiences with Carpet & Flooring Liquidators. Hands down, a superb experience. We did not know about them until a trusted friend of a friend highly reccomended Carpet & Flooring. We researched other places and decided that through Mickey Ledford's (store manager/ flooring business 40 years) obvious expertise and precise timeline, that we would try them. Plus, there is a lifetime guarantee. We (including our designer) were very pleased and impressed with the vast selection and quality, quickly realizing that Carpet & Flooring Liquidators is the best kept secret in town. In the midst and chaos of the renovations and move (involving seven different contract groups that were all very good), Carpet & Flooring Liquidators stayed right on price (awesome deals on current styles) as well as schedule. 2,000 square feet of carpet installed in ONE day, 2,000 square feet of hardwoods installed in record time, as well as beautiful tile in the laundry room. Top notch designers, contractors and realtors could not say enough about the beauty and craftsmanship involved with the entire installation and product. Thank you thank you thank you. We feel very blessed to have met Mickey, Axel (who came through super well - see next post) and all the other hardworking, professional, high quality workers involved with this stellar project. I thought I posted the "tip" correctly - wanted to add that we experienced a flood from something the inspector missed about the house in the dishwasher four days after moving in after weeks of renovations. We just want to add that Mickey and AXEL came to the rescue immediately. They worked directly with the insurance company with no glitches and within days of the subfloors drying AXEL had perfectly completed the project again, not only adding us to his son h exile riby away, but matching the wood, too thing it it, sanding more wood, staining exactly the same color - all good as new with NO problems. Amazing!!!! read more

Do not trust this company. They require $500 upfront and I was verbally told that my money would be returned if I opted out. Not true. The measurement was 500 square feet more than was needed and when I opted out, I was told that my down payment wouldn't be returned. Now in dispute. This place is deceitful. DO NOT TRUST and DO NOT put money down without being in writing that it will be returned and DO NOT trust their measurement. I had 2 other measurements and both were the same. The extra 500 square feet would've cost me $500 more. They are also own another large carpet company on South Blvd. It's all a big scam plus the manager berated me for asking for my money returned and is now still attempting to charge me for nothing. Complete liar. read more

We recently had cork floors installed over a 2 day period; marvelous job with attention to detail and excellent customer service. Moeen Niazi was the manager we dealt with; we highly recommend him for his discerning eye for design and knowledge about flooring products. The installers are fantastic as well. Overall this is the best experience we have had purchasing flooring of any type; will definitely use again and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a job well done! read more

Great prices, awesome service, installation team was on time and really professional. The best part? My new floors are awesome! I had carpet removed from a stair case, hallway, and two bedrooms and replaced it with hard wood on the stairs and in the hall and new carpet in the bedrooms. read more

We worked with Jay. His expertise in carpets was really helpful. We started shopping for carpeting at the big box stores, but not one person really understood our needs. We have 2 Yorkies and carpet care with our 2 dogs were really important. Since we consider this house our last, we wanted the best. We also read their reviews and compared to the big stores and names, Carpet & Flooring Liquidators came out on top for us. We highly recommend Jay and his team. read more

We recently had Carpet & Flooring Liquidators install hardwoods floors in our house. Angel and his crew did an excellent job of removing the existing flooring and installing the new flooring. We had a great experience with Muhammad who helped us navigate all of our wood flooring options. He was great in communicating with us throughout the process and gave us the best price possible. Angel and his crew removed all of our carpet and installed new floors in one day and came back a second time to spot clean for us. I'd recommend this store to any friend or family member looking to redo their floors. We're so happy with our new floors! read more

We were thinking of putting wood flooring in our bedroom, and had concerns about matching what was in our living/dining room floor. Friends of ours recommended that we try this store, since they had good experience with them. Our salesman, Mickey, helped us with our selection, brought samples to our home, we chose our flooring and in less than a week later it was installed. The men who installed the floor were very professional, efficient, and neat. Our overall experience was excellent. read more

I recently bought carpet again from Moeen at Carpet & Flooring Liquidators in Pineville. I would highly recommend checking out this store for your flooring needs. We purchased a new home in the area and I wanted to re-do the carpet before move. Jay and the rest of the staff were very helpful, well priced, and easy to reach for any questions. From the showroom floor to the installation crew -this team provided outstanding customer service. Like me - you'll probably shop around for the best price...but like me, you'll end up here. read more

After riding to a handful of places on Saturday afternoon we stopped by Carpet & Flooring Liquidators. Muhammad helped us pick out a carpet for our upstairs that my wife absolutely loves. The install crew did excellent work. They actually showed up early and had everything done that same day. I definitely recommend this store and ask for Muhammad if he is working! read more

I never like walking into home improvement types of stores. I always anticipate the hard sell. That being the case, I have to say I knew very quickly this was going to be the place where we would purchase our new floors. I am so happy with the product and customer service that I received at Carpet & Flooring Liquidators!!! My husband and I were searching for a floor that would withstand 2 kids and 2 dogs. Since we were replacing everything on the first floor, we wanted to make sure we got a great product, yet kept it within the boundaries of our budget. We were impressed with the available selection which was much better than what was available at our local home improvement stores. We were also able to take a large sample home, which is so much better than stressing over colors while laying a note card sized sample on the floor (that you pay for). We had the pleasure of working with Moeen. His sales approach was the best! He was incredibly detail oriented, made valuable suggestions and answered all of our questions all without hovering. We didn't feel pressured. We felt completely excited to move forward! Moeen personally measured our home, at which time he put our mind at ease about the product and color we selected. Although we handled the tear out, Angel and his crew were able to install the entire flooring in one day. The floor looks beautiful!!! I would definitely recommend (and have recommended) Carpet and Flooring Liquidators to anyone. Top notch business! read more
