Mike came out the next day and presented an estimate for the house exterior that I could deal with. The next day we selected the colours and power washing was performed. Over the next couple of days the work was completed, Mike came over to inspect and soon after a painter showed up to do touch ups for the next six hours. It made a huge difference, it was wonderful. Considering the condition of the house prior to the work, this was a great job and at a very competitive price. Pleased with the fast response time and the quality of the work. They painted the interior of our last home in 2018, stained a deck for us in 2020, and painted the interior of the new construction home we've lived in for just over a year. Each time they have responded to our inquiry promptly, communicated clearly regarding job pricing, timing, and expectations, and completed the work on (or ahead of) schedule. I was expected to remove pictures and anything else attached to the walls, and the crew handled outlet plates, blinds, and everything else. They were efficient, polite, and we are extremely pleased with the results. For all three jobs, we've found the pricing to be competitive and everyone from the estimators to the project managers to the crews have gone out of their way to make sure we're happy with the work. We won't hesitate to use Foothills again when the time comes.

I honestly could have made the room look better myself. I paid over $500 (NOT including paint) for a single room due to multiple paint colors, and then they didn't even bother to let the paint dry between coats. They didn't use tape to create straight lines. The room looked so bad that I had to call Matt to come back out, which to his credit he did. However even after his touch up there are several spots that are not done well, something several of my clients/coworkers have commented on. I had to do touch ups myself. I am very slow to anger in general, but this experience made me extremely angry. I wish I could get my money back. Do NOT use this company. They will rip you off and leave you wishing you had just painted the room yourself.

At first blush, the groupon type deal that A Touch of Class Painting offers sounds great…read more Unfortunately, it is after you purchase the deal is when you find out how this company handles the arrangements that reveal the true nature of the company. First issue: Matt, the owner, takes liberties with "the fine print" and adds criteria as he see's fit. Even when shown "the fine print", he refuses to honor the voucher. Second issue: estimates for other work in addition to the voucher is extremely over priced. It appears that his methods are to get in the door and while he thinks he has you backed in a corner because of the voucher you already purchased, he is going to recover his "loss leader" with overpriced bids. I noticed a recent voucher offered by Daily Deal. Warning: Unless you have only a garage to be painted, there is no way that his estimate would be close to $600. You get a better deal going with a different company and getting a discount on the entire job for putting a sign in your yard. At least you can shop around prior to spending $300 dollars and being frustrated. Third issue: The company's customer service is horrible. The company called to cancel 3 minutes prior to their appointment for a bid estimate. Emails go unanswered for more than a week or are never answered. My advice - avoid this company.
