I must say that on April 8, 2026 I had the best service experience at this location by a young man African-American young man named Jock I believe that's how it's spelt paint department. I believe I'm in a wheelchair. I couldn't find a certain paint young man said if you can come I can match it for you. He came out to the car. Took my paint matched. It helped me get the things I needed and brought it out to me with the biggest smile and a firm handshake. I know because they're supposed to give us the best of customer service, but I believe this young man went on and beyond it made me so very happy. Entered the store, and was not acknowledged by the 1 employee on the floor. Looked around for almost 5 minutes, waiting, even though we need what we needed. Another employee emerged from the back and offered assistance. Requested samples but was told samples were no longer offered for purchase, due to the pandemic? Was told because of that, they could sell a full size. No discount on the full size, just that was the solution. Was confusing. Poor communicator and not sure how a paint shop will function not offering samples. We went to Catalina and was able to get them a sample. We have been Sherwin William's folks, but after this experience will not be returning to this store as we continue our remodel. read more

The bad reviews is the universal experience in this store. I came in to get 5 samples to try out. The man working at the store looked like he was doing me a favor by even talking to me. When I asked to get small paint sample to try on the walls, he said that each sample cost $30, while the same samples at Lowe's would be $3-5. Of course I ended up getting paint from a different store because who wants to deal with this crap. read more

Went into this store hoping to receive a little higher quality service then Lowe's or HD as far as getting suggestions and information. There was another couple already there being helped by the one store clerk. Although I approached the same table as them and took a seat, we were never greeted or told the typical "I will be with you in a moment". The clerk continued to talk with this other couple for at least 15 minutes after they had chosen their paints at which point we decided to just leave. I guess we will just stick with Home Depot/Lowe's. read more

I know absolutely nothing about paint. The store associates Eric was super helpful and answered my questions about color, shades, and quality. He also gave some great tips and suggestions. I would highly recommend you find Eric when you stop in (who should be a store manager if he isn't already). The store itself is nicely laid out and there is a Keurig Coffee machine/filtered water as well. I will definitely come back for my next project. read more

I went to this Sherwin-Williams Store looking to purchase some paint for my bedroom. I arrived at the store about 45 minutes to closing and spent about 20 minutes in the store. During this time I listened to the sales employees chat about everything but work and at no point did anyone bother to even say hello. Once I decide on a few paint colors I went to the register, where I was still not greeted and felt as if I was intruding on their conversation. The employees were extremely disengaged and offered no assistance even as I was ready to check out. I will NOT be returning to this store. read more

By the time I made my way to this Sherwin Williams store, I was already pretty frustrated & disheartened in my search for a true, neutral gray, not one that ended up looking blue/purple/green/brown on my walls. The moment I walked into this store, I could hear the angels sing. They had the most well-organized selection of paint chips; the "inspiration books" were actually useful and listed colors generously & extensively; there was a table + 4 chairs by the paint chips so I could actually sit down and properly examine my color choices. To make things even better, the table faced a large, bright window, which really helped combat the usually-icky fluorescent in such commercial buildings. The staff member that assisted me, Ashley, was helpful, cordial and professional. I conveyed my frustration about finding a true neutral gray and she explained undertones, the nature of colors (everything is a mix) etc in a simple, straightforward manner. I finally managed to pick out a NEUTRAL GRAY (Silverpointe, in case you're in the same predicament), and was happier than a bird with a french fry. They also had a pricing chart that listed all their various paints + respective characteristics/qualities, making it easy to compare. Unfortunately, with all this awesomeness comes a high price tag, and I ultimately had "Silverpointe" color-matched at Home Depot instead, since I had a lot of square footage to cover. But that said, Sherwin-Williams will now be my first stop in paint-hunting, and for smaller projects that didn't require multiple gallon cans, I would certainly like to purchase from them. Other practicalities: They have a parking lot upfront, street parking also available. I'll be back! read more

I would give it zero stars because they were zero gel but if you want to just walk in and grab some paint and don't need help maybe that would work. read more

Went in to get low voc paint for a nursery. I wanted to color match colors for a rainbow I was painting. I was told that I needed to reprint paper size to cover one inch space to color match. I confirmed that I could get the color in small size. She confirmed I could get in quart size and held a sample of it for me to see. So home I drove 20 minutes each way. One very slow person in front and I waited 10 minutes for her to mix paint for someone else. Only to have managed to come from nowhere to help. I gave her paper sample and she said they don't color match low voc paint AND the smallest size for that paint is one gallon each. I said I just drive 40 minutes and she said yeah she heard the person tell me the wrong thing and told her after I i left. I said you heard her tell me wrong thing and let me leave to drive 40 minutes. Wtf?!?! Terrible manager worse employee first and last time in. They suck I saw response from Sherman Williams and called the number there. I was told it was wrong number and a manager would call me back. we shall see. I'm happy to tell anyone about bad experience. read more

Michael the new Manager is great to deal with and has made a quite a difference in the way this store runs. It's a pleasure to shop there. Michael personally helped me with a problem and really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Early-morning trip to the the store to buy wood stain to match a porcelain tile for our kitchen. It was incredibly difficult to match to make and the team didn't incredible job, was really nice and very patient about the whole process. They also did it very quickly. I bought paint there a few weeks ago. One of the managers helped me. The experience was smooth and problem free. This past Saturday the paint crew was running short of paint due to the odd crevices in the surface, so they asked me to get more paint. I raced to this store, only to find myself TWO minutes too late. When I came back Sunday morning, with the paint crew waiting, there were two "kids" on duty, and I do mean kids. The female glanced up from her IPhone long enough to say "hi," and then resumed playing with her device. The male was at the counter busily making a sign of some sort. I asked for the paint I needed. His response was to tell me that they had a flood so they won't be selling paint today, because the computers don't work. Needless to say, I was not pleased. It is not his fault that there was a flood, but still... I commented that this is my second trip to get the paint, to which he replied, I know. I saw you last night at the door." Ask me how that made me feel? I decided to leave now that I realized he had watched me at the door. As I left, this arrogant jerk called out, "have a nice day!" Sarcasm? Really? Love a paint store? Well, when they do it this right, I do. The guys allowed me to buy the paint base while the sale lasted, and then kept it for me until I could decide on the colors. When I went back to get the paint, the mixing process was speedy. Perfect customer service. Easy parking in an area where that is not always the case.
