great customer service Travis is knowledgeable helpful paint rep very positive and professional

Ended up at Sherwin-Williams after my fur babies scratched the paint off the main door of the house (dog separation anxiety... anyone have tips for me?). I had no idea what color paint I needed to fix their mess and all I had to go on was a 10 year old can of dried up paint I found in the garage. The staff at the store was very courteous and helped me color match the paint I found but in a different gloss. After applying a coat to the door and the trim, everything looks brand new! The color matches the rest of the house exactly. Thank you for helping me fix it! read more

Used to love the Sherwin-Williams paint store in New Mexico. However this location was not likable. There were other employees there, but we had to wait for the 2 that were assisting other customers. We had paint color picked out and amount we needed ready to go. We waited a while for other people to make a decision and after 30 minutes of no assistance we walked out and found another paint store. read more

When we first came to this store, we were getting our house ready for sale. Pretty sure that the quality of the paint job had a lot to do with the look and feel of our home, as potential buyers walked through and we received many compliments. Now that we're in the house that will hopefully be our last house to buy, we are again investing in higher quality materials because we want the job to look good for a long a time. Our experience with the helpful staff at this store continues to exceed expectations... although we now always expect great attention and very helpful recommendations. So far, we've removed wallpaper galore and painted many walls, scraped down and painted popcorn ceilings, painted laminate kitchen cabinets -- all was drab and gloomy. Now everything is fresh and uplifting... and the quality of the paint makes it easy (or I should say, easier) work and sure to last a long while. The only time we've gone elsewhere for paint was to do the white cheap paint job for our citrus tree trunks. Even that, I wonder, if we should invest in buying the better quality you find here, so it will last longer. Anyone you deal with at this store is helpful and knowledgeable, although we do have our favorites. ;-) read more

If you need paint matched, don't bother stopping at this store, because the employees clearly have no training and have no business working in a paint store. Took in a can of paint, needed it matched but made to a flat, the other guy told the girl (who helped me) what can to get. She started working. About 10 minutes later she showed the paper she used with the original paint on it, and then with the flat color with it. She admitted it wasn't quite the same color but she could keep adding tint to it. I said you are right it doesn't match, but I am not going to stand here while you try and figure it out. She then had the nerve to put the color on the lid of the container she had been working on and wanted me to pay for it, seriously!!!! I said I'm not paying for a color that you admitted DOES NOT match the can I brought in. She said you asked me to do it. I said too bad you can't mix paint like you are supposed to, give me MY original can back so I can leave!! That store does not deserve the JD Power awards that is so proudly stuck to the front door!!!!! Sherwin Williams needs trained employees in their store!!! read more

Walked into the store on a Saturday morning and was greeted by crickets. No one was in the store. After waiting a moment I heard someone on the phone in the back, so I hollered, "Hello." Still nothing. I waited five minutes and still no one came to the front. I pulled out my phone and dialed the store number thinking this might bring someone to the front and/or get them to answer the phone, so I could tell them I was standing up front waiting for assistance. The phone just rang and rang for a good two minutes with no one bothering to answer. I hung up and in between echo's of someone pounding a mallet (I assume closing a paint lid) I did one last holler trying to get some help. A clearly frazzled lady came to the front and huffed, "If you need something it will take me over and hour." No "hello", no "how can I help you." I mean seriously, talk about no customer service! Even if you are having a bad day that's no reason to act like this. I promptly sat down my armful of painting supplies and turned to leave saying, "Never mind." When she let out a, "have a good day." I turned and asked for her name. She said it was Jessica. Is this her real name? Don't know. All I know is I will never return to this store again if this is how they treat their retail customers. I went across the street and bought my paint and supplies (over $100 worth) at the local hardware box store. read more

This is an excellent paint store. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Sherwin Williams has a great selection of products for most all painting applications. We love using their superpaint line as well as their professional and industrial coatings. read more

Sherwin-Williams Paint Store - This has been our favorite paint store for years. Acppaintingllc.com - Paint Stores Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

No customer service! Stood at the cashier waiting my turn. I was totally ignored while the two guys working kept helping every painter (in white pants and white shirts that said Sherwin Williams) coming in after me. I will never return to this store! read more

Evan is the kind of employee every business should have. I came in today with a ton of questions and he was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. The store was clean and they had a wide variety of paint. read more

Well supplied too bad the guy working in the store didn't know anything about paint. Bright colors wide selection clean store but if you want any help keep driving to ace, the Home Depot or lowes because all three give much better customer service than this store read more

I was pretty apprehensive going into this store due to the bad reviews but, wow, what difference a year must make. My husband and I went in to get a free color swatch book from a coupon we got in the mail. What we thought would be a 5 min in and out turned into a 30 minute discussion on the perfect color for our preference and furniture color. Mandy, the assistant manager of the store, was extremely interactive and eager to help. I've honestly never met anyone so enthusiastic and excited about paint. And she took the time to listen to us, asked the perfect questions and was just extremely helpful. We really felt welcome in the store and like she genuinely cared about us making the right paint decision. I'm very excited to actually find a color and bring in more information so she can help us again. It seems this company listened to their customers' needs and upgraded staff. Well done. We will be returning and recommending this store and Mandy as we left with such a great impression. read more

First time I went to this store was around 2 years ago. Picked up the paint I wanted in the color I wanted. The employee helped me pick out the right kind for what I needed and carried it to my car, easy enough. Fast forward to end of July or maybe early August of this year. Walk in and the employees have NO idea what they are doing. Neither do I, but I don't work there. They do greet you immediately, but that's probably because they are bored since the store is completely dead. I was looking for exterior paint. I asked about the 5 gallon containers and was told they were not able to mix them in that store. Ok, I thought, no big deal, will just get 5-1 gallon and pour into a 5 gallon bucket. Go home and husband tells me he was told on the phone they can do that, hmmm ok?. Ended up going back 3 times because they ran out of the base paint, it was during the 40% sale. When my husband goes to start using the paint, 2 out of the 5 cans were mixed. Should I have checked...yeah probably, but I just assumed they were mixed. And maybe they were mixed but separated the next day? I don't know. We got the emerald paint and for the price even with 40% you expect a certain amount of customer service, right? Husband went to the store last week and asked for a product and was told they didn't have it., but we've both seen it in other stores and they sale it online. This store is frustrating and I'm beginning to think the reason it was dead is because no one wants to shop there except maybe the professionals. It's packed there on Saturdays. It appears to be run by people that have NO idea about what they are selling. Will be looking for a better store further away from home or using another brand. Not worth the hassle. read more
