He took the wheel off and went into his magic lab truck for about 1.5 hours. After heating up the rim, he was able to flatten out the bent part of the rim, sand it down, re paint and re gloss it. Bottom line: Appointment no show and poor communication This company was recommended by my boyfriend since he had good work done by them before, so on my behalf he booked an appointment to fix my curb rash. The noon appointment was confirmed the day prior, but the day of the guy was a no show. My boyfriend called to see where he was at and he said his driver couldn't make the original time and asked if he could push the appointment to 2pm. Then he said he thought the appointment was at 2 and we got a call about the change. What? The time was confirmed the day before in writing and we definitely did not get a call about changing it. I declined. I took time off work for this and drove over an hour. I get things happen, but don't act like you didn't know the time and straight up lie about us getting a call. Just own up.
