Extremely strange location. Have had weird things happen here as well as seen weird stuff. All time weirdest moment was watching a guy put diesel in his sports car. He filled his tank and then tried to start his car...bad situation for him. My friend and I went over to help him and he said that he wanted his car to FLY!!! This guy was NUTS! That makes no sense. Rude. They won't let you use their bathroom while waiting for smog test. I've been here twice now and both times they say their bathroom is broken down. It's a courtesy that while we wait for smog we can use the restroom. This is the last time I bring my business back here. read more

Im sure this place has gasoline to sell but they make it really hard for people to buy it. I have been to this gas station 3 times; and every time I go, either the pump will not take credit cards and it tells you to go to the cashier...but the cashier is not even at the register and there was a long line of people waiting for him. Another time, I went there and more than half the pumps were "out of order". The last time I went there, the pumps accepted my credit card (finally) but then the pumps would not allow you to select the grade of fuel. "What the heck is going on here?" To save me the trouble, I just go down the street to any of the many other stations and have no compaints or troubles; except pricing ;) read more

I drove my car to the station to pump air into my tires. The gas station attendant was out to lunch and I was running late. A young gentleman came and asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to use the air pump. When I looked at my tire we both realized that I had a flat. He told me to drive carefully to the repair side of the station and see what they can do for me. A mechanic came out and filled my tire. They said that they do not fix tires there but suggested a shop 3 blocks away. They both did this out of the kindness of their hearts. If I could give ZERO STARS I would but for the purpose of this review it asks for one. I was there yesterday afternoon (around 4 pm) and the man rudely told me he was too busy to assist me and said I had to wait. So I politely said that it was fine, and he started yelling over me to speak to his coworker. He was bothered that I responded to him? I don't understand. I was so shocked at this service I simply left. It was embarrassing and one of the rudest services I have ever received. Believe me I am never coming back to this location. I found these guys when I had gotten taken to the cleaners by a few other garages trying to get my truck smogged a few years ago...I don't remember how I found them but the mechanic "Vu" is the nicest guy, always finishes stuff early and hardly ever has "add on" repairs which most places I've dealt with always have done. I've been going to him for a few years now and his work has always stoof up to his word and is affordable. read more

I went here for a smog certification for my car registration, and my parents went in for their cars and my brother's car. Each time we went, the mechanics were very friendly and helpful. They gave me an appointment on short notice, took my car as soon as I got there, greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. They even accepted my coupon (which was actually an incorrect coupon for the service I needed) and gave me a discount anyway. They were very quick, too! I asked how long it would take, and he told me 15 minutes. He was done with time to spare, and sent me on my way. When my dad came in, they even gave him some useful advice about doing online registration for my brother's car. My family and I were just so surprised with their good customer service, I wanted others to know that this is a good place to go to get your smog certification. Also, they speak Mandarin, in case anyone finds that helpful. read more

This is the world's worst gas station EVER. I live right down the block and this is absolutely my last resort for getting gas. I would say at least ten times I have gone there they have been out of gas. TEN TIMES!!! They still keep all of the lights on and give no indication of being out of gas in their entire station so car after car has to pull in, unscrew their cap, put their debit and then after all that figure out they don't have any gas. You think they would put out a sign, or turn off their lights or something. Another ten or so times I have been here I always have problems using my debit card, its not just mine either as there is usually a line of people waiting to use their card inside or having to move to a different pump. Again, they put no indication that it is out of order even after you complain. I have had several rude interactions with the employees as well when I go in and ask them what the problem is and why I can't pump gas. They have actually yelled at me and one guy even accused me of scamming him for gas! WTF?! I hate it here, they suck really bad and they are mean. read more

I should hv trusted the review rather than choosing a closer place. I dropped my car about 3pm today. A guy came to help me very friendly. He asked me if I need to change the address otherwise I do not need a smog check. I was confused because I received the notice from DMV requiring me to do so. It turned out he read it wrong in my registration. It was my first sign that he came straight to me and spoke Cantonese. It is deuce clear his English is basic level. I left my car and my information to him. I asked him how long it would take. He said 15mins. I told him I will be back after one hour which will be around 4. When I came back 4:15pm. He is with another customer. Just like how he handled my car, he was servicing it while talking to me. He told me another 20mins. I was totally confused and asked him why do I need another 20mins while you said it would only took 15 mins. Now it has been almost 1.5 hr. He said he was working on others and thought I would be back later!!!! They hv no sense of priority, customer orientation, and attention to detail. Will never come back for anything! read more

I took my SUV here for a smog test, the shop is clean, the price was great ($49.99), and Howard was super courteous and friendly, he even did a check to make sure my check engine light error is clear off the ECU before the test. I was done in under 15 minutes. Overall, a great experience, will definitely come back here for my smog test from now on! read more

Owner or manager of this gas station. Please check our recorded video for today JULY 23rd 2016 around 7am to 8am. I came in to purchase a pack of cigarettes. Your employee JOEL was sitting on the floor and immediately gave me attitude. I guess for interrupting his rest time. when giving back change he shorted me 4 cents. I ask said hey your didn't give me correct change. He responded by saying it's only pennies stop being fucking cheap. I said your shorting your customers change little by little and stealing money from here at the end of the day ask for the Manager's name. He said he is the manager and I can't do shit him. When looking at his name tag, he walked out of the counter area to confronted me and said I'll fuck you up. What kind of incompetent hiring manager even consider employing this uneducated, piss off crackhead. You guys need watch the recorded video. This guy is obviously stealing money from customers and owner. I even checked previous reviews of this gas station and found complaint about this dude. I've been going to this gas station for over10 years. I called this station because all Shell stations are offering a discount ski ticket at Northstar if you but 10 gallons or more. The woman who answered the phone had no interest in helping me. I tried to explain that they should have vouchers and she hung up on me. Then I called back and she immediately hung up on me. I tried 10 minutes later and got the message "memory is full" so I guess they never listen to their messages either. This in NOT a service station. It's a NON-SERVICE station. Read other posts and you'll see these people are very rude. Buy your gas elsewhere. read more
