I was on the phone so really wasn't looking for assistance. Next thing I knew she was silently behind me helping move the rugs to make it easier for me. How sweet that was. I got off the phone and we chatted. She had the guys take down the rugs for me. They were just as sweet. She gave me tips and pros and cons on my looks. She was incredibly patient, kind and helpful. I have to tell you that this is really the best place to buy a rug. They eve let you take the rug home and try it out for 7 days. We brought 2 of them back and Sean promptly took care of them. However, we still have the problem of screws falling out of the stools. So I would not purchase another one of those. Once the dining room set was paid off, we returned to get our leather sectional sofa. This was literally just unloaded from the truck and in the warehouse. Once again, Sean walked around with us until we saw what we liked. Since this purchase, we have gone back and purchased a Queen sized bedroom set for our sons room and will be going back today to purchase the King sized bedroom set that my wife has always wanted. Each time, estimates have been made on time and they have shown up early for every job ready to work. Prices are always competitive and the materials have been exactly what was specified. One installation was on a difficult set of open stairs. Let me tell you the end result is a work of art. You can not see a single seam or fold. I spoke with the installer and he has been doing his craft for over twenty years. It shows in the level of detail. You don't normally notice these things but if the job looked bad, it would be obvious. It's like the stitching in a nice car. You don't really see it unless it's not right. The most recent job was to completely re carpet an office. The crew showed up at 7:20am and worked for fifteen hours straight to finish the whole place so we could reopen. They did the tear out, removed all the cove base, leveled the floor where they found cracks in the subfloor and reinstalled everything after gluing down new carpet. They called me at 10:30pm for me to come lock up. When I Came back, they had cleaned up and even moved the larger furniture back. These guys work hard. Arturo-thank you for getting it done. I would encourage you to get an estimate from them and see for yourself. As for the one bad review they have on here, I would encourage you to click on that yelper's many other one star reviews. Sometimes if you have nothing nice to say.... In any event, we will continue to use them in the future and have added them to our list of approved contractors for our commercial properties.
