They have a ton of unexpected items, like the photograph I attached of gift wrap (?) paper that I bonded with the employee on regarding how we buy oversized paper like this to decorate our walls at home. Hehe I had such a pleasant time here. They only have a few brands of teeny tiny paint sample cards (I collect them to use as bookmarks or affirmations to tape on my mirror, etc). I'd come back in a heartbeat even though I'm not located in the area, just bc I haven't seen an ace hardware quite like this one. Thank you Fullerton Ace Hardware!

We are beyond thrilled with our experience at Fullerton Paint and Flooring. From start to finish,…read morethe communication was seamless, the quality of the labor was top-tier, and the entire process was incredibly efficient. A huge thank you to George, the flooring manager. He was remarkably patient with us as we navigated our options. He took the time to explain the technical differences between various LVP products and walked us through the entire installation process so we knew exactly what to expect. What we appreciated most was his honesty. After the demo revealed the condition of our subfloor, George met me at the site to explain the necessary steps required to optimize the installation and ensure the longevity of our new floors. The installation team, led by Ignacio, was fantastic. They were very professional, friendly, and impressively fast without sacrificing any attention to detail. They also kept the workspace very clean. If you are looking for a team that is truthful, efficient, and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend George and his crew!

It was a Sunday and I was at target and the bathroom line was really long. I went next door to this location, and they had ONE older woman customer in there looking at paint. I asked if they had a restroom and the younger employee said yes and told me to grab the bathroom key from the front. I said thank you. As I'm walking to the front, Michael comes from the back and asks if I need help. I said im grabbing the restroom key. ( I don't need his help, just stating what I was doing, as if I wasn't already helped by someone who was present ). He then goes OFF and was like "how does everyone know we have a bathroom key?!?!? ONLY PAINTERS COME IN HERE!!!!! I said the bathroom line next door was long. He then proceeds to embarrass himself by saying " well If it was a 31 flavors next door would you go and ask for the bathroom???! " I said EXCUSE ME? The older woman looked at him so shocked and appalled. I walked off and used the restroom. Ironically, If you took advantage of people with great customer service walking in your EMPTY store, you would gain more customers and referrals, but sadly this won't be the case. And the older woman at your counter WAS NOT A PAINTER. Just disgusting interaction and employee.

We're talking about a few sample containers the size of a mayonnaise jar! I said can you help me out they are only samples and I bought all the house paint here? Again, he said I don't have the room. I'm a senior citizen and I can assure you I will not be patronizing this store again nor will recommend it to my neighbors and community. Also as the former President of my homeowners association I will recommend my fellow homeowners do not buy their paint there. Bottom line: He just didn't want to deal with it
