Terrible customer service! I purchased paint for my entire home here. I also purchased four small cans of color samples. Trying to be a responsible citizen and not through the sample jars in the trash I brought them into the store for them to recycle. I was told by whom I presume was the manage that "He didn't have room " and I should take it to another Sherwin-Williams . The store shelves are half empty! We're talking about a few sample containers the size of a mayonnaise jar! I said can you help me out they are only samples and I bought all the house paint here? Again, he said I don't have the room. I'm a senior citizen and I can assure you I will not be patronizing this store again nor will recommend it to my neighbors and community. Also as the former President of my homeowners association I will recommend my fellow homeowners do not buy their paint there. Bottom line: He just didn't want to deal with it read more

Came here recently to purchase a very specific paint color with a semi-gloss finish for my home. I had the exact color scheme number and figured it would be pretty easy to narrow down what I was looking for. As it turns out, the paint industry has made purchasing options super complicated because there are all different types of coatings that have different benefits. For instance, some lines offer better UV protection to withstand hot temperatures, whereas others can be utilized both for interior and exterior painting. Needless to say, the options can be overwhelming. Thankfully, Jacob assisted me and was patient and knowledgeable enough to explain all of the various nuances to me. Ultimately, I went with a line that was a bit more expensive, but doesn't require primer, which worked out for my particular job since I simply wanted to re-paint an already painted surface. I honestly learned so much from speaking to Jacob and he was gracious enough to even give me some tips on how to complete the painting job myself. Although the paint here is definitely pricier than any paint you'd buy at a home improvement store, I must say the quality of the paint here is far superior and in line with the old adage that you get what you pay for. I called to ask for a product here because another store said this store was the only one to have this certain item in stock.... I call to order it and the boy here tells me they are out... I tell them the only reason I called this store was because the other stores told me you had this in stock... Annoyingly he asks what store and then puts me on hold... 15 mins of holding and the line just goes dead... I call them back and they refuse to pick up... I call them repeatedly... Cause now they wasted my time and is playing with me. Finally they pick up and before I even ask anything they say... WE DONT HAVE IT.... They obviously knew who was calling... I yell out..YOU GUYS ARE FKING USELESS... and I hang up. This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Sherwin Williams... I wouldn't be surprised if that was the head manager acting like that. I'm a contractor and I hate using Sherwin Williams with most of the contractors I know, because of this very reason... They are slow, they are careless, and doesn't really seem to care about their jobs... From now on, I will highly recommend all the homeowners to not use Sherwin Williams and to if they want to Use SW, I will convince them otherwise... With the very bad paint shortage at SW, it's actually a great reason not to use SW anyway... read more

Nice guy but only one person working so had to wait over half hour to get a couple paint samples which was really frustrating. I'm leaving this review in hopes that a manager will look at it and make sure at least two people are working on the weekends especially. - Got a great response from management. It may seem intimidating going into a "high quality" paint store (versus a big box like Home Depot), but every worker at this store is insanely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They give every customer their full attention and never make you feel rushed, even when you're asking a bunch of detailed questions or buying a million paint samples. The store is never too crowded so you always get served pretty quickly. It is crazy how much these guys know about paint and painting - they truly are experts. But what makes this place the ONLY place I will ever go for paint or paint supplies is the service. The guys remember your name here! They always cart your stuff to your car for you. It's a big name, high quality paint brand with small-town customer service. A lot of people think SW paint is crazy expensive, but they have 30-40% off sales and coupons ALL the time (I used to get them every 2-3 weeks!). So you're only paying a few dollars more per gallon than Home Depot, but you get higher quality paint (meaning you have to buy less paint). So save your time, money, sanity, peace of mind and go visit this SW store when you're ready to paint your home! read more

I made the mistake of buying paint at Home Depot once and will never do that again. Great service at Sherwin-Williams, great quality paint, looks great on the wall. Employees are very helpful and nice, and even apply multiple coupons without me asking. Truly appreciate the service. read more

This is where I go to get may paint and supplies. The staff is friendly and knowledgable - at least for me, this store has a small town feel where they know your name. Sherwin-Williams has good paint, and it is well worth the money, and especially during their promotional sales, it makes the deal that much better. Home Depot serves it purpose, but when you want paint, goto Sherwin-Williams. read more
