Did a great job cleaning and good communication. Was able to work with me as I had to move the car elsewhere since my apartment wouldn't let them do the cleaning in the garage. Punctual as well, arrived right on time. read more

They did an amazing job. Car looks like new inside and out. I was hesitant at first but very satisfied by their service!

Updated Review -- They Took My Feedback Seriously UPDATE: I'm updating my review because I want to recognize how the business responded after I shared my concerns. My original experience was mixed. The three workers were friendly and worked hard, and the car looked noticeably cleaner overall, especially the interior, tires, and trunk. However, I felt that the attention to detail wasn't at the level I expected from a $180 premium detailing service. After they finished, I noticed that some of the tree residue on the rear roof, rear window, and trunk was still there. I was told that they had already tried two chemicals to remove it, but I was able to remove roughly 90% of what remained myself afterward. I also found dirt on the exposed portion of my steering wheel and some small crumbs in the rear passenger area. Since their advertised service specifically included deep cleaning of the steering wheel and other detailed areas, I was disappointed. I originally gave them 3 stars because, to me, detailing should mean paying attention to the small details--not simply making the car look clean from a distance. I had genuinely hoped to love the result, so I was disappointed when I found these things afterward. However, what happened afterward changed my impression of the business. The business reached out to me personally, acknowledged my concerns, apologized that the result didn't meet my expectations, and offered to come back and inspect and correct the areas I mentioned. Unfortunately, I'll be staying in Hayward for the next couple of weeks, which is outside their service range, so having them return in person isn't practical right now. Even though they couldn't physically come back at this time, I really appreciate that they didn't dismiss my concerns. They emphasized that customer satisfaction is extremely important to them and genuinely tried to find a solution that would be fair to both sides. That kind of accountability matters to me. Mistakes or missed details can happen, but how a business responds when a customer points them out tells you a lot about the business. I still stand by the issues I originally mentioned, but I also want to recognize the effort they made afterward to take responsibility and make the situation right. I appreciate the kindness of their team and the way the business handled my feedback. I'm updating my rating to 5 stars because I now have a much more positive impression of the business and, more importantly, I believe they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to listen and take action when something doesn't go as expected. I hope my original feedback also helps them improve their attention to detail going forward. I genuinely want to see them succeed, because their response showed me that they care about doing right by their customers. read more

Asked them for interior and exterior detailing of two cars. Responses on yelp were very quick. They were very patient with me as I was taking my time. As I decided to move forward they had me scheduled for next day. The team of three showed up on time. They were very courteous and professional. Carefully put the items left behind in the car aisle and went about cleaning it and getting both the cars prepped. In the end, loved what they did. Spotless across the car and also they deep cleaned the carpets Would highly recommend them and also will certainly work with them again read more

I found AAA Mobile Detailing on Yelp and had a great experience from start to finish. They responded to my inquiry almost immediately and were able to schedule me for the very next day, which I really appreciated. We had them do a full interior and exterior detail on two of our sedans, and both cars came out looking fantastic. They were thorough, professional, and paid attention to the details. I highly recommend AAA Mobile Detailing if you're looking for quality work and excellent customer service. We'll definitely be using them again in the future! read more

The detail job was super amazing! I lived the convenience of having them come to me. They did an amazing job in just a couple hours or a little less. They got it done fast due to having 3 people work on the car. So worth the price for the exemplary service. They were quick to respond to my inquiry on the quote. I had the entire car detailed. It stayed amazing for weeks! I'll have them back again! Thanks!!! read more

I had a wonderful experience! Luisa and her partner in detailing arrived with a friendly, courteous, and eager attitude. They got right to work, focusing on the interior. While it was dirtier than I'm used to, it wasn't too bad. It took them about an hour, maybe a little more, but I'm sure your time will depend on how dirty your vehicle is. I noticed something that was a bit of a surprise. Long story short, I accidentally dropped a drop of super glue on my dashboard. Thanks to their attention to detail, it's now gone! I've done detailing before and I thought the price was more than fair for the quality of work. I've saved Luisa's number, knowing me, I'll definitely be calling her for her service in the future, and I'll even recommend AAA Mobile Detailing to friends and family. read more

I highly recommend AAA Mobile Detail! They are a wonderful husband-and-wife team who genuinely care about their customers. At first, I accidentally miscommunicated our original appointment because the car wasn't home, and I completely forgot to call them. They were incredibly understanding and kind about canceling. I even offered to compensate them for the inconvenience because I didn't want to start our relationship off on the wrong foot, and they were so gracious about it. I recently booked them again to detail my mom's car as a surprise birthday gift. She had never had her car professionally detailed before, and I knew she would never spend the money on herself. Her car was in pretty rough shape, but they spent about three hours working on it, and the results were amazing! They made it look and smell so clean, and my mom was absolutely surprised and thrilled. Thank you both for coming back and doing such an incredible job. Your hard work, professionalism, and kindness did not go unnoticed. I will definitely be recommending AAA Mobile Detail to my family and friends! read more

Responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduling was easy. This was the best detailing job I've ever had! These guys go above and beyond.

Great service squeezed me into their schedule and did an amazing job quick and professional.

Convenient, quality, and affordable mobile detailing. I reached out via Yelp and they were able to schedule me within 2 days. They came to my home with water and equipment in van, and did a great exterior detail in less than an hour. They're a two-person team, friendly, and with high attention to detail. My car is sparkling. read more

As someone who hasn't had good experiences in the past with getting their car detailed, I was beyond pleased with the quality and attention to detail they instilled on my vehicle. They were able to remove interior and exterior stains that I didn't think was possible. The car looks and feels brand new and I can't thank them enough for the time they spent cleaning it. Fernanda was very responsive and made the process easy. The value was definitely worth it as well which makes it great for me as a college student. Highly recommend them to you all and will definitely ask for their services in the future! read more

Quick reply, quality service! The team communicated service via Yelp, as well as their arrival ETA the day of the appointment, which I always appreciate. They got to work and cleaned my VERY messy car, which included a smell I could not locate but had been driving me nuts for too long. They even buffed some of my light scuffs. My car hasn't looked this fresh or clean since I bought it. And the fact they did it in my driveway? Convenience is key! I will be doing business with them again, no doubt. read more

The detail team was on time, did a thorough job, and were happy to answer my many questions about materials used, etc. Price was reasonable compared to brick and mortar detail shop. I recommend them and will use them again. read more

Immediate response. The owners are sweet & are easy to work with. They come to you & explain everything. I had lots of questions cause I have a matte painted car, I didn't realize I needed to have specifics for this type of paint, they were patient with me & made me feel comfortable with them. I like how they came to me, it's hard when you have to be confined to a work and pick up schedule! The price wasn't bad at all. I understand that I am paying for the convenience of me not having to do the work, so it's better for me. Thank you AAA Mobile Detail, you made a loyal customer out of me. read more

Absolutely incredible, detailed work at an INCREDIBLY reasonable price! They came out to do my car at a time that was convenient for me, and left it looking brand new. To be honest, I was embarrassed to get it done because of how trashed I'd let it get, but they did not make me feel bad at all! They were so thorough! I would use them over and over again, can't recommend highly enough! read more

AAA Mobile Detail - Like driving a new car!!! - Auto Detailing Near Me

Amazing family-owner car detailing. My car was in bad state where the interior hadn't been cleaned in a while. To add to that, there was some vomit that was in the passengers seat. They responded promptly, with easy and clear communications back and forth on Yelp. I made an appointment late on Friday night and they were able to come Saturday morning. They actually showed up early to the appointment time and it took them (a crew of 3) a little over 2 hours and my car looks great. They brought everything they needed and made sure everything was cleaned up. They were super easy to work with and it was a fair price as well. I would recommend going with AAA Mobile Detail. read more

Thoroughly impressed with AAA mobile detailing. The technician arrived on time and spent close to 4.5 hrs detailing two cars. I can't believe they vacuumed the interiors for more than 40 mins per car. They addressed all my concerns. Will use them again. read more

Incredible. Incredible. Incredible. That's all. To be honest, I was hesitant having a technician come to my property and then work on my car by themselves. However, they built trust really quick by texting me and then meeting the technician in person. They are skilled at what they do and have honor with how they do it. The tech, Wilson, spent 2 whole hours cleaning the interior of my car and it looked brand new and fresh inside afterwards. He took care of the spill of horchata on my car seat. Highly recommend for the value and service. read more

AAA Mobile did a GREAT job on my 2015 Honda. It literally looks as good as the day I bought it. They detailed the interior and exterior and did not miss a spot. All those little crevices than accumulate gunk over time are now spotless again. I also had them restore my headlights which were getting somewhat opaque. They now are crystal clear again. Interestingly, AAA was also the most responsive and had the lowest prices for the services I requested. I asked for quotes on Friday and they arranged for service for Saturday AM. They were actually available earlier than we agreed, so they contacted me and came by earlier. All in all, AAA provided extremely professional service, great quality and exceptional value. 5 Stars for sure. Highly recommended. read more

Really happy with the service! We reached out Friday evening and were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. I requested both the interior and exterior full detail service for a Chevy volt 2013 that I'd gotten over the weekend. The engine and systems were fine, but because it's been 12 years, it looked like it had never gone through a decent wash. There were stains and coffee in places I never expected, grit, dirt, grime. AAA mobile scheduled a service two days later, showed up promptly, and completely revamped the car so it looked almost brand new. I should have taken some before pics but you know what a VERY well used, twelve year old commuter car looks like. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant because the cost was a bit low compared to the others for a full detail service, but I was completely wrong. This is a solid deal at a great price. I couldn't believe it. 5 stars over and over! Thank you. read more

Requested a quote and appointment via Yelp and they responded to me the same day. Quick to respond and easy to make the appointment. I got full detailing service (interior + exterior), it's so convenient how they are a mobile service. They arrived on time and completed the service in ~2 hours for my Honda Civic. Very satisfied with how my car looked afterwards, it looks brand new! I would use their services again and recommend to others read more

Great decision using AAA Mobile Detail. Recently purchased a 10 year old used Honda that needed some TLC. Booked the promotional exterior and interior package offered, and added seat cleaning. Price was reasonable considering others and they had next day availability. Arrived timely, finished in 2 hours, and left the car like new! Satisfied with how clean the interior was. Highly recommend. read more

We had three cars detailed and they cost much less with AAA than with other services. Most were $300 per car but AAA was $540 for all of them. I gave them a generous tip because the technician even helped me buff out some major scratches (I had bought some Turtle wax myself to try to do it myself but I failed). The technician didn't speak English so he had a colleague on the phone when I needed to ask a question. My only complaint is that he left the door open to my car and the battery died. Not his fault but having to jump it was not easy given where my car was parked. But overall great experience read more

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with AAA Mobile Detail! Fernanda is very responsive and was able to get me scheduled quickly! The two of them worked on my car, inside and out, for about three hours today and did a great job! I had tons of dog hair, and lots of crumbs in my car from my toddler! They made my 4Runner look and feel brand new and were incredibly professional at that! Their pricing is also a lot more reasonable in comparison to other mobile detailing companies! I especially like that they are small business owners, and believe that we should be supporting hard-working individuals like this more often than not! 10/10 recommend! :) read more

Really impressed with the service! I needed same-day interior detailing on my Tesla Model Y for a pretty rough situation (vomit cleanup) and they delivered. There was a slight delay but they stayed in communication the whole time, which I appreciated. The end result was incredible and you'd never know anything happened. Car looks and smells brand new. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend for anyone needing deep interior cleaning! read more

I was nine month pregnant and needed to get things in order for the baby. The company was fast to respond and very transparent with their pricing. Great service, fairly quick and detailed. Especially for a last minute request from me. Car looks like new now.

Thank you to AAA Mobile Detail. Fernanda and her partner came to my place and perform a car wash and detail. I am especially impressed that they treated my leather seat and my leather sterling wheel. They make it shine like new again. Also, my wheel cap looks really great. Now I drive every day with a better mood. Right now they're offering a $180 deal for most sedans. I am glad I take the advantage of it. read more

Kind, professional, locally owned business that responded promptly. I got in the November deal for $180 with hard-to-remove black spots on the side of my car, seat stains, and so much of my hair on the floor that you can make a wig lol I was told in Yelp messages that they would need about 3 hours to clean the car (depending on how much cleaning was needed, and honestly mine was overdue), but they got it done within 2 hours. read more
