Nicolas pulled up to my place in his repair truck. He was somewhat tentative that he could repair my rim. He said he could get it 98% perfect or something close. I assured him to do his best. He took the wheel off and went into his magic lab truck for about 1.5 hours. After heating up the rim, he was able to flatten out the bent part of the rim, sand it down, re paint and re gloss it. It came out perfect! Nicolas is great and he can fix anything rim related. He is kind and professional. 5 stars! read more

Excellent work, communication, service and efficiency! Pleasure working with Nick and highly recommend!

This was my second time using Pio's Wheels, and once again, I'm beyond impressed! I have a Tesla Y, and the wheels seem to pick up scrapes so easily (womp womp) -- but Nicolas always comes through and makes them look better than new. I requested his service to remove a large curb rash and a few general scrapes. He's easy to reach, communication is smooth, and I was lucky enough to get an appointment the very next day. The best part? They're mobile, so they come to you! I live in an apartment complex, parked outside, and Nicolas handled everything from there with no hassle. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and I've already recommended Pio's Wheels to family and friends. HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you, Nicolas! read more

I called Nicolas to schedule an appointment and he was able to book me for the next day! I had rim damage on all four tires and he was able to repair them in a few hours. Now they look brand new! Affordable pricing, highly recommend him for rim repair services. read more

I took my car in to get a tire patch, and I had to go back three times because the job wasn't done properly. The tire kept leaking, and they ended up shaving off too much, which caused additional wear. I had a loss because of this, and overall, it was a terrible experience. I didn't like their service at all, it was awful. read more

Pio's wheels were amazing, I inquired about getting a bent wheel fixed and they were able to come to my house, pick up my wheel, fix it and bring it back all in a span of 3 hours. Truly professionals and the customer service was amazing, received text updates throughout the whole process and my wheel was back to looking as good as it was before it hit a pothole. They charged me $225 which was a very fair price considering I didn't drive anywhere and the rate of the speed. read more

Alex from Pio's wheels came over and made our rims look brand new. I don't ever want to park close to a curb again. Alex was punctual, communicative, and quick. He did amazing work. The dispatch who took my call and payment was fine to work with, but Alex is the true star. Thanks!! read more

I made the mistake of switching cars for the weekend with my soon to be ex wife and let her use my 2024 Tesla Model 3 which I've been immaculately caring for since I got it. As expected, she returned it with a severely scraped and damaged back rim and 2 dents on the back bumper. What the actual f*#ck! To say I was devastated would be an understatement but I half expected it. Lesson learned. I reached out to Tesla and although they don't offer this service they recommended PIO's Wheels. What can I say? Excellent customer service, fair pricing, quick and efficient service. They were here within 3 days of my first reaching out (due to my work schedule) and the tech was super friendly, skilled and did quality work. I'm grateful for PIO's Wheels for restoring my rim to almost brand new and making my car look like nothing happened. AAA+++... now if anyone knows a good divorce attorney let me know! read more

I reached out to Nicolas and he was able to accommodate me quickly even though it was a long weekend and a national holiday, he had someone come out first thing Monday morning. The job was done so quickly and they were kind enough to repair another small scratch on a 2nd rim since they were already there. Definitely recommend them and will be coming back (but hopefully I will not have to)! read more

Great work and awesome service! Fixed a curb rash and made my wheel look like new. Definitely recommend Pio's Wheels!

Situation: Curb rash on my 21 inch Tesla rims. Mobile appointment - Nick sent a technician to my house in a 'bread van'. Basically a workshop on wheels. Quality of work: Outstanding. My rim was fixed in an hour and looks brand new. I can't say enough good things about Nick and his techs. I was always able to get ahold of Nick, he responded quickly every time and was very polite. Best customer service from him and his technicians. Price to fix my curb rash was very competitive. Technician (Alex) was exceptional-polite and did quality work. Highly recommend - Thank you Nick. read more

Wow wow wow!!! I'm very impressed indeed!!! Yes, I know this has nothing to do with food but, good businesses need to be exposed especially when they've done a great service...I did an idiotic overcorrection in a narrow tunnel and drove my rims right into the curb for a painful split second causing the most amazing gashes one should never see on black rims. A guy named Nick is the proprietor and he was recommended to me by a @Tesla representative in S.F., Nick happen to have an appointment open for a mobile service and his technician Miguel drove out to my home to fix my rims. The results are just amazing! Keep these guys in mind for those curb rashes etc., specially if you have those black 22in Tesla rims. read more

Zero complaints about the work. Nick is a magician! 2021 Tesla Model 3 18" wheel curb rash has disappeared. He even drove all the way (over an hour) to my house from Mountain View. Only negative thing worth mentioning is you might have stay active on the communication. But once Nick was on site, he was courteous and diligent. Fixed my wheel in less than 45 minutes. While i hope to never need him again, i would not hesitate to use him if ever did need it again. I should add: I found Pio's through recommendation from the Tesla dealership. i understand why they refer customers to them. read more

Nicolas is a magician. Great value and excellent quality of work. Highly recommend him.

I have a Tesla Model Y and I had just bought the car 3 months before my sister scuffed my rims. I was looking to get them fixed ASAP and done correctly. The Tesla center near me recommended Pio's Wheels (since with Tesla I'd just have to purchase new rims). And all I can say is I had the best experience with Nick. He was very responsive, super efficient once he started working on the car, and was so easy to work/communicate with. My rims looked brand new once he and his worker repaired them. I highly recommend him and plan to never use anyone else even though I've moved away from the area. read more

Was referred to Pio's from an individual service tech at a local dealer service center. I called Pio's this morning at about 9a for some self-inflicted curb rash. He arranged for a tech to come to our house and they are done already (it's not even 3p). Way faster than I had expected. My Model Y P's 21" wheels look like new again and the color matches perfectly. Definitely recommend. We've unfortunately been in this rodeo before and Pio's is not the cheapest but definitely more convenient and excellent results. Convenient payment via Venmo. Would absolutely recommend. read more

Let me start off by saying I'm probably the most picktest person out there. I have OCD on the smallest imperfections but this guy!! Unbelievable skills. Looks like new I can not see where the damage was. He was quick and the results was perfect. I was skeptical of mobile rim repair services. But now he will be the first person I call for rim repairs. He was recommended by Tesla Service at Burlingame and did not disappoint. Highly recommended. read more

I don't write many reviews, but today I had one of those experiences where I was delighted by a service. Bottom line: Appointment no show and poor communication This company was recommended by my boyfriend since he had good work done by them before, so on my behalf he booked an appointment to fix my curb rash. The noon appointment was confirmed the day prior, but the day of the guy was a no show. My boyfriend called to see where he was at and he said his driver couldn't make the original time and asked if he could push the appointment to 2pm. Then he said he thought the appointment was at 2 and we got a call about the change. What? The time was confirmed the day before in writing and we definitely did not get a call about changing it. I declined. I took time off work for this and drove over an hour. I get things happen, but don't act like you didn't know the time and straight up lie about us getting a call. Just own up. He eventually apologized offering a discount and to reschedule near my house. Thanks, but no thanks. They might do good work, but there's nothing I hate more than some made up bs and my time being wasted. read more

The Pios wheels guys are amazing. If you scuff your rims and have a Tesla, give nick a call. They come to you, fix it in about an hour, and it looks brand new.
