This place is too expensive to be doing half ass jobs. ‍ Each & every time I have had to ask them to clean something (rims, dash board streaks, cup holders, etc) I get that it's a drive thru car wash, but for the price & they charge they need to make sure cars are cleaned all the way & not half ass. When I asked for things to be corrected today (rims still dirty, dash board, mirrors, cup holder had liquid puddle, etc) I received some attitude. I just gave up & left, because I was feeling like my asking to correct things was a problem, but pictures below are what was still not cleaned. Not to mention vacuum job wasn't good either :/ I won't be coming back here again. This is the worst carwash I have ever gotten in my life. It was so expensive for the most basic detail. At shell/ chevron they have a carwash for 15-20$ and it is SIGNIFICANTLY better than this place. It was a drive through and even at Shell they manually clean your car and you wait outside while they wash and dry your car. Here they did not even dry my car, it was appalling to witness this. I bought their 4 month unlimited washes membership for $120 in person cash. The car wash opens at 8am and the guys work really hard from start to finish. Always an excellent drying phase and detailed to my car specially. I generally try to come before rush hour 3-6 and I can pull right up to the wash and dry section in about 8 minutes dried. For my car they remove the antenna before the ride and that is very important to me. I know this membership is worth the value because every day and anytime wash (opening hours) with clean tires is a luxury for $120. You could math it out .. or forget what it is like to wash your car again for 4/12 months of the year. Hahaha i love this place! read more

Needed a good ol' interior/exterior cleaning of my car on Thursday. Arrived around noon, and it was a 5 minute wait to select and pay for service, with two cars in front of me (they have 2 lanes). Staff was straightforward and efficient. I was quoted a 40 minute wait for the mini detail service (which includes inside the trunk). There's a nice seating area on the right side of 7-Eleven where clean vehicles exit the wash, which was partially shaded, with a lovely fountain flowing at the center. I really wanted to like this spot as it's the closest interior car wash place to my new house, but boy I should've just flushed $45 down the drain instead. The exterior wash was terrible (see photos), but the interior was even more horrendous. I emphasized I wanted my floors vacuumed but they left debris everywhere. The worst part - the cleaning agent they used in the car smelled like vomit. I've only smelt this once before in a rental car and it only brought those memories back. A refreshing scent would've been nice? I'm not coming back here; I was going to advise my girlfriend to take her car here for the mini detail but I'm not touching this place with a 10 ft stick. For the price I think their quality is quite good. On this last visit I paid extra and got the interior serviced as well. I read a lot of complaints about car unclean. This Car Wash is attached to a market (no longer 7-11) and customer service between the car wash and market is horrible. They seem angry when you give them a tag to pay for the car wash then even more angry if you ask if you can get cash back for the tip. Today when I asked the lady she got loud and told me NO CASH back even if I bought something in the market. The partnership between car wash and market needs to be fixed. Super friendly staff and very quick car wash! I have been to hand dry car washes in the past that would take 20+ minutes. This place was very quick and I was in and out within 10 minutes. We did the $19.99 car wash and it had a bunch of fancy LED lights inside. The staff recommended we do the $19.99 package since there was tree sap on the car. It got a majority of the tree sap that I had stuck on the hood of my car. There was still some leftover though. My side view mirrors were covered in residue as well, so they definitely did a bit of a rushed job drying the car. I guess that's why it so quick. read more

They completely ruined my windshield and didn't even say anything to me. At first I thought that they were water spots but after getting home I was so distraught to find out that there are tiny micro spot scratches ALL OVER the wind shield. I tipped the guys too after I received my car. Don't go here. I'm so disappointed in myself for coming here. Now what am I gonna do? Get the whole windshield replaced? Honestly they did a lot better than I expected, and even more. Came here with my very dirty car... I'm usually good about getting it washed every few months, but COVID slowed things down. It had been well over a year since the last time it got washed at my usual spot. I got the car wash with detailing option off Groupon for $139 - I pay about $30 per car wash at another place, so this was basically making up for my missed trips. I figured my car deserved it, as I'm one of the lucky folks that still goes into the office while people work from home (note the sarcasm). As with most places, they have you pull up and ask what package you're here for. Gave them the details of my Groupon, handed them the keys and came back 2 hours later (they call you when they're done). There are a variety of restaurants in the area and in non-COVID times it would be easy to just hang out at a nearby cafe while you wait... but instead I had someone pick me up and drop me off. My black Toyota Solara was so freaking clean that I didn't quite recognize it when I came to pick it up. In fact, it felt looked "too clean"... and I noticed why. I'm one of those folks where a scratch or a paint scruff on my car doesn't really bother me... and I've had my fair share of scraping the yellow poles in a parking garage. That said... my car looked too clean because all the yellow paint scuff marks had been buffed out, and I'm fairly sure they tried buffing out some scratches to make them less noticeable. So after about 4 years of driving my car with yellow scuff marks that make people nervous to go into it, Milpitas Auto Spa made my car look as good as new (minus the dent in the front). It was also nice and shiny, with the all the leaves debris pulled out where the windshield wipers were. The interior was super clean as well - my package had a choice between cleaning the carpet or the seats. You could also pay extra to have them do both (I think $50)... which they try really, really hard to sell to you. Hence I'm docking a star - the lady kept asking and was clearly annoyed when I insisted on only having the carpet cleaned. My car has had seat covers used since the beginning, so getting the seats clean has not been an issue. Anyways, for the $139 Groupon I paid, I was really happy with the results of my car. New prices and packages: Basic exterior $14.99 Express Superior wash $17.99 VIP wash $19.99 Ultimate shine wash $24.99 Full Service executive wash with express spray wax $39.99 plus $2 for vans, trucks, SUV If you are trying to get a quick exterior wash, service will be slow. Here's the deal- Once you pull up to the line, you will be asked what service you want. You go inside to pay. All cars funnel into the same interior vacuum / window cleaning service line. Then the cars are moved forward to the soft cloth car wash. The workers are very slow at vacuuming and window wiping. So even at 9 am on Sunday with little lines, it will take at least 30 minutes to get your car cleaned for an exterior only wash. I just wish they had a better process; wash first (as every car gets a wash), then extra services at the end. Plus the workers are not friendly! I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

Several months ago I gave a very honest opinion of the quality of the $300.00 detail. It was a bad review, but very honest. Now I am banned from the car wash. Most companies woukd go into a recovery mode to save the customer. This company did no such thing. Giving reviews good or bad can make the company better.
