Decided on Juarez based on the 5 star reviews. Absolutely spot on fellow Yelpers! One of the best tire experiences I've ever encountered. Drove into an open spot, looked for a rep, and all team members were friendly and willing to help. Informed a rep of my situation, we walked to my vehicle, showed him my tire issue, he jacked up my car, removed the tire, showed me the nail, and he said "no problem, I'll remove the nail, patch it, and you should be good." I didn't see any of his old crew also making the move as I used to be a regular at his old shop. He told me most went to other shops or have retired. It was nice to see Simon at least. It took an hour to do the oil change. He called me mid job that my engine and cabin air filters needed replacing. $90 (2 filters $55 and labor $35.) I said yes as I was too lazy to do it myself. It would have have taken too much effort to buy the filters myself and install it. ($22 for the engine and $10 for the cabin filter Amazon prices.) There was a slight mishap as they charged me for a synthetic oil change whereas I only got a regular oil change. The billing mechanic (not Simon) messed up. I caught it on the receipt and they had to refund me $26. Otherwise good job everyone at Sunset 76 Auto Repair. Be sure to check your receipt.

Called around and was getting prices of $200 to $340. Called Larkins and was told fixing a flat was $40...a bit more if they need to clean things. I drove over and within 30 minutes had a fixed tire. And highly detailed and professional work! $10 for the cleaning, so $50 out the door! The tire had uneven wear, so need to go back for rotation and alignment...will be back at Larkins tomorrow for that!

The manager was there for a little bit and then disappeared, and I basically wasted three hours on my day off just to have absolutely nothing under my car. I'll give it zero out of zero stars if I could, not to speak ill of the employees because I did not have a bad interaction with any of them, but I'll speak ill of the management and how they're running this business. Don't go unless you're planning on waiting 5 to 6 hours or more for an oil change. Because of my concern with the tire I was in a scramble to find a place and I drive by wheel works everyday to go to work. The evening before I had called and asked if they had my tire in stock, which they said they did, so I let them know I'd come in the morning. A technician looked at my car and told me my tire was fine and the damage was just cosmetic and he did not recommend changing the tire. So I left thinking my tire was fine. A few days later I looked at my tire again and saw exposed wire, so I called back to let them know I think the technician was wrong. The person I spoke to on the phone, Tim, was extremely rude. I asked him if they had my tire in stock for replacement (again) and he said no. I asked why I had been told they did and he said "whoever you spoke to falsified that", it was literally Tim who I spoke to when I first called. All in all the service was very unprofessional, careless, and could've been a major safety issue. I was able to get my tire changed at a locally owned shop. I highly recommend staying away from chain shops and supporting smaller businesses.
