Ambiance is great and the live bands. I am a boat owner and was there the weekend of Cali vibes which I didn't attend but noticed they jacked up the prices that weekend on food and drinks! Went for happy hour as well on Friday and was not charged happy hour prices. Saturday night the staff was making us order drinks at the bar instead of table service. Wait staff stated due to the event Cali Vibes they were over whelmed which is crazy because I was during the concert hour and the people the restaurant were even there for the event. If I could put a 10 star rating I totally would in reference to the wings here at Shenanigans. By far the best wings I have tried in Long Beach, Los Angeles, Oraange County and San Diego. Everything you would want in a wing. Traditional buffalo sauce, not no fancy flavors here. Very nice sized wings and meaty. Came out dripping wet in the most flavorful sauce ever. I did have the garlic buffalo as that is by far the best flavor they offer even though the traditional buffalo sauce is incredible. Next I went on a Thursday so to my surprise the wings on Thursdays are only .50 cents. Hard to find good solid wings for only .50 cents these day. Overall if you are a cray cray wing connoisseur like I am look no further as this is the spot for buffalo wings. Now about the service because that is just as important. I sat at the bar and the dudes working the bar were totally cool and non "douchey" like the clowns on 2nd street in Belmont shore. Great friendly service, cold beers, awesome wings definitely will be making this my Thursday night hangout. Had A good experience! Loved the lemonade cucumber drink. Our server, I believe was also bartending was running around with her head cut off. My wife and I had lunch today, it was our first time there. We really had a wonderful lunch! The service was fantastic! We were served by a lovely young lady with a "Breathe" tattoo on her arm (didn't ask her name ) but she was very kind and attentive. The food was really good, best fish and chips I've ever had (subbed onion rings for fries ). The chili was full of fresh flavor and delicious! Highly recommend! If I could give it a negative star I would , I came on Saturday around 2 I waited for 15 mins to be acknowledged and when I was I asked for a drink menu waitress didn't come back for another 10 mins with one , than My boyfriend and I ordered our drinks and we didn't get them for 15-20 mins and we ordered food as well didn't receive our food for about 45 mins In total we were there for a total of almost 2-3 hours long !!! Came here recently. Yard house was backed up so we tried this place. We alerted having drinks and appetizers. We figure it would be normal price, but little did we know they charged a 15% Covid Charge. I understand it's a difficult time but that's something the staff should be communicating to patrons. Our simple bill for 1 round of drinks (2 beers, 2 signature drinks and 2 appetizers) came out to a little over 100 dollars. First time visiting, felt so welcomed the moment I stepped in. Ashley welcomed me with a genuine smile. She created my drink, the michelada, while explaining all the ingredients. her friendly demeanor is what draws the crowd in which is why she has regulars. The food was top notch. The omelet was a perfect blend of meat, cheese,and egg. My BLT was delicious with the added fried egg. Their O'Brian potatoes were soft with a crisp on the edges. The whole staff was so pleasant, and the area was delightfully clean! The bartender Erik was extremely helpful with helping me chose which beer I wanted, because I'm completely indecisive. Soon after Scott (manager/bartender) was there to give me suggestions for food. I ended up going with the potato skins, AND LET ME TELL YOU!! These guys do not skimp on their potato skins. Every bite was so delicious, I had to stop myself from getting another order! Even their buss boy/barback Ricardo was there to grab me anything I needed, from napkins to the three ranches I asked for...I LOVE ranch... I've always wanted to come to this Pub! I love going to Irish Pubs for the drinks and bar food. Also, this place has live music so it always looks SO FUN! I went on a 4 hour hike with my dog and on the way back my friends wanted to grab food and beer since we were starving! We live in Long Beach so I suggested Shenanigans because not only had I've been wanting to come here, it was perfect due to their outdoor patio for my dog. I came in they had a live band, the Basketball game, and a dog bowl for my fur baby! Me seeing the dog bowl, I'm thinking they are clearly dog friendly! WRONG! I was about to place my food order for my dog when the server told us, I'm sorry, the owner is kind of "stingy" when it comes to giving food to dogs... I'm confused at this point because clearly I'm going to pay for it. However, he said that the owner doesn't like dogs eating in their outside patio because then they want to poop right after they eat... literally makes no sense! My dog is perfectly trained. So he proceeded to tell me I can order it to go when I'm ready to leave but while I'm still sitting there my dog can't eat... OKAY! Well at that point I just got up and left! Not your typical Irish bar & not necessarily in a good way. They played country music the entire time and when they weren't playing it, they had a live singer who sang 90's pop songs. Only reason I stayed was because they had Smithwicks on tap which is one of my favorites. I wanted to wrap up the night with a Baby Guinness shot and they don't serve one of the liquors needed for the drink. The bartender however was ridiculously wonderful and as sweet as can be. We waited about 20 minutes to get a menu, we decided to get our own drinks from the bar. The nicest part of my experience was the live music.
