So I told the guys what the issue was, and explained what mistakes were made by the GC and how to fix it and do it right. I made several trips back-and-forth as I needed more stain (not knowing how much would be absorbed). Each and every time, the guys were professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Management needs to be aware and either close the day before Christmas if that's what their attitude was about or talk to their staff about customer service. Other Sherwin-Williams stores have not had this level of customer service. The one good thing I can say about my interaction is that the employee who rang me up actually looked up the Contractor's name for a discount on the paint without me asking.

Purchased Romabio Masonry from here for an unsealed/unpainted brick house. Did not cover in 2 coats…read morelike Romabio advertised. Did not even completely cover in 3 either :/ Romabio says I have to get a refund through Magnolia but Magnolia says it's our fault for not using primer even though Romabio says directly on the can and TDS no need for primer on unsealed/unpainted brick. Romabio agreed to give magnolia credit for the product but Christine said she wouldn't 'feel comfortable' giving us a refund for any amount. Christine lied to Romabio that she had warned us to use primer on our unsealed brick. I will never use Magnolia Paint again... Christine was not sympathetic that I was out over $2,000. She said she had to look out for her store even though Romabio agreed the product had not lived up to its description and I should be issued a refund. Same with their corporate manager Christy. She started the conversation by saying she didn't have much time for me even though I had just informed her that her store manager Christine had hung up on me. I also reached out to the owner and have not received a response. I attached a picture of the brick with 3 coats. As you can see, the finish is threadbare even though Romabio advertises their paint as a 2 coat, 'uniform', 'opaque' system with no need for primer on unsealed brick.

However, they do have a nice selection and will prepare for pick up. Beats going to other big box stores because if you wait for a break in the phone calls the employee can actually provide an answer to your painting questions.

She explained the wait to shake the can because I got a dark color and she also suggested a primer that would work well with the paint for the item I was decorating. I was also thankful that she gave me a contractor discount on the products because as you know Benjamin Moore is not cheap lol. Just an overall great experience and this was probably my 4th or 5th visit here.
