Found this place through research as I was in need of an alignment and TPMS sensors. Gave a call at 9am on a Friday morning to see if an alignment was possible as I've been to two shops beforehand (acevedos who couldn't do it cause they didn't have a tool for my lowered car & agundis who couldn't do it as their tech was ooo). Carlos was honest on the phone saying they might not be able to do it because it was lowered and may not fit, but told me to swing by to take a look and confirm. I arrived at 930 and got my vehicle started on at 940am. Before starting, Carlos gave me his diagnosis trying to save me money for something that may not be needed, but I proceeded with it (my TPMs light wasn't on, but I got new wheels the day before and wanted sensors on all of them). Picking up my car, Carlos said he'd drove my car around the block 3 times to ensure the alignment was all good. Carlos was honest and consultative on the phone, and was the same in person. I am writing this review to warn everyone about the shockingly dangerous and incompetent work done at Moe's Tires. If you value your life and your family's safety, do NOT bring your car here. Eight months ago, I brought my Honda Odyssey here for a 4-wheel alignment. My wife is the primary driver of this vehicle. Last week, I drove the car down to LA and immediately noticed a strange noise and very sloppy steering linkage. When I looked underneath the car, I was horrified. The mechanic at Moe's Tires had completely forgotten to tighten the right tie rod jam nut after doing the alignment. It wasn't just a little loose; there was a thick layer of rust on the exposed threads, proving beyond a doubt that this nut had been left completely loose for the past 8 months. This is a MASSIVE, life-threatening safety issue. If that tie rod had detached while my wife was driving on the freeway, the wheel would have lost control, easily resulting in a fatal crash. I went back to Moe's Tires, showed them the photo of the rusted, loose nut as absolute proof of their shoddy workmanship, and asked them to properly redo the alignment. They flat-out refused. They claimed it had been 8 months and only offered to "tighten the screw." Any real mechanic knows that simply tightening a nut that has been shifting for 8 months will just lock in a terrible toe angle and destroy the tires. They took ZERO responsibility for their dangerous mistake and showed no concern for my family's safety. I had to have a trusted mechanic friend tighten it immediately just so the car wouldn't fall apart on the road, and now I have to pay another reputable shop to redo the alignment properly. One of my Tesla back tires was leaking air, so I brought it in to get it patched up. Found out that both my back tires were completely worn out to the point where the white cords were showing. Carlos took the time to explain to me why just the inside edges of the tires were being worn out so much faster than the rest of the tire. It had to do with alignment and suspension. Moes did the work! I recently found a good deal on tires online and needed them installed and suspected that I needed some front end work. My suspicion was correct and another local shop checked it out. But they told me they did not have the time or staff to do the work at least no time soon? Like the rest of us I do not have an unlimited supplies of time. So I went over to Moe's on a Saturday, they had the same assessment, and were able and willing to do the work. However, my main concern is that I was told to come back three separate times throughout the day, and each time I followed those instructions. After making multiple trips and still not receiving service, I ultimately had to leave without anything being done. Regardless of the misunderstanding, repeatedly asking a customer to return later without providing the promised service is frustrating and wasted a significant amount of my time. Excellent service, very friendly, and the team does not slack off especially when someone else can use some help. Couldn't remember one of the technicians name's but a tall young guy where his name may rhyme with Malik, attended to me as soon as I drive my car into the shop. The team at this shop is great at multitasking while focusing on their prioritized task. My service technician also allowed me to watch the work being done at a distance with no problem! They also have comfortable seating areas indoors and outdoors, with a water station provided. Reasonable prices out the door, with service technicians that will definitely allow your mind to rest at ease if you're leaving your vehicle with them. Moes is usually my go to shop to get tires installed, tire repair if I get a nail or flat. They dont take appointments and are a first come first serve type of shop. They have ample seating inside and and outside. I took my car in today to get an alignment done after replacing a ton of worn out suspension components (Front tie rod ends, sway bar links, front shocks with leveling kit, rear shocks, rear lower control arms). At first there was a bit of miscommunication in terms of pricing for the alignment. I reached out a few days prior and was told a certain price. then today I was told it'd be significantly more. I showed the emails I did back and forth with Moes and they offered to meet me half way in terms of pricing because of the miscommunication. Then In the end they ended up honoring the price due to the miscommunication. Overall happy with the alignment they did in my vehicle and will be coming back again! read more

We were on our way to Pacifica when my car's tire sensor alerted that my left rear tire's pressure went down. Today is Memorial Day so we were concerned that not all tire shops are open today. I'm glad that we were near the area and the first tire shop that came up was Moe's. I called them and asked if I needed an appointment. It's good that they are open and they are first come first serve basis. We were able to get our car in and they patched my tire. It took about 45 minutes, but it was because there were other customers who came in before us. I would say they have excellent service, and thankful that they are open on a holiday! I used Mo's tires a few times I have come to the conclusion that they are just the worse tire shop ever. They are just a bunch of liars and sell crap ass tires. I took my wife's car there to check the tire pressure because the TPMS light was on. We walked down the street so they called us informing us that the tire was no good so I had them replace the two front tires that costed us almost $400.00 dollars for crappie tires and did not show us the tire that what they said was cracking on the inside. My wife just bought this vehicle and the older couple she bought it from just informed us that the tires were not that old to be cracking. I was in today and I told him that I needed a tire for my truck. He said no problem. About 45 minutes later they were trying to figure out how to put a tire that was too small for my rim onto my rim. They couldn't figure out how to get it and force it on there. So I overheard them saying the numbers don't match. One was saying that it was 16 and the other one saying 15 1/2 etc. Long story short, they tried to force it on there. So what happened was they put the tire halfway on and tried to get the air compressor to fill it up the rest of the way. Instead of it popping on guys move to the other side of the room while I was nearer to the air compressor because that was by the bathroom and I thought it was safe since it was a public area. After a minute, I heard the loudest boom I've ever heard in my life. The tire exploded. I lost my hearing and started walking toward the street and people were coming out of the other shops because they thought there was an explosion. It sounded like a bomb went off. Funny thing is that after that they said we're just gonna put your original tire back on and let me go home. So the original tire worked anyway. They were just trying to make a sale and they didn't have the exact size so they tried to force it and then now they have a huge problem because the tire that I came in with was good in the first place, there was a major explosion invoking my loss of hearing, and zero accountability. The worst costume series I ever seen we came in to fix my tires and I asked the manager what is the estimate time so I can plan my day he said I can't tell you and after one hour pass I asked him if he can let us know the estimate time he also said I don't know after 4 hours the car was done I paid and I took of but after 5 minutes the pressure light came back on. I brought my vehicle here after purchasing $3000 brand new custom wheels so they could mount & balance some tires for me and in the process they damaged 3 of the 4 wheels chipping off the paint and stripped most of my lug nuts with their air impact gun. I asked them if they could please remove the lug nuts so I could purchase new ones and install them somewhere else and they said that they will not be able to because they are stripped. When asking what they were gonna do about fixing my chipped paint, they said it was not them that caused the damage even though they were brand new. Their technician also admitted to damaging them right in front of my two eyes. I am at sad heart to leave this review being I have used them for years and years and referred multiple people. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with them and any tire shop in the past. read more
