Reasonable prices especially for a mobile service where we can keep working and most importantly not sit in a waiting room during covid times. It's been years since I needed a deep clean. After the pandemic, it was time. I remembered working with Oscar years ago, dug through my emails, and found his contact information. I was so glad to see he was still providing his services. Almost as if nothing had changed, Oscar contacted me after my RFQ, we scheduled a time to meet, I dropped off my car, and Oscar worked his magic. The main reason for the deep cleaning was just years of pandemic wear and tear on my seats, so I needed a deep internal and external cleaning. Called on a Saturday AM hoping for a cancellation and lucked out. Oscar picked up the phone (who does this at 8am?) and made an appointment for 11:30am. My Outback is used for pheasant hunting trips with dogs and schlepping my twins to and from their events. I also normally do not write reviews, but their work was so amazing I just had to. Making an appointment is easy and they responded very quick. I inquired through Yelp, but because of COVID, they directed me to their website/phone for quotes. Maneuvering through their website and submitting a quote was easy. Oscar also responded in a timely manner. He was very upfront about the prices and honest with the questions I had. The day of the detail, he called to make sure I was home and asked if it was okay if he came early because he had finished another client early. We started my detail an hour before the scheduled time, which is always good! It took them 2.5 hours to clean everything out. My area is pretty small since I live in a townhouse complex, but they made it work. No other garages were blocked and I had no complaints from the neighbors. I had spilled sesame oil in my car and asked if they could get it out. He told me he'll do his best but there are no guarantees. I really appreciated his honesty, which was one of the main reasons why I decided to go with his business. Once the detail was over, the stain was virtually gone!! They also come to your house, so I was able to work from home + get my car detailed at the same time. Saved me a lot of time and they did not interrupt me at all (I actually had to check on them to make sure they were okay, but they did not need a single thing). Since I live in a townhouse with tandem parking, I was worried about getting the service done in front of my garage because it would block my neighbors' garages as well. Let me tell you when I say I needed someone to wash my car, I meant it!! It was to the point where I couldn't even drive it myself to a place to get it hand washed! (Yes, I'm terrible) I reached out via email & Oscar called me back to go over prices, details & payments. I did a deposit which went towards the final total. Once he confirms he received the payment, I sent him my address. He arrived on time, if anything he was early! He has a cool van equipped with EVERYTHING he needs. All I provided was the outlet, maybe the water source & of course my cars. After having my Honda CRV parked under the tree for months, my car was filthy! You can clearly see all the layers of dirt, dust, webs and leaves collecting. He did an amazing job making it look as new as it can be for a 13 year old car! This took 1.5 hours. My Toyota Highlander was already in good condition as it's only a few years old. With a good quick vacuum and wash, it looks spotless! What I also appreciate is that he did wear his mask & practiced social distancing. Before he started, he did ask if anyone with covid has been in the vehicles and if I've been exposed. My friend had a little too much to drink one night and you can guess how the story goes... Of course I wanted to get it cleaned up ASAP, but there aren't many detailing shops open on a Sunday. Came across Go Mobile Detailing on Yelp and gave them a call. Fortunately, Oscar was able to fit me in! He quoted me $180 for the vomit and an additional $60 for car wash and interior cleaning. I dropped off my car at their shop next to Milpitas library. I was concerned that they would have trouble getting everything cleaned up in the little crevices and remove the smell, but Oscar assured me he would be able to get it all. 2 hours later, I picked up my car and was blown away at how they cleaned everything up so well. They told me they used an air pressure machine to get everything out of the crevices and the cleaning solution they used is made of natural ingredients, no harmful chemicals.
