Can't even help me to fix my 2013 Mini cooper s and I asked what kind of work can they do for my bmw and these guys just sucks not answering questions that I have I'm glad they don't do jobs for these cars and they lie about auto repairs they only do JDM and not so much for BMWs at all I'm not happy that they don't do engine works at all even they posted that and they don't want to take the job and I'm willing to pay for the price and I have to go long distance to work and this is just right by my house too.. this is a horrible place to waste time to make appointments ands phone calls sucks never called back.. read more

I am very unhappy with this mechanic. I took my fiat to this shop and I explained to "Sam" that my car is smoking. Charged me $400 to change a gasket and clean some oil that was leaked inside. My car was not diagnosed correctly and still was smoking very badly!! The second attempt I explained it still smoking he said all the cars smoke and show me other cars inside that wasn't even smoking!! He explained the oil is more than usual and you added the oil ( since I didn't do anything to the car shows they even didn't check the oil level and quality) !! I am very unhappy and my car is still smoking badly now I have to go to another place and pay more to fix my car!! I definitely do not recommend this place because they are uneducated and just a rip off unfortunately!! read more

This review is long overdue. The previous owner (who I trusted and was extremely reliable) waited to sell his business to the right person, and that he did. Ron has been an incredible mechanic for my car's (sigh) high needs. From diagnosing a parasitic draw to being a soundboard on how to proceed cost effectively, I really can't thank Ron enough for his over-the-top positive customer service and how much time he has spent on my car (both paid and unpaid) to get it into tip-top shape. Whenever I have one-off problems (like today my window fell down and won't go back up), I know I can call Ron and he will level with me on the best way to proceed. He doesn't sugar coat and is direct, which I really appreciate. Ron is a clear communicator, timely, reliable, and responsive. When you're there he really takes time to make sure your needs are met - and he's extremely busy, which is probably a testament to others feeling the same way. Went to this business last year for an oil change. Took 5 hours for an oil change and an air filter. This year I made an appointment 3 days in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10:00am my appointment time. I was told it'd be a few hours. I questioned the length of time and was suggested that I take a walk, get a cup of coffee, "Go read a book". Ron the owner is extremely knowledgeable about cars, and the service here is impeccable. With Ron as your mechanic, your car will always be in excellent shape and he will never sell you on what you don't need. Even after I bought my new Subaru Forester a few years ago, I never went to the dealership for routine maintenance because I only trust Ron and his other shop in Twin Peaks headed by Ken with my cars. I recently had to replace my A/C condenser because it was leaking refrigerant. Ron spotted the problem right away and completed the replacement on the same day even after receiving the part late in the day from Subaru. By coincidence a few days later, I received a letter from Subaru informing me that the A/C condenser in my model year may be faulty with leakage issues, and should be replaced at a Subaru dealership free of charge, or if I previously paid for such repairs, I'd be reimbursed if the amount is similar to what a Subaru dealership in my area would charge. Since the problem was already spotted by Ron and the repairs already made, I feel very fortunate that it was Ron who handled this repair instead of a dealership. Also, I have no doubt that Ron's charges are less than a dealership's so I'm expecting full reimbursement! My car was making a rumbling noise from the front driver side when driving at low speed. I brought it to Parkside and explained the problem. they went with me on a test drive to hear the sound and told me it could be a number of issues. They said to go by process of elimination by fixing one thing at a time starting with replacing the sway bar links since that was the cheapest thing to replace in my car's suspension system. After they replaced the sway bar link, the sound went away! Great job and Thank you. read more
