I ended up missing my appointment time by 45 minutes. I called and asked if I could still come in. They said no big deal and to come in whenever. It took them around 40 minutes to swap out the tires. Because there isn't a waiting room, they brought me a chair so I could sit outside while the weather was warm. They were listening to music, chatting and having a good time which made the 40 minutes go by. I'd definitely recommend this auto shop for anyone who needs their car repaired or tires changed!

Invoices are attached highlighting the staff that helped as well as things I felt were important to highlight. Basically: the price-matching and the hassle-free warranty replacement (since damage was deemed irreparable). What isn't shown in the invoices is how attentive and considerate Mauricio (red shirt) was during my warranty replacement visit. Highlights: (1) he put my car in the system such that I would be immediately next in line as soon as the replacement tire came in, (2) spent considerable extra time with me to diagnose TPMS (tire pressure monitor) issues after the replacement, and; (3) made sure I had face-to-face contact with another red-shirt member (Sebastian) in case my TPMS issues were unresolved when Mauricio is not present. I did want to mention that it was extremely busy when I came in. It took me some time to actually get to talk to Mauricio specifically, but his professionalism was worth the wait. Lastly, I wanted to give a shout out to the technicians that actually serviced my vehicle on 10/29/25 and 01/19/26: those guys did fine by me. PS: Mauricio was right; driving a few miles fixed my TPMS issue. Gave a call at…read more9am on a Friday morning to see if an alignment was possible as I've been to two shops beforehand (acevedos who couldn't do it cause they didn't have a tool for my lowered car & agundis who couldn't do it as their tech was ooo). Carlos was honest on the phone saying they might not be able to do it because it was lowered and may not fit, but told me to swing by to take a look and confirm. I arrived at 930 and got my vehicle started on at 940am. Before starting, Carlos gave me his diagnosis trying to save me money for something that may not be needed, but I proceeded with it (my TPMs light wasn't on, but I got new wheels the day before and wanted sensors on all of them). Picking up my car, Carlos said he'd drove my car around the block 3 times to ensure the alignment was all good. Carlos was honest and consultative on the phone, and was the same in person. Recommend Carlos and Moe's tires. Honest, fast, and do great work! Glad I stumbled upon them!

They inspected both my front and rear brakes and confirmed that the grinding noise was coming from the rear pads. They were completely honest and let me know my front pads still had plenty of life left, instead of trying to upsell me on parts I didn't need. After confirming the issue, they ordered the parts, which arrived within about an hour. Once the parts came in, they knocked out the brake job in just 30-40 minutes. Super fast, transparent, and professional from start to finish. They also topped off my fluids and filled my tires, which I really appreciated. They walked me through everything and showed me exactly what was going on, which made me feel like I could truly trust their honesty--unlike some other shops that might try to say you definitely need new rotors or extra work done. I also did Differential Fluid on my GT86 since I don't want to deal with lifting up lowered cars and they finish it before quote time! Wally also a great guy and know what he's doing for sure, coming from someone in automotive schools. Keep in mind if your older than 2000's or lack OB2, you might need to take to different places but other than that, I would recommend coming here for quick smog checks or other basic maintenance.

So they sold me ALL new lug nuts, not just the ones that appeared to be bad.

It would have been nice if the message had indicated that I should reschedule the appt online--but I figure that out on my own, and I am okay with that. I come in for my 12:30 appt at 12:20 and join a waiting list. Finally at 1:00 I get called up to officially check in (not so happy about the wait since I had an appt). Then I am told that the tire sensors that I ordered don't work on my make of car (Tesla). WTF!! My order included the make of my car! The website should not have allowed me to order the sensors!! Not mad at the check-in guy, but pretty pissed off at whoever the numbskull is who designed their website. If you want tire sensors you want them installed with the tires unless you have too much money and time. So I cancel the order at the store and go home. 1 1/2 hours wasted in my day. Thanks America's Tires! I am going to give them another chance once I get the sensors.
