Despite being somewhat busy, they fit me in and got to diagnosing and repairing it within minutes. I was out in less than 20 minutes. Thankfully, I was still able to make it to San Jose. Air was gushing out fast, and thankfully Cesar's Tires was only about three minutes from where I had pulled off the freeway. Even though they were closed for inventory, two of the guys stopped what they were doing and came to my rescue. They figured out a way to repair the tire and saved me from having to replace brand-new tires that were literally only two weeks old. To make it even more impressive, it was nearly 100 degrees outside and they were working on scorching hot concrete to help me. And after all of that, the cost was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the time and effort they put into getting me safely back on the road. They were so kind, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond when they absolutely didn't have to. I truly, truly appreciate what they did for me. What should have been a simple tire repair turned into a very disappointing experience. After inspecting my vehicle, an employee began pointing out additional issues and strongly insisted that I should have further repairs done, suggesting that leaving without addressing them would not be a good idea. I felt uncomfortable with the way these additional services were being pushed on me. It seemed as though the employee assumed I would be willing to spend more money simply because I was driving a BMW. When I politely declined the additional services and explained that I wanted some time to consider my options, the employee's attitude changed noticeably. The customer service became cold and unfriendly. What concerned me the most was what happened when I went to pick up my vehicle. After being told that my car was ready, I discovered that the tire pressure was still significantly low. The tire had not even been properly inflated before the vehicle was returned to me. As a customer, I expect a tire shop to prioritize safety, professionalism, and honest communication rather than making customers feel pressured into purchasing additional services. Based on my personal experience, I was not satisfied with the quality of service or the way I was treated. If you care about your vehicle and your safety, I strongly recommend being cautious when considering this shop. I wanted to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision before bringing their vehicles here.

We don't know the exact reason he was refused service, but the lack of explanation and the way my dad was treated left us concerned and wondering whether his ethnicity played a role. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully and given a clear reason when service is refused.
