I wanted to surprise here with a deep clean. When I dropped off the car, it was a mess. The seats looked stained, there was dust and dirt, the cup holder was sticky (with a couple of coins melded into the tray). It FELT dirty getting into it. I dropped off the car with one of the staff named Silverio. He took a look, gave me a great quote, and let me know I could come back in a few hours. When I arrived to pick up the car, I did a double take. It looked familiar, but the interior looked BRAND NEW. I genuinely don't know how he did it. He event cleaned under the trunk, where the spare tire is kept. When I surprised my mom, she was also in shock. The car now feels clean and comfortable, and there wasn't a huge chemical small. Looking back, they could have charged way more for that quality of work. 10/10 would recommend.

As someone who had waited months for a custom-ordered Porsche, I knew I wanted to protect the car from day one and wasn't willing to trust it to just anyone. I researched, visited, or spoke with nearly ten different shops before making my decision. Some were significantly cheaper. Some promised much faster turnaround times. Many claimed they could deliver the same result. Between the PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection film, interior protection, and other treatments, my project represented an investment of nearly $20,000. At that level, I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for the highest level of craftsmanship. One thing that stood out during my research was that many Bay Area shops quoted anywhere from 20% to 50% less than Supreme Detailworks. At first glance, that gets your attention. However, many of those same shops also quoted completion times that were only one-third or even one-quarter of the time James estimated for essentially the same scope of work. That immediately raised a red flag for me. When someone claims they can do the same work for far less money and in a fraction of the time, I start asking questions. The more I learned about Supreme Detailworks' process--paint preparation, component removal, edge wrapping, tucked installations, and quality control--the more I understood where that extra time was going. It wasn't inefficiency. It was attention to detail. I also compared Supreme Detailworks against one of the highly respected PPF shops in the Chicago area that is nationally known for premium installations. To my surprise, James' pricing was very similar. And even if I had chosen the Chicago shop, shipping the car there and back would have added roughly another $5,000 in transportation costs alone, not to mention additional time and logistics. Having that level of craftsmanship available right here in the Bay Area made the decision much easier. For my Panamera, James and his team installed PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, front windshield protection film, protection for the headlights and glass roof, interior PPF for the gloss black trim, and matte protection for all touchscreen surfaces, including the digital instrument cluster. The result is so seamless that several of my friends couldn't even tell my Panamera had PPF installed. In fact, I had to physically show them where to look and where to touch before they realized the vehicle was protected. That's how clean and invisible the installation is. What impressed me most was that James never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to explain the different options and recommend what made the most sense for how I planned to use the car. One thing many people don't realize is that the true quality of a PPF installation is found in the details--the edges, seams, corners, and difficult areas where shortcuts are often taken. James and his team don't take shortcuts. They carefully remove and disassemble components when necessary to ensure the film is properly wrapped and hidden wherever possible. After investing nearly $20,000 in protection, the last thing I wanted was visible seams, lifted edges, or obvious installation lines. Supreme Detailworks delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a fully protected vehicle that still looks completely factory original. Another thing prospective customers should know is that Supreme Detailworks is almost always busy. There is usually a waiting list, and scheduling requires patience. If you're looking for the fastest shop in town, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this definitely isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a team that refuses to rush the process and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, the wait is absolutely worth it. During my visits, I regularly saw Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, Porsches, Mercedes-Benz, BMWs, Audis, Land Rovers, Lexus vehicles, Teslas, and many other enthusiast cars in the shop. Seeing that lineup gave me additional confidence that I had chosen the right place. After seeing the finished result on my Porsche, I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded. And if you're looking for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, Supreme Detailworks is hard to beat. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I recommend OCD Detailing to all my friends whenever they're looking for high-quality PPF or tinting. If you care about your car, this is where you take it.

On the parts of the car that he did detail, he did a good job: the exterior painted surfaces, the seats, doors, carpets, and windows of the car. Having said that, there were shortcomings that prevented me from giving a higher rating. 1. Thoroughness - My car is rather dusty, so it's easy for me to visually see what areas were cleaned and what areas were not. Some spots like my center console screen and the areas behind my seats remained dusty and untouched after the detail. 2. Trunk - The trunk and engine cover, which take up about half the space of the cabin in my mid-engined sports car, were not cleaned, so half of my car looks great and the other half still looks dirty. I had asked beforehand whether their services included the same things as a list of services that a competitor provided me, which does include cleaning of the trunk, and Rich did not point this out as a difference. So either this was an oversight on the detail job or an oversight on communication. 3. Wheels - When booking the appointment, I explicitly asked whether a "deep clean of the wheel barrel" was part of the detail package, to which Rich said "absolutely". I also let them know that I did not have a water hookup, which Rich said was not a problem for them. When the job was done, I noticed that the barrels were untouched. Rich explained to me that he could not clean the barrels without a water hookup. While this reasoning might make sense from a physical limitations angle, I'm disappointed that this was not brought to my attention before the job. tldr; while the overall service experience was pleasant, and they did a good job on many areas, the job wasn't as thorough as I'd have liked, and I'm disappointed certain omissions were not communicated ahead of time despite clear opportunities to do so. This led to an overall experience that fell short of expectations.

I had them do a the annual service which included the following: 1) Full hand car wash 2) Clay bar treatment 3) Wheels cleaned and tires dressed 4) Door jambs cleaned and interior vacuumed 5) Ceramic Pro Sport applied to all exterior services This treatment cost me $300 - WELL WORTH IT! For those who want to save a few dollars you can take out #4 and it would be $250 (I was told). I highly recommend these guys, I will take my 2011 E-350 there to get the coating done next. I mentioned, and even showed you pictures in person with date stamps, that those smudges were there prior to my service and wheel repair, and prior to bringing it to you guys. Date stamps on these pictures are from June 1st, which I showed you. These were not done by my the service or wheel repair team. I cleaned my car right after I picked it up and it was the same, minus the smudges that were there prior. Smudges were on top, side doors, trunk, hood, all over the car. I clean my car at home myself and know exactly what's there.

Oscar detailed my 2005 Honda Pilot a week ago and he did a great job. My Pilot was pretty rough due to snow trips to Lake Tahoe and to the ocean beaches in Santa Cruz. The carpet, floor mats and three rows of leather seats were in need for some serious cleaning. When Oscar was done with the cleaning, it was pure delight. Oh, incidentally, I am a repeat customer. Last year, June 2013, Oscar detailed my Subaru Forester and it turned out fabulous. Surprisingly, Oscar followed up with a text msg. and asked if I was satisfied with his work. I replied him saying, my wife commented that the interior was absolutely outstanding, but the front windows had a few streaks. Oscar took no offense to the comments, but immediately offered to come and take care of the windows for me. He asked when I will be available. At approx. 8:40am this morning, Oscar came and rang my door bell. He cleaned the windows, both inside and outside. The windows were sparkling-mirror like-clean. He took some time to explain to me that he had cleaned the windows because if he didn't, the spray he used to clean the upholstery will leave a film on the windows. Oscar, you ROCK. I want you to know you have my vote of confidence and future business. BTW, my next door neighbor will be calling you for an appointment soon. People, call Oscar and he will mobile his way to you. Oscar and his wife are simply THE BEST. I have a 1961 classic car and I wanted to get it ready for the last car show of the year. Having not previously received an award in my class, I decided to call Go Mobile Auto Detailing and "call in the professionals". This was a smart move for me. Due to the efforts of Oscar and his wife, I received a second place in my class, having been beat out by the car that took best of show. Oscar and his wife are simply THE BEST. Prior to doing any work on my classic car, Oscar tested areas of the fragile paint, made suggestions, and let me make the cost/benefit decisions. Oscar and his wife took extreme care working on my Car's original paint. Oscar meticulously took off 50 year's of oxidation prior to waxing the car. Oscar's wife handled the chrome, the wheels, and the interior. Oscar and his wife took extra time to make sure that my classic car was in perfect condition for the car show. They treated my car like it was theirs, giving my car that extra professional love and professional attention that I was not able to provide. I recently had my car detailed by Go Mobile Auto Detailing, and the experience was fantastic. Oscar was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout the process. I only needed a simple exterior wash, but the interior cleaning was a great bonus. Even though my car was fairly new and I didn't think it needed much work, Oscar's attention to detail made a huge difference. I hadn't realized how much dust had accumulated over the past two months until he cleaned it up. Oscar was efficient, finishing the job in about 1-1.5hrs. He also provided valuable advice on maintaining my car's appearance. He was honest about the quality of the paint on my Honda, noting that red paint fades more quickly and requires extra care. I called Oscar on short notice -- I had the day off -- and he was able to schedule me in for the afternoon. I had had my car detailed at one of the off airport lots at SFO about a year ago and was gravely disappointed by their work. Oscar, on the other hand, did not disappoint. In fact, even though my car (2007 328i) is 7 years old, Oscar made it look nearly brand new. I couldn't be more happy with his work. Oscar explained what he planned to do, told me about how the previous detailer took shortcuts and how he was going to correct their work. When he was done, I could not see any residual swirl marks on the hood left by the previous detailer. The inside of the car was impeccable, it hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the lot. It was very hard to find a good day for Oscar to come out, that and he is usually booked for weeks in advance. Other then that, pretty awesome crew taking their time cleaning and detailing. Oscar went ahead and cleaned my train horn tucked away in the rear wheel well, out of the area he was suppose to clean, so for that, thumbs up. The hardest task for him on my truck would be my roof with the roof rack, at 9 feet, its no easy task to clean, so he used this foam to lift up all the debris and just wash it all away. The engine had built up a lot of power steering, transmission fluid, and engine oil with lots of grime, mud, dirt, everything off-roady. Cleaned it to a mirror shine! Great work, will probably do another service again after more off roading adventures. read more

I cannot say enough about Oscar, the job he did, and the excellent price. My car was a mess, a small family of squirrels could have lived in there from my kids crumbs and the leather was more than well worn after 10 years of wear and tear. To add insult to injury, I lost the keys just before he got there and he was so flexible and easy going about it, and willing to get started even with the car on the street. Since I spent so much time searching for my keys I didn't get a chance to clean out all of my stuff. Before I had a chance, Oscar cleaned everything out for me without extra charge. I recently purchased a 1966 GT350 Ford Mustang -- it sat outside for a few weeks and accumulated lots of tree sap and water spots, needed a detail bad. I found Oscar on Yelp and figured I'd give someone close a try. Oscar came out the next day at 10am right on time and not only did a complete detail of my 1966 GT350 but I also had him do a detail on my 2008 Dodge 3500 Dually Pickup, and my BMW. He did an amazing job on all three cars. He was very attentive to my old classic and handled my huge truck with ease. I plan to use him on a regular basis now to do not only details but general washing and maintaining of my cars paint. He is very reasonably priced and accepts credit cards which was important for me. When I bought my new old use Volvo. It was so dirty, and I really need my car to be detail, but did not know who to trust to work on my car. Then I was lucky that I find Go Mobile. Called in to get my Honda Civic detailed and washed, I was very pleased with the service. I want to give a shout out to Oscar for doing such a good job, I don't usually trust people with this sort of thing (I have had bad experiences before). My car came back looking like new, I almost didn't want to drive it after I saw it lol. Also, I really like the fact he didn't use oily cleaners on the interior; there is nothing I hate more than getting into my car and sliding around the seats. Oscar is Great! Everything you read about him here is true. He got me an appointment quickly, showed up on time, and did a fantastic job. Hard to find service like this anymore. Oscar detailed my 2001 Chevy truck so I could sell it. He steam cleaned the engine bay, vacuumed and shampooed carpets, wiped down all of the interior plastics, seats, compartments etc, polished my wheels, washed, clay bared and waxed the exterior. I had GoMobile come to my home on two separate occasions to detail both of my cars (which hadn't been cleaned in almost two years). Oscar and his team did a great job on both of them, and even though they are older with fading paint, Oscar made the outsides look as good as possible. The phone was answered immediately by a very nice gentleman named Tom. I explained my situation and he said he would reach out to his detailing team to see if they could manage to squeeze me in. He got back to me within minutes and said that he could send a team out. We discussed what I needed and he thought I would be best served by the mini express detail. I appreciated him not trying to upsell me on a more extensive cleaning since the car is practically brand new. His team, led by Eric, arrived on time and got down to business. They did an absolutely beautiful job and within two hours, the car was spic and span inside and out. I had them take a look at my other car to suggest what it might need and they discovered I had an oil leak. I really appreciate Tom accommodating my tight schedule and his team doing a great job at a very fair price.

I reached out to Devon, who assured me he could perform a proper multi-stage correction. Before handing him the keys, I told him I'm particular about my paintwork and asked if he was confident he could deliver that level of detail. He told me, "I got you, I'm your man." He later said he performed a three-stage correction, which should achieve 90-95% swirl removal. I picked up the car Sunday, 10/14. He pulled it outside for inspection and used a cleaning compound to remove coating high spots )something I've never seen during a final inspection). Every other professional shop I've used -- DoubleTake Auto Spa (Fremont), EXCLSV Motorsports (Martinez) -- allowed customers to inspect the car indoors under proper lighting. When I brought the car home and checked it under LED lighting, I found visible swirls, haze, and holograms across multiple panels -- clear signs of an incomplete or rushed process. For context, I've had my BMW M2, Tesla Model Y, and E53 X5 4.8is professionally corrected and coated, and I've personally detailed and coated my E83 X3 and Miata. I know what a proper multi-stage correction should look like...this was not it. I gave him every chance to set expectations realistically or decline the job. Instead, he promised top-tier results but delivered a mediocre finish. He offered to "fix it," but by that point, he had already lost my trust. After losing two full days without my car, I couldn't justify giving up more time or risking further damage. I requested a refund for the service that wasn't delivered as promised but was met with deflection. Instead he was asking for me to take more time out of my personal life to address something that should have been accomplished with the initial service. Trust and time are two things that I value most, but both were wasted here. If you care about your paint and expect professional standards, look elsewhere.
