Had to stop at this gas station to fill up and wanted hot cocoa, but the cashier said that he didn't know how to make it..... Seriously.... Who doesn't know how to make it? This might seem a bit strange, but im reviewing this gas station because of its bathroom. 680 freeway frequently makes me have to pee--and for some weird reason,, it's always in a similar spot so I looked for a gas station that would be possibly cleaned within the month that wasnt a second home to junkies and BJ's (Im not hatin'! Peeps gotta live!) Omfg did i find a friggin GEM. This Shell gas station is your standard fare, but the minimart steals the show. I asked for the key -- dude up front was like-"no key, go ahead, its nice and clean". He wasnt kidding. It was spotless. Smelled amazing. Looked cool (cool--as in, i could live here, in this bathroom). Totally stocked with TP. And the cherry on top?? DYSON HAND DRYERS! !! Woohoooooo!!! I put this place on my smartphone maps, people. They have the most cleanest public private restroom I have ever seen in my life! The gas is cheap and I prefer Shell over anything because I get to use my Luckys Rewards Card! Yeah! And I love that this is located right off the freeway 680! read more

This review is for the gas pumps only. This is the newest gas station in Milpitas but all the window washer squeegees are in terrible shape; the squeegee rubber part are either too old to take the water off the glass or the rubber portion is coming off the tool. The sponge portion of the tool is usually shredded or gone. Half thd time, the credit card reader on the pumps don't accept my credit card and I then have to see the clerk inside where I have no problem with the credit card. I would go somewhere else but their location is so dang convenient!!!! read more

I mean I have to give 5 stars for their great little supermarket...all brand new and cleanest place I've ever been to and they offer more than most places....so modern In there...and gas prices are really reasonable compared To others !! read more

I have been to this Shell Station twice and will NEVER return. The first time I used cash. It says use cash get a discount. I did and realized when I had already left that I did not get the discount. The second time I decided to get a car wash and get a discount. I used my rewards card for .15 cents off. I did not get my rewards even though Shell took it off. They told me because I choose to get a car wash I already got a discount. How does the car wash and the rewards card cancel each other out? Does NOT make sense. It's like they stole my money. It's not a lot but I like using the rewards card to get the discounts. So just because I wanted a car wash, they take my rewards card points and I DON'T GET THE DISCOUNT?? How does that make sense. I recently visited the Loop Mini Mart of this Shell Gas Station. I wanted to purchase a sandwich and drink but there was mold on the sandwich. Digusting! Brought it to the lady staff's attention. No apologies, just had this smirk on her face. I expected her to take it off the shelf immediately, but she did nothing. She was also being rude as I overheard her say nasty comment to her co worker about another customer's choice of clothing. The customer was on the heavier side but not obese, but this staff said the word "obese" accompanied by laugh. I told her I understood what she said since I also spoke her language and told her that wasn't very nice. Unbelievable. Like the other patron mentioned, don't let the looks of this Shell and it's Loop Mini Mart fool you. The staff needs to pay more attention to the quality of their products, expiration dates in particular, and not how the customers look. You could really use some customer service training and have some moral ! read more

Thank god for gas stations near a freeway exit/entrance! I don't know what the heck I was thinking but I was having so much fun driving around that I almost got stuck on the side of the road with an empty gas tank! I think this was karma playing tricks on my because just a few days ago I was laughing at a guy who was walking on the side of the freeway with his small red container. I couldn't believe people were so scattered brained to just get in and out of their cars without realizing they were low on gas. WELL.... here's another scattered brain!! Because it happened to me... my truck started beeping and sure enough my needle was on Empty!!! I immediately took the next exit and I don't recall praying so hard since my son was born for a miracle. I kept telling myself how the hell I was going to move my huge truck out of the way if it were to just STOP! Someone must have been looking down on me because I got no red lights and I barely, barely made it... Let me tell you... this could have been the dirtiest, with worst customer service ever and most expensive gas in the whole wide world and I would STILL give them five stars just for existing right there at that moment in my LIFE. lol Lucky for them however, the gas station was very clean and their attendants friendly enough to smile! I love the new Shell station and Loop mini mart! There mini coffee shop is delicious. They have lots of hot and cold lunch options as well. The employees are so friendly, and it's still the cheapest gas in town. read more

This place is a paradise compared to the other Shell in Milpitas. It is clean and the store is very well stocked. They give a discount on the price of gas if you get a car wash and it's a good one. Also, you don't have to buy gas to get the $7.00 price in case your tank is already full. BTW, you have to buy the gas before you wash your car since the cash register is not set up to discount the gas after the wash. The prices are also more reasonable than the other shell-- though not rock bottom. The car wash does a decent job cleaning my car and the vacuum cleaner has strong suction. All in all, I am happy I found this place and will be returning to wash my car here. read more
