I went in for what should have been a routine oil change -- nothing complicated, just standard service. Instead, I ended up dealing with a complete nightmare that showed a serious lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Not even 24 hours after my oil change, I noticed a large pool of oil forming in my driveway. I checked under my car and discovered that oil was leaking from the drain plug area. When I took a closer look, I realized the drain plug bolt had been stripped and the crush washer (which is essential for sealing and preventing leaks) had not even been installed. That's basic, entry-level maintenance procedure -- something any competent technician should know. Because of this negligence, I was completely out of oil by the next day. If I hadn't caught it in time, it could have easily caused catastrophic engine damage from running the car dry. Oil is the lifeblood of an engine -- running out can destroy it within minutes. What's even worse is that the oil leak stained my entire driveway, leaving me to clean up their mistake on top of dealing with my vehicle issue. The financial cost, the wasted time, and the frustration were all avoidable had the technicians done their job properly. To make matters worse, when I contacted the shop, I was met with little accountability or urgency to fix the problem. It's unacceptable that a professional oil change service could overlook something as basic as installing a crush washer and properly tightening a drain plug. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Jiffy Lube. I will never return to this location (or any Jiffy Lube for that matter), and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting your car to this shop. There are plenty of local mechanics and quick lube centers that take pride in their work and actually care about the customer's vehicle. If you value your time, your money, and your car's health -- go somewhere else or do it yourself

I brought it in with an engine tapping thinking it needed a rebuild--had taken it to a Jeep dealership service center that quoted me $8K for an engine replacement. Will quickly figured out the problem--no charge for the diagnostic--and determined it did not need a rebuild. He took care of it quickly and was really communicative in the process. He informed me of the repairs that I should consider given my car's mileage. I appreciated that he took the time to talk me through the repairs and explain the importance behind it. After said repairs were done, it still leaked. was advised that it was the water pump and that they were not interested in doing the repairs. They put stop leak in it to temporarily seal the leak. Dumb move as that process only causes more issues. clogged water jackets internally, clogged heater core and radiator. although I drove the car to the shop I was unable to drive it home. broke down twice do to water pouring out. Picture is what it looked like as I finally made it to my parking spot. 780.00 dollars for what? Replaced water pump myself as the car was now totally broke down and had to replace a clogged up radiator. I am sure more damage due to stop leak installed by shop is yet to come.
