Wow! JUST WOW!!!! I've had such an amazing experience, I don't know where to start! 5 star service!- I dropped my car off Tuesday evening and was able to pick it up Wednesday evening. Gus was super flexible with the pickup time AND even more patient with my indecisiveness! I wanted my calipers painted and I legit changed the color three times before I asked Gus his opinion and was instantly enamored with the color he chose... A solid indicator that this man knows what he's doing! With the amazing work and short turnaround time, I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg, fortunately I was able to keep both!! He could have easily charged me for picking up outside of normal business hours or even paying with a credit card, but true professional, professionalism, and Customer Service/Care showed in every interaction! I will definitely be back with my new set of rims to get painted, I cannot wait to work with them again... They are truly magicians in their craft... No wonder they are The Wheel Wizards!!! read more

The Wheel Wizards - Wheel & Rim Repair Near Me - Fremont, California

Excellent work. Thank you. I was very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the price. The great reviews are well deserved. The only issue I had was that I initially brought only one wheel for a full restoration. I was then told that another wheel was needed for color matching, so I had to make an extra round trip back to my home in San Mateo to pick it up. It would have been helpful if I had been informed of this requirement beforehand. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend them. Thank you. read more

Great and smooth experience with Wheel Wizards in Fremont. I brought in 2 rims with some scratches (nothing crazy but still bugged me), and they made them look brand new. The paint match was perfect, super clean finish, and it honestly looked like I never even damaged them at all. I called for a morning appt and they got me in quick, and finished both in like an hour! Best part, I paid WAY less than what other shops were quoting me per rim, so that was a huge win. Plus the team had great attitudes the whole time super nice and easy to work with. If you need rim repair and don't wanna get overcharged, this is the spot fr. read more

Their prices are unbeatable for curb rash repairs. While competitors want $200-250/rim, they were able to fix for less than half that. Super friendly and responsive staff - will definitely be back! read more

Went here to fix the curb rash on my wheels. Gus was very upfront about the costs and the results. He ran me through the options available and recommended me choices that were best for my situation, not ones that are the most expensive. I also wanted to repair the leather on my door panels but he actually advised against it since it's a high touch area and the repair might not last. Gus and Sam also gave me rides to and from the BART station since I had to drop off my car for a day. And needless to say, the results turned out amazing. The wheels are repaired flawlessly and look factory new. Highly recommended. Great work and honest people. read more

Jason and Sam were incredible - I asked for a curb rash fix last night, and they were able to give me an appointment literally the next day while offering a really competitive price. When I got to the shop, there was another customer ahead of me, but they were able to get the paint and finish done within 30 minutes - well before the expected finish time. On top of that, they did a great paint job for my damaged rim. Can hardly tell it was damaged before! Thanks again Jason and Sam! read more

I was impressed by the website and the work done by The Wheel Wizards. I didn't know how it was going to go when I arrived at the shop to start the conversation about what I wanted to have done to my car. It wasn't like that, the mechanic listened, gave me a price and asked that I call their phone number to set up the appointment (He was in the middle of wheel repair). It was uncomplicated, ego free and no upsells. And no condescending talk like I was a woman who had no clue about cars. Nice people. The work was just as ordered, 4 wheels with curb rash repair, that needed 2-colors and a clear coat to make them look "just like new". My expectations? My husband said, "you need to make sure to look your car over wheel-by-wheel for a thorough inspection before you go to pay. I'm a details person and did my review of the work... I could not find 1-thing to point out! I asked my husband, did you find fault with anything, and he said, it all looked great! Sam, the Wizard (owner) is a nice guy that has a lot experience with cars and is very sociable. We talked about my car that I just bought, and other issues I would like to correct. He made recommendations, some he could do and the other work he recommended where to have it done. He made recommendations for my rock damage on the front hood and how he could fix that. Who knew it was a thing? He also recommend a company that could do the finishing work I wanted done for my new-to-me car that he does not do. Sam is a Wizard at his craft! REALLY. He asked if I wanted the wheels to look just like brand new AND they LOOK LIKE BRAND NEW!!! I have already ordered a car hood repair for rock damaged paint work. It was a no-brainer. read more

I needed curb rash repair on my rims, new rim color, and brake caliper painting since mine look rusty. All performed to exactly what I wanted! I was concerned about hiring a mobile service to fix the road rash because they would only be able to spray paint the rims via a mini compressor or can, bringing into the shop, they powder coated the rims which requires dismounting the tires and using heat to dry the rims after the powder coat, the pro way of doing it so the paint sticks and looks OEM. Just know the color you want and let them know, they don't have any sample wheels painted so you can choose the color, but they are working on it. Matte, satin, semi gloss, gloss or anything in between, just let them know. It was a 24 hour turn around time, price was right, I would use them again! Tip: Use an AI program to generate and see how your new rim color would look on your vehicle. Thanks to Sam and Gus for being good honest guys, much appreciated! read more

Can't stop staring at my brakes now. Never thought I'd say that, but here we are. I brought my car in to get my brake calipers painted and one of my wheels restored. The Wheel Wizards understood the assignment. From start to finish, everything was super professional -- fast responses, clear timelines, and no upsell weirdness. The calipers came out chef's kiss -- glossy, vibrant, and clean with no overspray. It's like they gave my car a makeover. The restored wheel? You'd never know it had curb rash two weeks ago. Looks factory-fresh. Pricing was totally fair, and they finished ahead of schedule, which I was always appreciate. If you're even thinking about giving your ride a glow-up, this is your spot. Knowing my luck with curbs, I'll most likely be back and I know I'll receive a 10/10 experience again. read more

I did caliper painting here for my Tesla Y. I would agree that these guys are wizards. Their work is both highly skillful and artistic. What was also important, Jason explained all the details of our project with great patience and provided me with a variety of options to choose from. The work itself took less time than we discussed, which didn't affect the quality. Sam, a guy who worked on my wheels, was very nice and kind. Bottom line: great attitude and great work. Came here to get my calipers painted. Turnaround was fast as Jason said it would take 4hrs but they finished in 3.5hrs. Unfortunately the bottom of the calipers were left unpainted and they left one of my lug nuts off my car and I drove all the way back to SF like this. Partially my fault for not fully checking but that lack of attention to detail is concerning and very disappointing, considering it was a 50min drive to this shop. **Update: Jason the owner contacted me regarding the missing lug nut for my car and we managed to get a mutual resolution for the issue. Good customer service and really appreciated it. Thank you. read more
