I spilled coffee on the (fabric) passenger seat of my new Corolla and just couldn't get the stain and smell of it out at home. I asked Yelp for a quote for seat shampooing/ detailing services and Brian was among the first to respond with a very reasonable quote. So even if it was a bit out of the way, I decided to give them a try. The appointment was easy to make (they fit me in right away), and the service itself was fast - there's a Starbucks down the road to wait at. I got the most basic package for a sedan and really got something above and beyond my expectations. The car is now looking brand new and the office person also gave me a complimentary new car smell scent. This is night and day from a machine car wash. Well worth doing every year or every six month. This is one of the few detailers I found in the area that has a ramp that lets them raise the car to access the undercarriage. Pricing was very competitive. Originally setup a Wash & Wax appointment for my 2021 RAV4 (Medium size classification) but opted for the additional Exterior Detail package after having Nixon check out and review the condition of my car when I dropped it off first thing around 9am. It's been nearly four years and I've never really gave the exterior proper attention other than drive through wash and wax treatments. I was totally impressed with the results after the dedicated time and effort Nixon put into this service. Literally feels like showroom new other than some small paint chips that he is willing to help touch up once I get some paint. And the interior cleaned up nicely too because I am generally pretty good about taking care of the inside other than years of dust and debris collecting. Picked up car around 3pm and Nixon was also kind enough to give me a tour of the Rainbow Car Wash stalls to learn about all the tools available through that self service option. read more

I took my car in to get detailed after my mom accidentally spilled hot cocoa in my middle console and on the passenger seat. My interior is a mix of suede and leather so I wanted to get it in asap but it was around the holiday's so it took a few days. The team did a really great job at getting the stickiness out to the middle console and made the seats look brand new. They completed the job in a timely manner and the prices are extremely reasonable for the level of thoroughness they provide. I believe Brian was the person that handled my check-out, he was super helpful and kind. He even offered to redo the seats if they start to smell later due to the milk in the hot cocoa. Overall had a good experience with Detail Plus. We brought in our 4Runner for the Full Service Hand Wash and the prices were pretty fair - the only room for improvement was that they missed the middle console completely, so we will have to vacuum/wipe it down on our own. Not the worst thing in the world but I had hoped they would have cleaned that as well given the full service option we paid for. The rest of the car was cleaned nicely and they finished the service in 1 hr 20 mins. We may consider coming back for their other wash/detail services! read more

So thankful I found this place sort of last minute. I was skunked on an overnight drive from L.A. to the Bay and had to find someone the morning I arrived to quickly take care of the situation.
