It was about 11:00 AM on a weekday and I suddenly needed my Ford Bronco Sport, detailed by the end of the day. I perused the Yelp suggestions and settled on Monkey Wash. The phone was answered immediately by a very nice gentleman named Tom. I explained my situation and he said he would reach out to his detailing team to see if they could manage to squeeze me in. He got back to me within minutes and said that he could send a team out. We discussed what I needed and he thought I would be best served by the mini express detail. I appreciated him not trying to upsell me on a more extensive cleaning since the car is practically brand new. His team, led by Eric, arrived on time and got down to business. They did an absolutely beautiful job and within two hours, the car was spic and span inside and out. I had them take a look at my other car to suggest what it might need and they discovered I had an oil leak. I have been looking for an affordable detailer for a while for months now but hadn't bit the bullet yet. Today I was trying to find a mobile detailer I hadn't come across yet and found MW. Communication with the owner, Tom was great. He was even able to take me the same day. Everything was very smooth, from appointment set up to service rending and payment. I was satisfied with the results, they did a great job. On a different note, I did not initially find them on YELP and I wondered why. I just noticed they have more than a few reviews great being surpressed. I'm not sure why but that's a shame because that could be the reason they weren't as visible. Yelp! I had never done a car detailing before but found a good deal on Groupon for both exterior and interior. Scheduling with the voucher was super easy and they were able to get me an appointment for the next week that I called. On the day of the detailing, Kevin and Ernesto were accommodating and did the cleaning using street parking since my apartment does not allow any car washing in our designated parking spots. They were very kind and even showed me the super dirty water from their machine after they were finished! I was so shocked by the transformation, especially since my car was super dirty at the start. It's feeling like a brand new car and I could not be happier :) It was also very convenient to have them drive to my home so I could still do work while they cleaned. They finished this job in two sessions, and ended up also washing another family car and deep cleaning the interior of a third. Each job was excellent and very well-priced. Wow.! The guys from Monkey Wash did an outstanding job on my car. My car has had big dogs in and out of it over the years. So -lots of hair, nose prints on the windows, dog treat crumbs, dog slobber, dog smell, , etc. And then there 'were the spills and stains of my own "dining while driving" incidents. Also the sunscreen spots on the dashboard that I had been unable to clean off. The Monkey Wash guys scrubbed, vacuumed, combed, steam cleaned, and polished my car- inside and out, they made it like it was the day I bought it. Too fabulous!
