They arrived around 6:30 am there were about…read more10-12 people in front of them we already knew it was a very small chance they would be able to get at least 1 advent calendar. Someone came out and handed them tickets and then once the tickets were handed out they were told they could leave and come back. Of course the boys left and then returned at 10:30. They had numbers on the tickets and when getting in line to purchase the needohs people were allowed to go in and make Needoh purchases that didn't have a ticket. Which was confusing and on top of that the order of the tickets were not being honored. It was very disappointing. Did they get Needohs yes, but was this event also unorganized and not well thought out 100%. I get that things happen and in cases like this people will be disappointed. It's also okay for Ace Hardware to admit, yeah we messed up. A side note, the Needohs were up priced, they were about $12.99 and the quality of the Needohs were not that great. A lot of inconsistencies and then looking into it more they aren't on the retailer list. All of these things can just be small mistakes and that is all fine but the event itself just seemed unorganized. Not the best experience. I heard they did sell out on overpriced Needohs, good for Ace Hardware.

It was a Sunday and I was at target and the bathroom line was really long. I went next door to this location, and they had ONE older woman customer in there looking at paint. I asked if they had a restroom and the younger employee said yes and told me to grab the bathroom key from the front. I said thank you. As I'm walking to the front, Michael comes from the back and asks if I need help. I said im grabbing the restroom key. ( I don't need his help, just stating what I was doing, as if I wasn't already helped by someone who was present ). He then goes OFF and was like "how does everyone know we have a bathroom key?!?!? ONLY PAINTERS COME IN HERE!!!!! I said the bathroom line next door was long. He then proceeds to embarrass himself by saying " well If it was a 31 flavors next door would you go and ask for the bathroom???! " I said EXCUSE ME? The older woman looked at him so shocked and appalled. I walked off and used the restroom. Ironically, If you took advantage of people with great customer service walking in your EMPTY store, you would gain more customers and referrals, but sadly this won't be the case. And the older woman at your counter WAS NOT A PAINTER. Just disgusting interaction and employee.

I was told by whom I presume was the manage that "He didn't have room " and I should take it to another Sherwin-Williams . The store shelves are half empty! We're talking about a few sample containers the size of a mayonnaise jar! I said can you help me out they are only samples and I bought all the house paint here? Again, he said I don't have the room. I'm a senior citizen and I can assure you I will not be patronizing this store again nor will recommend it to my neighbors and community. I took a piece of the antique with me to the store. I was helped as soon as I walked in, and they color matched the piece perfectly. The paint went on easy and settled on the piece beautifully. I couldn't be happier, and since the store is just around the corner, I will be back.
