Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. I'll be recommending to my family and friends. Addendum: I got gas later and noticed that Rich even cleaned the interior gas cap area too. That's really great attention to detail.

I dropped off the car with one of the staff named Silverio. He took a look, gave me a great quote, and let me know I could come back in a few hours. When I arrived to pick up the car, I did a double take. It looked familiar, but the interior looked BRAND NEW. I genuinely don't know how he did it. He event cleaned under the trunk, where the spare tire is kept. When I surprised my mom, she was also in shock. The car now feels clean and comfortable, and there wasn't a huge chemical small. Looking back, they could have charged way more for that quality of work. 10/10 would recommend.

As someone who had waited months for a custom-ordered Porsche, I knew I wanted to protect the car from day one and wasn't willing to trust it to just anyone. I researched, visited, or spoke with nearly ten different shops before making my decision. Some were significantly cheaper. Some promised much faster turnaround times. Many claimed they could deliver the same result. Between the PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection film, interior protection, and other treatments, my project represented an investment of nearly $20,000. At that level, I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for the highest level of craftsmanship. One thing that stood out during my research was that many Bay Area shops quoted anywhere from 20% to 50% less than Supreme Detailworks. At first glance, that gets your attention. However, many of those same shops also quoted completion times that were only one-third or even one-quarter of the time James estimated for essentially the same scope of work. That immediately raised a red flag for me. When someone claims they can do the same work for far less money and in a fraction of the time, I start asking questions. The more I learned about Supreme Detailworks' process--paint preparation, component removal, edge wrapping, tucked installations, and quality control--the more I understood where that extra time was going. It wasn't inefficiency. It was attention to detail. I also compared Supreme Detailworks against one of the highly respected PPF shops in the Chicago area that is nationally known for premium installations. To my surprise, James' pricing was very similar. And even if I had chosen the Chicago shop, shipping the car there and back would have added roughly another $5,000 in transportation costs alone, not to mention additional time and logistics. Having that level of craftsmanship available right here in the Bay Area made the decision much easier. For my Panamera, James and his team installed PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, front windshield protection film, protection for the headlights and glass roof, interior PPF for the gloss black trim, and matte protection for all touchscreen surfaces, including the digital instrument cluster. The result is so seamless that several of my friends couldn't even tell my Panamera had PPF installed. In fact, I had to physically show them where to look and where to touch before they realized the vehicle was protected. That's how clean and invisible the installation is. What impressed me most was that James never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to explain the different options and recommend what made the most sense for how I planned to use the car. One thing many people don't realize is that the true quality of a PPF installation is found in the details--the edges, seams, corners, and difficult areas where shortcuts are often taken. James and his team don't take shortcuts. They carefully remove and disassemble components when necessary to ensure the film is properly wrapped and hidden wherever possible. After investing nearly $20,000 in protection, the last thing I wanted was visible seams, lifted edges, or obvious installation lines. Supreme Detailworks delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a fully protected vehicle that still looks completely factory original. Another thing prospective customers should know is that Supreme Detailworks is almost always busy. There is usually a waiting list, and scheduling requires patience. If you're looking for the fastest shop in town, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this definitely isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a team that refuses to rush the process and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, the wait is absolutely worth it. During my visits, I regularly saw Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, Porsches, Mercedes-Benz, BMWs, Audis, Land Rovers, Lexus vehicles, Teslas, and many other enthusiast cars in the shop. Seeing that lineup gave me additional confidence that I had chosen the right place. After seeing the finished result on my Porsche, I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded. And if you're looking for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, Supreme Detailworks is hard to beat. Thank you, James and the entire Supreme Detailworks team, for treating my Panamera as if it were your own.

Positives: - The rear trunk and carpets were nicely vacuumed. - Both the carpet and all-weather floor mats were cleaned thoroughly. - The doors appeared properly detailed. - The milkshake spill on the rear seat was partially addressed. Negatives: - The carpet floor mats were still damp at pickup, which risks mold growth. - Despite being "Premium" interior detailing, the rear seats were not entirely clean; you can still see milkshake residue in the perforations of the leather. - The plastic around the climate control and steering column seems to have been scrubbed with an abrasive pad or brush, leaving deep scratches that will be difficult to buff out. - The windows were not cleaned, and the head unit, gauge cluster, dashboard, and sunglasses holder were untouched--dust was still visible in those areas. - My USB-C charger, which was plugged in when I dropped the car off, went missing. Overall, I believe this detailing shop should seriously consider overhauling its packages to better align with the prices charged. For instance, a $200 "Premium Interior Detailing" should include a complete interior wipe-down (including all windows and surfaces) rather than nickel-and-diming customers for basic services. As it stands, you only get exactly what's listed, leaving much to be desired for a so-called "premium" package.

I had them do a the annual service which included the following: 1) Full hand car wash 2) Clay bar treatment 3) Wheels cleaned and tires dressed 4) Door jambs cleaned and interior vacuumed 5) Ceramic Pro Sport applied to all exterior services This treatment cost me $300 - WELL WORTH IT! For those who want to save a few dollars you can take out #4 and it would be $250 (I was told). I highly recommend these guys, I will take my 2011 E-350 there to get the coating done next. I mentioned, and even showed you pictures in person with date stamps, that those smudges were there prior to my service and wheel repair, and prior to bringing it to you guys. Date stamps on these pictures are from June 1st, which I showed you. These were not done by my the service or wheel repair team. I cleaned my car right after I picked it up and it was the same, minus the smudges that were there prior. Smudges were on top, side doors, trunk, hood, all over the car. I clean my car at home myself and know exactly what's there.

When I dropped off the car, we also discussed protecting the plastic trim and using a larger bottle of coating to cover that as well. Later that evening, I called about pickup, and Jorge told me he needed more time. Since the car is black, it required additional surface prep to get the finish right, so it would be ready the following day instead. I appreciated that he prioritized quality over rushing the job. When I picked up the car the next day, I was genuinely impressed. The car looked better than new. The finish was glass-like. Before, the paint was in decent shape overall, but it had a lot of fine lines and swirl marks. Those are now completely gone. The plastic trim had also started to show some age, and now it looks restored, conditioned, and protected. As an extra touch, Jorge also detailed the engine bay. The whole car now looks incredible inside and out. I feel I received outstanding value for the money, and I would highly recommend Jorge and his team.

People complain (rightfully) about being overcharged on their credit cards (since the cost per minute isn't posted this makes sense) and he insults them in response. The quality of the car wash is fine, I guess. I think it's very hard to mess up (it's just water and soap). I would not come here again if there was a different car wash in the area! Think twice if you can wash at home or somewhere else!

My car was completely dirty inside, I accidentally dropped a bottle of soda on the dashboard and floor and it was all sticky, now my car is very clean inside and they carefully cleaned all the soda off.
