It was time to stop trying to clean the carpet in our upstairs bedrooms and finally replace it,…read moreeven though we didn't want to spend the money. I spent a lot of time looking at the massive selection at Carpet Discount Warehouse and finally chose one that I thought would be perfect. Got an amazing price on the carpet, and they booked the installation right away. The crew rolled in and out of my house in no time, moved all the furniture, cleared away all the mess and left me with 2 gorgeous rooms of carpet. Went back and found a jute remnant and had them make me a runner from it, just the size I needed. Great products, terrific prices, great service and expert installation. Couldn't be happier with Carpet Discount Warehouse!

Happy with our tv room's new beige nylon Phenix/Griffith Park Cottage plush carpet with 8 1/2…read more spillguard pad. Our total costs were $1,332. If you have a similar sized room, here is the breakdown. We paid $2.60 a sq foot for what appears durable, attractive nylon carpet, and this seems less per square foot than similar carpet at a big box store. The actual size of our tv room is about 16 feet by 16 feet, (256 square feet), but the sales person upsized the square footage to 300 square feet for the job, making sure that we had enough carpet. (We've got plenty left over and put it in our garage work area) Our costs for this room is $1,332 total with $171 going to the installers and $1,161.53 going to Carpet Discount Warehouse. We saved money by moving furniture ourselves, and we could have saved more money by picking a cheaper carpet, but the nylon carpets are durable for high traffic areas and kids. If you are trying to figure out your own costs, this our breakdown: To Carpet Warehouse--300 square feet x $2.60 for carpet=$780, + 300 sq feet x .80 for new carpet padding=$240,+ Warranty of Installation $15(note, this doesn't come with any paperwork---not sure what it covers),+ Disposal of carpet 300x.08= $24 and Disposal of pad 300x.08= $24 for a subtotal of $1,083 and add tax 7.25% for $1,161.53. The labor was reasonable- $135 base fee plus 300 square feet x .06=$18 for taking up carpet and .06x300=$18 to take up pad---Total $171 labor for installation, and we paid this directly to the installers who professionally got the job done in less than an hour. There are some nice affordable carpet remnant deals in the back of the Carpet Discount Warehouse, and one can also get remnants made into area rugs. We would get carpet here again.

I returned with the samples and we went over the numbers for an estimate. For the excellent quality of the hardwood flooring I chose, I was very pleased with the price, which included installation. Due to unforeseen problems with damage under the floor, I kept in touch with Mr Greg to let the team know that repairs needed to be made before the flooring was installed. He was patient and understanding, and he assured me that whenever I was ready to have the job done, just call and they'll schedule the installation. When I was finally able to call for the installation, I was promptly put on the schedule. Mr Juan did an amazing job! He was right on time for his 9am appointment, and I'm very impressed with his attention to detail. The frame around the marble of the fireplace came out beautifully, the new boards line up perfectly with the old wood flooring, and he masterfully avoided any damage to the very thin internet cable that goes through the floor. I can't recommend this company and their services enough!

We had an issue that required prompt attention, and they accommodated my family during this time of need. The quality of work they provided was also exceptional. So everything was paid for, and the appointment was made to install the carpet. Supposedly " " they showed up, but couldn't install. They said they couldn't install because they didn't have any room to cut the carpet. They couldn't use their power tools because we didn't have electricity set up yet. They couldn't cut the carpet because the garage had building things in it and we did not have a driveway yet. This is the kicker..... no appointment was made, and they broke into the back of the house and installed the carpet without anyone knowing. NOTHING HAS CHANGED from the time that they supposedly showed up. Power tools??? You don't need power tools to install carpet. You have your tracks and you have your carpet that you have to cut and put down. Honestly, I should have made a police report. What company breaks into your house and does this?!?! As far as the quality that is to be seen... as I said, in the beginning, this company needs to be ran more efficient. I am still confused on how an appointment was made and they couldn't do their job yet broke into the house on a no appointment made day and did it when nothing has changed?!? I would rethink your choices and do some homework before you decide on this company.
