Came out for the 2004 Jaguar and Trung did a fantastic job. He was quick to respond and easy to reserve a time with. We got the full service, wax treatment and shampoo for the inside. Came by the job site and in no time, the car was fresh and clean again. Very reasonable pricing and fantastic result. You won't go wrong here... read more

Great experience!! Messaged back on yelp really quickly and came to my work place on time. Unfortunately, he cannot go to businesses without proper written permission (which I understand), so it was just an interior cleaning instead of both interior and exterior wash. He was done in a timely manner my car felt completely new on the inside. I would highly recommend! read more

First time customer here. I'm a mom of two sports-active boys and our SUV needed a really good carwash inside and out. Found Kevin on Yelp. He replied quickly and I was able to make an appointment for the following day. He was professional and on time. His mobile carwash service was great - he had all the things he needed and I didn't need to provide him with anything. Our SUV looks good as new and we are very thankful for a great service he provided. We will definitely contact him again for carwash maintenance. Thank you, Kevin! read more

Omg I am so thankful and appreciative of such amazing customer service and work ethic! Trung replied to my request the next morning and we agreed on a time where he was able to accommodate my work schedule. Left my car for him to work out, came back to it spotless and smelling fresh and brand new. I had a couple water and fabric stains on my seats, as well as dog hair in the carpets - all gone! I also requested interior detail only because I was unsure if he could do exterior wash without a water source from my complex, but he was able to also wash my exterior! Appropriately priced, amazing work. Will definitely keep TN Mobile Detailing for any future requests! read more

Kevin is such a gem! A few days ago I dropped takeout on myself in the drivers side, it was hot spicy miso soup. The container was cheap and bent open when it fell on me. The burn and smell were traumatizing. This was on Saturday. I took a shower and washed my clothes then tried to scrub my drivers seat with detergent and hot water. Bad idea. I was desperate. I let it sit in the sun and the smell was disgusting the next day. Tuesday, it smelt like Tide laundry detergent mixed with ramen. I wasn't comfortable driving my car with this stench. It put me in a bad mood. I was desperately looking for a car wash in the area that could shampoo my seat but anything I found in Fremont had really bad reviews. I sent a mass message through Yelp to a few detailing services and Kevin was the first one to respond with a reasonable price. One response quoted me up to $700 which was a drive-thru car wash in Campbell and another, which was mobile, quoted me $135 but I had to provide the water hose and some cleaning supplies. Kevin came to my house Wednesday morning. He gave me a heads up he was on his way and called me when he arrived. Kevin's mobile service is fully-equipped. He has a water hose in his car and his own cleaning supplies. I cleared out my car before he arrived and gave him a heads up about me cleaning my seat with detergent and he didn't pass any judgements at all. He looked at it and quoted me a little more because he needed to steam clean my seat a few times to break down the chemicals so the smell could go away. I appreciated him for explaining this. My car is a white pearl 2020 Subaru BRZ. He made it look, feel, and smell new again. He got to my house at around 9:30am and finished at 11:30am. The $235 flat rate includes a foam car wash with wax and interior detailing (shampooing seats, floors, wiping down the dashboard, etc.). My tires were conditioned too. To get the smell out of my car, I paid $275 and tipped him $50. I won't be eating miso soup for a while but I will consider Kevin's service first before going anywhere else. I do want to point out how respectful and charismatic he was to me especially as a female. This can be a valid concern for other women because of their own traumatic experiences. I've gone to a handful of car washes where I get weird looks sometimes and ripped off occasionally for simply trying to get my car cleaned but a bro walks up and gets hooked up for the same service with open arms. Kevin didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. :) read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This guy is so kind, honest, and cleans like a machine! I have 4 kids in car seats and they are ruthless in the backseat. All kinds of snacks get crammed all over. When he first cleaned my car he suggested a plastic floor covering which has saved the carpet. He also checks my tire pressure which as a mom is super helpful and makes me feel better driving my kids around. Great price, amazing service, and awesome owner! read more

Great service from Kevin and Thao! Thao left the car super clean and performed a fantastic job. Even cleaned up the random trash I had in the car that I didn't even know was in there! For a mobile service you get it all! Highly recommend and definitely will be calling Kevin again for another wash! read more

Kevin did an amazing job. The whole reason I wanted to get a detail was because of my seat stains that I have accumulated over the past 5 years of owning this car. He was able to remove all of them. This was my first experience getting a car detail & I could see myself using this service again. It was reasonably priced and worth the money. I would expect to spend anywhere from $200 to $300 on a job like mine. I think it took him about 1.5 - 2 hrs to complete the job. Thanks again!! It was much needed. read more

My car looks brand new inside! I'm a small business and use my car for carrying supplies to conventions/tradeshows a lot, so it was (embarrassingly) pretty messy with dirt, debris, and food crumbs. Kevin did a great job and was really responsive to what my car needed. It was really convenient as well with the at-home service, and saved a lot of time instead of having to coordinate a drop off/pick up. I'm really impressed overall, and I'll definitely be returning in the future! read more

Very responsive, total was $245 for exterior car wash and detail inside. Gave 4 stars because it wasn't completely 100% clean but came close enough. Old window marks came off and I had bean juice I spilled on carpet in front seat he got out about 90% of smell out of car after shampooing. Took him about 2 hours so that was great. Also he comes to you and his own power and everything. read more

My truck was in desperate need of some TLC. I've had it about 4 years and this is the first real cleaning it's had. I have a husky so the interiors has slobber, pet hair and beach sand. This is my daily driver and my weekend work truck so it gets pretty nasty. I normally just pay $50 at the local car wash but they never really do much. Kevin came out to my apartment and took care of business. Along with being extremely professional, a great communicator and an expert at what he does, he went a-z and even sent me progress photos. I will definitely recommend this business for a mobile detail service. read more

Great service. Would choose this again in the future. He came fully equipped. Didn't even need to use my water. Did a good job.

Trung is very responsive and wasted no time coming to me to detail my car. I left for an hour to run some errands and when I returned my car looked brand new inside. Note if you live in an apartment complex you may not be able to get an exterior detail but Trungs interior detail work is fantastic. read more

Trung was quite responsive and came on time and did the good job of removing mold from my car. However, first of all he bumped up the estimate by $50. Also he let the car floor soaked wet and told me to keep car windows open for few hours but even after 2 days the floor was still quite wet. I called him to dry out one more time but he started blaming that there is something wrong with the car, and I am supposed to fix it myself. I would had been ok if his attitude was right and politely explained his side but I am not willing to accept bad attitude from people who provide services to others. He is definitely not recommended ! ps: As you can see, how Trung responded to my review and decide for yourself if he is worthy of your business and how you want to be treated by your service providers; btw I bought the car brand new and it's first hand :) read more

THANK YOU THANK YOU! Not only are they responsive on Yelp they did above and beyond on my Honda Fit 2008. I had throw up on my front passenger seat and they made it look clean and brand new. They are super friendly, and the pricing was reasoning for what I needed done. For interior cleaning + vomit it was $245. I would highly recommend them and probably would use them again if needed. Thanks again Trung! 10000/10 read more

Kevin is a professional through and through, from a simple quote request via yelp to scheduling an appointment to completing the requested services. I recently moved into the area and I'm grateful that this is one less thing for me to worry about. You can tell Kevin is a car enthusiast by the extra effort he puts into cleaning the vehicles. I had him saved in my phone's contacts before he even left my property. read more

Kevin is a life saver. Spiking water inside my car on a dirty mat lead to my car smelling like mildew. Superb mobile auto detailing service by Kevin. He was on time and suggested the right detail package for my needs. Thank you Kevin!

Ok, so definitely a cheaper option but I feel like I had to point out where things weren't cleaned and at some point was too embarrassed to keep pointing them out. Overall ok job, the dude told me he uses spray on wax that only businesses can purchase. Don't know what that means but I was hoping for wax and buff to protect the paint. So disappointed about that. I think I'll take it to a shop next time. But may be a good option for a basic clean. Paid $235. read more

Kevin was prompt and very professional. I thought the price was fair. I really enjoyed having him work on the car. The clean was good. Please take this as no offense Kevin but reviews can only be as effective as they are honest. The car looked really well and he definitely put in a lot of work to detail but there was a about 4 obvious areas that was missed. But the bulk of what I asked for was accomplished and I am very happy. I was able to clean up the remaining areas of the inside of the car. The exterior of the car was great and like I said he did a fantastic job all things considered and even had to deal with the rain. I do appreciate all that hard work. read more

Reached out to a handful of car detailing places and Trung was the quickest response. He was really prompt at responding to all my questions and providing a price. He has different prices based on the type of car and what you want to get done. We got an interior and exterior cleaning for our SUV and defog our head lights. I think his pricing packages are reasonable especially for quality of work he does. I don't only look at competitive pricing when it comes to getting services done but customer service as well. I believe Trung had both. He's super friendly and communicated thoroughly. I liked how he was able to come to us to get our car cleaned which made it super convenient. He even had all his own supplies and didn't need to use our water or power. He gave a window time of when he'd arrive and actually was able to come to us earlier which he also communicated. I appreciate that because it helped with scheduling the rest of our day. He even finished the job quicker than he said it would take. Our car was super cleaned and looked brand new. We will definitely be keeping Trung on our contact list for future work. I definitely recommend him if you're looking for car detailing service. read more

Owner sent someone very inexperienced to work on my cars detail. Guy worked on it for 2 1/2 hours and called me to let me know it was done... I go outside to see the work and immediately see so many areas that were untouched. I pointed the areas out to the guy and he had no idea what I was talking about and had to use a translator app to communicate with me. He said that he was sorry and he's new to this profession and that I don't have to pay anything. I told him no I'm going to give him some money for work he has done but I was not going to pay the full $215 that was quoted because honestly the half of that I gave him was not even worth that amount. I contact the owner of this business who will not respond to me now to fix this issue. Said I would be happy to pay the rest of the amount if he sent out a professional to finish the work. Have not heard back from him after initial text back showing him the photos of the car in its current state after his worker left. Update to your response: I have our entire interaction on my home video camera system so you can make up any story you want. You did an awful job and I still gave your employee money when he said not to give him anything.. you're a scammer and horrible at running a business. The photos prove that and so does the recorded video interaction with your employee. You can drop off the money I gave your employee then if you're offering a refund but you blocked my number?? read more
