BIG NAIL!!
Connie N.

Super friendly and helpful. Such bad luck with a nail on my tire after yoga! Open early and on Sundays!

My ELSY.

Brisbane: Till 11 PM all days except Sunday Tire mounting, balancing & TPMS swap for changing my old tires. Quality was good, unfortunately after they installed the new TPMS, they could not program it. They didn't charge me for that. Price was very competitive at $40/tire. Most charge $200 for all 4. Chris was very pleasant and his crew all worked on my car. Thanks guys - CEASAR's Tires in Brisbane

Very skilled professionals. Solid business, it's been my 2nd time using some. One of the few places in city that offer good quality used tires. Decently priced and offer some discounts. God thing is they were open right after Thanksgiving day. Highly recommend

They don't respect the user and their prices are excessive. They made me wait 3 hours to change a tire.

Damaged my wheels
Jonah E.

Warning to Potential Customers: BE CAREFUL AT THIS SHOP!! I recently had a terrible experience at Cesar's tires. The day before, I had new wheels and used tires installed at America's Tire. The next morning, one of my tires started leaking, so I went to Caesar's to have them swap the tires from my previous wheels onto my new ones. I brought in a complete set of mounted wheels and tires and asked if they could make the swap. They said yes. However, instead of starting by fixing the rear tire with the leak, they removed my front wheels and tires first. Then, they began removing all the tires from my old wheels. After removing the first tire, I noticed they had already damaged my rims. I asked them to be careful, and they assured me they would. But after removing all four tires from my previous wheels, I realized they had dented and damaged my rims even further. To make matters worse, they also damaged one of my new 18x12 wheels! When I confronted them, they claimed the tires were too big for their machine. But why didn't they just say that in the beginning before ruining my wheels? They were using a metal crowbar, scraping and denting not only my old rims but also my new ones. As well as ripped into my tires. I suggested to at least use a rag or some sort of buffer. I told them I didn't want all my wheels destroyed, including the new ones. In response, they called their boss, who quickly instructed them to put up a sign stating they weren't responsible for any damage. They mounted only the front wheels and never fixed the punctured one. I had to ask them to at least fill my punctured tire with air before I left. Somehow, I'm the bad guy, and they were upset with me when they damaged my property and didn't want to take any responsibility. To make matters worse, after they removed all my tires from the wheels i brought in, I was left with no spare to use and a flat tire. When I got home, I realized they had ripped off one of the sensors from my old wheels. They also lost two lug nuts. They tried to claim I came in with only four lugs, but I had seen six on the ground. I insisted I needed six lugs before driving off. I had just gotten my wheels installed at America's Tire the day before, and there's no way after their final point inspection they would let me leave with an 18x12 on 35-inch tires with only four lugs! They take jobs they cant handle to just make a quick buck and when they can't pull it off you're left with the bill. The incompetence at this shop is unbelievable. They have poor work ethic and dont give a damn about damaging your property. Instead of stopping when they see something isn't working, they will continue and then tell you that's the way it is. This isn't the first issue I've had with them. During a previous visit for a simple tire rotation, they stripped a lug, and I was forced to have them replace it. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else! You've been warned. I've attached some pics, 1 of how my wheels looked when they arrived(no curb rash or blemish) and how they marred them to hell, with a metal crowbar and their machine. In whose world is this normal and acceptable??

Got in close to closing time, they fetched the tires I needed from another location. Fair price and good service!

Since I was already there, I went ahead with the tires they had available. About 20 minutes after leaving, I told my husband what happened and he said I should have waited to get the same set of Bridgestone tires. I had no idea, since I'm not knowledgeable about tires. I immediately called Johnny back and asked if I could speak to a manager to see if they could make an exception since I had just left the shop. He told me that once the tires leave the shop, they are considered used--even though they sell used tires--and that the only option would be to purchase a new set. That would have cost me about $700 more, on top of the $300 I had already spent, totaling around $1,000. I was disappointed they couldn't make any adjustment, especially since no guidance or recommendations were provided upfront--Johnny only mentioned that Bridgestone wasn't in stock. These options weren't discussed when I called the day before either. As a customer, I relied on their expertise, and I feel important information that could have helped me make a better decision was missing. Because of that, the overall experience was disappointing, especially after my husband had left a good review.

This is a great price because if you go anywhere else, a single alignment job is already easily $80 to $100. Since this is a lifetime alignment for $200+ your car, it is great and can save some money by doing it this way. The staff is friendly and just understood what I needed. I know this shop can get busy, especially on the weekends, but they got me in and took care of me within an hour and a half. But why I wouldn't give them a five-star rating was that when I walked up to my car, the steering wheel, armrest, and seat were greasy. I get that it is a u to shop, but no shop I have been to has left my car like that.

I brought my car in Monday at 2 PM to replace two front tires. The woman at the front desk was friendly and let me know they were busy, but said my car would likely be ready by the end of the day and that I would receive a call with any updates. They close at 7 PM, and after receiving no call or communication at all, I headed there around 6:45 PM expecting the car to be finished. Instead, I was told they were too busy to get to it and was asked if I wanted to leave it overnight so it could be the first car worked on Tuesday morning. At that point, I was already disappointed because I could have taken my car elsewhere and had the job completed the same day. The next morning, I returned around 9:30 AM since they open at 7 AM. Gabriel was helping another customer, which was completely understandable, so my partner and I waited patiently. However, after finishing with the customer, Gabriel acted as if we weren't even standing there waiting. No acknowledgment, no "I'll be right with you," nothing. He continued working on the computer and answered the phone while we stood there for nearly 20 minutes. I understand phones need to be answered, but basic customer service and acknowledgment go a long way. After all that waiting, Gabriel finally informed us that they never worked on the car because the wrong tire size had been entered into their system by the previous employee. My car is a basic 2004 Infiniti G35 coupe -- nothing rare or complicated -- and instead of correcting the mistake, no effort was made to resolve the issue or communicate with me. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. But it got worse. While driving home, I noticed a loud dragging noise coming from underneath my car. I pulled over and discovered my catch can dragging on the ground. We drove back immediately, and they claimed it may have happened while backing the vehicle out because the car is lowered -- despite the car being on stock suspension. Thankfully, Omar was accommodating and fixed the issue quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Poor communication, wasted time, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service from Gabriel. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn't uncommon. Gabriel's attitude is not suited for customer service, especially at the front desk where customers are the first priority. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Gotta love dealerships…read more... They'll rip you a new one when it comes to repairs esp with European cars. I found Atech on Yelp and used their project feature to request a quote. It also sent requests out to a few other shops, tho that part is always random, and not all of them were even close to me. Anyhow, Alex the owner responded in minutes and gave the most reasonable quote to change my BMW front brakes using OEM pads. I dropped my car off in the morning (they were working on several European cars), and it was ready by early afternoon, just as promised. Alex was honest, transparent, explained things in layman's terms, and made me comfortable as a woman who doesn't know cars. Just a heads up, in case you want to get some work done while you wait, there isn't a waiting room...just several lawn chairs near the entrance. But hey, it helps keep their overhead low, and those savings get passed on to customers!

Doesn't matter if it's a weird noise, a dead battery, or some mystery check-engine light that's been haunting you for months--he'll dig in, explain everything in plain English, and fix it without upselling you junk. Last week my alternator quit mid-commute. I rolled in stressed, no appointment, and Alex just said, "We got you," popped the hood, and had me back on the road same day. No drama, no fake urgency--just solid work and a fair price. If you want a shop that treats you like family (not a paycheck), this is it. Alex runs the place like he owns your car too. Highly recommend.
