Hello, gentlemen.Please stay away from the store! I'm not a hater. but I used their service and they put a smaller tires on my car and at the end of the day it affected my ABS system and my transmission! And and just because of them, I missed my work and the chance to make some money! The boss was amazino dude, but the employees are f***** u*! Just because of those people, I had a stress and too much depression! Even installation process took more than two hour for 2 tires customer service is just garbage. I was looking for a shop to replace a dead TPMS sensor and to perform an alignment. I gave Cesar's Tires a call for a quote and they were very upfront with the pricing and even let me know the time to best accommodate me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a worker who didn't speak much English, but he was able to communicate with me using an interpreter on the phone and knew exactly what I needed and got to work. I was anticipating to replace all 4 TPMS sensors on my wheels, but I was told not necessary and to just come back should the other ones go bad, as they had a tool to check which sensor is bad. The alignment job was good and done up to specifications, for some reason they did a better job than a popular tire shop I went to in the past in SF. I had a simple oil change here then a long drive immediately after, but my engine's cap was not screwed back on tightly, it popped off mid highway and for about 40 minutes I was exposed to potentially a catastrophic disaster. Surprisingly inexpensive compared to the Dealer and other local Mechanic Shops! Car now runs like NEW! Coming from an Italian family in the '50s where my father & uncles routinely did Valve Jobs et al on our Chevies, I was intrigued by observing the work of Cesar's Crew.... professional, engaging, well trained, energetic, very focused, and educational to see a Team perform so efficiently so quickly. Good service and fair pricing. I thought I had a nail in my tire, as it's been slowly losing air. I called around and got a good quote from this shop. I called to check on how busy they were on a Sunday morning. They told me to come right in, and I was done in just over an hour. $70 for a TPMS valve stem replacement. Note, there's not much space to hang out and wait for your service. Lucky for me, they finished fast. Otherwise, maybe I go across the street for a Slushie or Popeye's. read more

Brisbane: Till 11 PM all days except Sunday Tire mounting, balancing & TPMS swap for changing my old tires. Quality was good, unfortunately after they installed the new TPMS, they could not program it. They didn't charge me for that. Price was very competitive at $40/tire. Most charge $200 for all 4. Warning to Potential Customers: BE CAREFUL AT THIS SHOP!! I recently had a terrible experience at Cesar's tires. The day before, I had new wheels and used tires installed at America's Tire. The next morning, one of my tires started leaking, so I went to Caesar's to have them swap the tires from my previous wheels onto my new ones. I brought in a complete set of mounted wheels and tires and asked if they could make the swap. They said yes. However, instead of starting by fixing the rear tire with the leak, they removed my front wheels and tires first. Then, they began removing all the tires from my old wheels. After removing the first tire, I noticed they had already damaged my rims. I asked them to be careful, and they assured me they would. But after removing all four tires from my previous wheels, I realized they had dented and damaged my rims even further. To make matters worse, they also damaged one of my new 18x12 wheels! When I confronted them, they claimed the tires were too big for their machine. But why didn't they just say that in the beginning before ruining my wheels? They were using a metal crowbar, scraping and denting not only my old rims but also my new ones. As well as ripped into my tires. I suggested to at least use a rag or some sort of buffer. I told them I didn't want all my wheels destroyed, including the new ones. In response, they called their boss, who quickly instructed them to put up a sign stating they weren't responsible for any damage. They mounted only the front wheels and never fixed the punctured one. I had to ask them to at least fill my punctured tire with air before I left. Somehow, I'm the bad guy, and they were upset with me when they damaged my property and didn't want to take any responsibility. To make matters worse, after they removed all my tires from the wheels i brought in, I was left with no spare to use and a flat tire. When I got home, I realized they had ripped off one of the sensors from my old wheels. They also lost two lug nuts. They tried to claim I came in with only four lugs, but I had seen six on the ground. I insisted I needed six lugs before driving off. I had just gotten my wheels installed at America's Tire the day before, and there's no way after their final point inspection they would let me leave with an 18x12 on 35-inch tires with only four lugs! They take jobs they cant handle to just make a quick buck and when they can't pull it off you're left with the bill. The incompetence at this shop is unbelievable. They have poor work ethic and dont give a damn about damaging your property. Instead of stopping when they see something isn't working, they will continue and then tell you that's the way it is. This isn't the first issue I've had with them. During a previous visit for a simple tire rotation, they stripped a lug, and I was forced to have them replace it. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else! You've been warned. I've attached some pics, 1 of how my wheels looked when they arrived(no curb rash or blemish) and how they marred them to hell, with a metal crowbar and their machine. You'll be hard pressed to find an open tire shop on a Sunday in the SF area. It's basically Cesar's or Costco, and there wasn't a shot at walking in at the latter. Gave Cesar's a call, $35 to do a straightforward tire patch on my CRV. We got there, Bryan helped us out - they were fast, confident and efficient. In and out, no wait. Bryan was a nice quiet guy who exuded confidence, just a head nod and got it done just like that. Will be back! read more

The owner/manager was amazing. The tire pressure sensor of my car was on. I called the business and was told to come in. He was very busy but took the time to fix the sensor at an affordable price. It was Sunday. Heard a clicking as my tire rotated and then got a dreaded low pressure warning on my tire. I made it home figuring I would not get any service on a Sunday. I googled around and found Cesar's Tires open and they said they could plug the flat today. Drove up there and they were busy but got me in within 5 minutes and I drove off with a fixed tire less than 30 minutes for only $35. Did I mention it was Sunday?! Drop off my car, came back at 7:45am and well the guy at the desk he help find my tire for my car and the other guy help put the tire on. They did it right then and told me the pads were fine and had another 15-20,000 miles. They did, however, recommend I replace the tires and showed me why. Came here on a Saturday morning at 9am for an alignment for my car. Asked the workers how long would the wait be to get an alignment and they said half an hour to 40 mins wait. There were several cars there getting new tires. As I was waiting, more people came after me, and got their car serviced before mine. Turns out the alignment equipment was all the way in back of the yard so I had to wait for all the cars to finish up and open up a pathway for my car. This took over an hour and a half of waiting, and the worker kept saying 5 more mins, just 5 more mins. I wanted to leave, but already waited long and kept thinking it would be my turn next. Finally, one hour and 45 minutes later, they opened up the alignment area and my car was finally serviced. By the time they were done with my alignment, it was 12:35pm. Took 3 hours for an alignment!!! Not only the long wait and constant exaggerating of time, they gave my car back to me with filth from their hands touching the inside of my door ( cloth doors). Their black filth from their hands was smeared all over the driver's side door and mind you my cloth is a light beige color so it is very apparent. I tell them they got dirt all over my car and they came over with a rag with some kind of acidic liquid and wiped my plastic on the inside of the door and melted the plastic!!! Wtf!! Who the hell does that? These people who work here are oblivious. Stay far away from this business! For sure don't come for an alignment because you are not going to be priority, you will wait a LONG TIME if there are cars getting their tires done. Bottom line Caesar's tires may be popular, but the workers are careless and will keep telling you lies to keep you around until the alignment area opens up. Got a flat in Daly City. AAA put spare on. Two other corporate tire stores in area were too busy at that time, so called Cesar's that was a half mile away, and they said sure, come in, we can change it now. They were busy on this Saturday with other customers but immediately took care of me. Flat could not be patched/repaired so they sold me a new radial at a very good price. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They were so nice and accommodating. read more

I went in for a brake service and was told they would check my engine because I was having slow start issue. I dropped my car off at 12:30 PM and at 5pm, I never got a call back. By 5:30 I came back and my car was parked in the front. Apparently it's been serviced already. No one knew what was going on. Never got diagnosed, which was one of the reasoned I came to this location. Never going back. Service doesn't exist here. read more

I went in with a quote that was agreed on before cause I got my wheels serviced there before I trusted them and when I came back they want to charge me double the price. Good thing I left and didn't ask them to do it 'cause another auto place called me and quoted me half the price they were gonna charged me. I called the Cesar's Tires at 3:10 pm to schedule a wheel alignment. The person who answered the phone said they could do it when I asked if they had time. I arrived at 3:26 pm and parked on the street, waiting for the two guys in the front to direct other drivers backing out of their parking spaces. One of the guys approached me and asked if I needed a service. I told him I had just called for a wheel alignment. He then informed another guy, and the second guy came up to me to say that they couldn't do the wheel alignment because they were currently busy. They could do it at 6:00 pm, but they didn't mention that they were busy beforehand, which meant I didn't have to rush to drive from Westlake Shopping Mall to their auto shop. Why would they waste people's time like that? This is the second time this has happened to me, so I'll definitely be avoiding this shop in the future. read more

Really bad service they replaced the transmission in my truck and the first day. I drive it. I know tha something was wrong and they just told me to keep driving it. The was gonna to adjust and when I bring it back, they just park my truck and the street and I got three tickets, and they say tha they not responsible for that when they have it with them the truck not recommended for Mecanic service they was changing the cable and they don't know what they was doing. They take the brakes cable and they order a whole bunch cables. and they take like 10 days and still not the right one. They tell you one price and make you sign And then when they finish, they charge you whatever they want. They charge me almost double without telling me. read more
