No longer 76. Diamond gas ? Not even top tier. Poor performance I guess it's my fault as I would always come here but after starting the pump I realize they changed the type of gas. Never again will I come here and pump cheap gas read more

I always come here for oil changes in the city, service is always fast and affordable. This is a very reliable shop. You can bring in your own filters and oil. Highly recommend! read more

I don't often write reviews, but given how shoddy the work was for a simple battery replacement, I felt I should let those interested in getting their car fixed here to proceed with caution. Two years ago, the battery to our Prius C died and my in-laws brought the car to this shop to get the battery replaced. Now, the battery died and as I was trying to replace it myself, I noticed the battery was ENTIRELY different. After verifying with a nearby auto part shop AND the local Toyota dealership, we found that this body shop not only put in a wrong battery but also removed the original terminals of the car and put in their own to fit this incorrect battery! Whether they put in a wrong battery and jerryrigged the terminals to cut costs or they just did not know what they were doing, I could not tell you. But what's for sure is that is I had to spend significantly more money fixing what they broke. FYI: it's not difficult to order the OEM battery for the Prius C, so I don't understand why they didn't just order it. And even if they did realize their battery was different from the stock battery, why not doublecheck and buy the correct battery instead of changing the terminals/connectors? TLDR: this place put in the wrong battery for my car, changing out the connectors to make it fit without informing us. Do not recommend coming here because you will end up paying 5-6x more in the long-term. read more

Best price for nail in your tire, another place said $60 but got it for $20 here cash

For your car's safety, never take it to this repair shop for any services. I brought my own engine oil and oil filter--I brought genuine Honda parts--and they replaced them with some unknown brand. I suspect the oil was also switched. I've always brought my own parts to this shop for oil changes. The price has gone from $20 to $40. I never noticed. It wasn't until now, when my car is getting a bit old, that I checked the undercarriage and discovered this. I'm so angry. read more

Shout out to this gas station for giving me access to the restroom to answer nature's urgent call. O'Reilly's said no, and the nearby 7/11 said no, but this place? Saved me in my time of desperation. I was refreshed and hydrated with an emotionally supportive $2.50 bottle of Ito-En green tea. read more

Drop off the car at 3:15pm for a patch, a technician said that it can't be done and will order a tire and should arrive tomorrow morning for $120 (which pretty cheap, not sure what tire they will use), and hold my wheel, came back 20 mins to grab my wheel because I found another shop with my tire, and see that they already take the tire off the wheel and put it with others tires stock pile??? read more

I had to make a comment on Sam's 76 ! This gentleman took care of my wife & her car. She ran into an auto repair issue while driving. my wife panicked & immediately went to Sam's. Came here to get my brake pads assessed because I had a feeling it was time to get them replaced. They were able to quickly give me a confirmation and was able to do the job in an afternoon. They were fast and professional. I ended up paying $360 for the replacement of both sets of front and rear brake pads on my 2018 Subaru Outback. read more

Once upon a time, there was a flat tire. seriously flat. it was so flat that it hissed as all the air escaped. it was totally depressed. Sam Truong's 76 to save the day. 10 minutes later . . . it's plugged . . . and fully inflated. And for the low, low price of $20. Now all of the other tires loved that tire and shouted out with glee "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer You'll go down in history" and they lived happily ever after or something like that. Lesson here kids, Sam T's 76 will get you rolling and I got nothing more to add. read more

I've came here on multiple occasions over the years .. Transmission, brakes, flat tire, and they just replaced my spark plugs and radiator yesterday for my Lexus RX300 . Every visit has been reliable and also most importantly honest!!! Communication has been very easy as well. I appreciate this place! Thanks so much. read more

Super easy to work with. Pulled up and they took my car right in. Amazing process and got my brakes done in like 2-3 hrs .

Went to this place for oil change this morning. The owner Sam told me, "we're busy, go somewhere else" in a very rude manner. Very obnoxious guy. I'm not sure what's his problem is, but talking to customers that way is completely unacceptable. I don't even know why I went there. I never trusted that shady business anyway. I guess because of proximity to my home. They left me no other option but to report them to BBB just to teach them a lesson to treat customers with respect. read more

These guys are life savers. They took care of me super quickly without an appointment, on a Saturday, during a rain storm, and did so for much cheaper than expected. I cannot thank them enough. read more

Brought my car in for a flat/to patch up my tire and they immediately told me I needed a new tire, without thoroughly checking if it could be patched up (assuming they just wanted me to buy a new tire from them). On top of that, they didn't take any of my info and just told me they were going to have to order a new tire and to come back the next day by 11. I come back the next day and no one had any idea why I was there and there was no new tire ordered. Felt like I was definitely being brushed off. They told me, yet again, to come back the next day by 11, but instead of driving all the way there I wanted to give them a call first to see if the new tire had come in. Called several times throughout the day and it went straight to their voicemail which was full. I decided to take my car to my usual spot (Sunset 76 on Noriega which is amazing and reliable!) because I found out they had extra tires and availability luckily opened up. So I needed to get my old tire back from this place and they were SO incredibly rude. They were reluctant to give my tire back, threatened to take any of the leftover air out and just rolled/tossed the tire to my boyfriend. Once they finally gave us the tire back, they started yelling at him and started knocking on the car and told him--AS HE WAS REVERSING TRYING TO LEAVE-- to leave because we "didn't do any business there." How can we do business there if no one is offering actual service??? Terrible service and extremely rude. Do not recommend. Go to Sunset 76 instead! read more

Totally can't recommend anymore. Really unprofessional; I specifically asked them to PATCH and they tried to plug my tire, which is NOT a permanent fix and it's not safe. Additionally, they were arguing with each other in front of customers and seem to not really care that they aren't really offering professional service or value, as their prices have gone up. read more

They took out the nail out of my tires few time and it was made by same day appointment which is convenient and also changed the tires .

My wife notice the flat tire icon on the dash. I came home late from work and found a nail in the rear driver side tire. It was 4:45 and I went to Sam's to see if they can fix it before the Memorial Day weekend. They had time and I was in and out of there within 15 mins. They also checked every tire for proper inflation. Great job. Good value for the money. read more

They are usually pretty busy but can get repairs done fast and reasonably priced. I had my undercarriage cover dragging loose because of all the construction on the streets. Did a quick tire patch. It was simple and easy. Highly recommended! It costs $20 and everyone is friendly .

I called in and ask if they could change the oil on our Ford Transit. The manager told me to come in anytime. They were quick, really quick. I didn't have to wait for the est of 30min. Super friendly and nice staff. They weren't pushy with adding more things to my services like most places do. Def recommend and will come back! read more

I had a screw in my tire, called just after 4pm. They said they could take me, just come in before five. Drove over a couple minutes later, tire off and fixed within five minutes! Turns out I had two screws in my tire! All for only $20. Super nice and friendly service, will definitely come back. Thankfully, they are only a couple blocks away. Let's hope I won't need that service again, but I would certainly consider them for other things like oil change and gas. Thanks! read more

Funny, was just yelled at by the owner/manager for using too much paper to wipe the bird crap off my car while filling up. It's nice to know that 2+ decades of patronage is worth nothing to management here. Not recommended. read more

Their work is fast and they are very honest. You can trust their l opinions about what needs to be done.

Would definitely go back here! I had a nail in my tire and needed a place asap. I called and they were so so nice, told me to just come by. He is fast and priced well. Quality is not great but good. He is good for simple things.

I just had another repair experience here. Sam took me right away, immediately assessed the problem, fixed it, and offered a recommendation for what to do going forward, all for a small amount of money. Great service, great work, great price!
