A saint of a cop (Officer Rodriguez) escorted me to a gas station, and the guy working there, Al, was unbelievably kind. When I asked if I could leave my car overnight, he said no problem then introduced me to his friend who runs Mo's Tires and Automotive, five minutes away. I was shaken, running on adrenaline, and ready for someone to take advantage of me. Instead, Mo's treated me like family. Fair price, honest work, and he knew exactly what he was doing. No upsell, no drama just fixed the issue (turned out to be a sensor) and had me back on the road. In the middle of a disaster, Mo's was a blessing. If you want a mechanic you can actually trust, especially after a nightmare on the freeway, go see these guys. Thank you, Mo's and thank you, AL. You turned the worst night into one I'll never forget."

Since I was already there, I went ahead with the tires they had available. About 20 minutes after leaving, I told my husband what happened and he said I should have waited to get the same set of Bridgestone tires. I had no idea, since I'm not knowledgeable about tires. I immediately called Johnny back and asked if I could speak to a manager to see if they could make an exception since I had just left the shop. He told me that once the tires leave the shop, they are considered used--even though they sell used tires--and that the only option would be to purchase a new set. That would have cost me about $700 more, on top of the $300 I had already spent, totaling around $1,000. I was disappointed they couldn't make any adjustment, especially since no guidance or recommendations were provided upfront--Johnny only mentioned that Bridgestone wasn't in stock. These options weren't discussed when I called the day before either. As a customer, I relied on their expertise, and I feel important information that could have helped me make a better decision was missing. Because of that, the overall experience was disappointing, especially after my husband had left a good review.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Customer Service and Lack of Professionalism…read more I brought my 2022 BMW 5 Series to Moe's Tires to have a single nail removed from one of my tires and to get the tire patched. What should have been a simple tire repair turned into a very disappointing experience. After inspecting my vehicle, an employee began pointing out additional issues and strongly insisted that I should have further repairs done, suggesting that leaving without addressing them would not be a good idea. I felt uncomfortable with the way these additional services were being pushed on me. It seemed as though the employee assumed I would be willing to spend more money simply because I was driving a BMW. When I politely declined the additional services and explained that I wanted some time to consider my options, the employee's attitude changed noticeably. The customer service became cold and unfriendly. What concerned me the most was what happened when I went to pick up my vehicle. After being told that my car was ready, I discovered that the tire pressure was still significantly low. The tire had not even been properly inflated before the vehicle was returned to me. As a customer, I expect a tire shop to prioritize safety, professionalism, and honest communication rather than making customers feel pressured into purchasing additional services. Based on my personal experience, I was not satisfied with the quality of service or the way I was treated. If you care about your vehicle and your safety, I strongly recommend being cautious when considering this shop. I wanted to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision before bringing their vehicles here.
