I found this gem through yelp! The reviews from guests and the comments that the owner left sold me. I like when the owner reaches out to address things or thanks the customers. Pulling up was easy and pricing / all wash details were displayed to your right. It was absolutely stated well so there is no miscommunication. The gentleman that greeted me gave me a rundown as well since I told him it was my first time at this spot. He quoted me 45 min and the 80$ wash. It seems fair and I do not have a time limit, but happy he shared a solid quote. I walked inside and gentleman at the register greeted me and it was an easy pay out. Snacks are by the register and a selection of drinks were there as well. A few spots inside to wait and a few spots outside as well. Awesome place! Took my truck here this morning for a much needed bath. The dirt, grime and ground in bugs were everywhere on it. These guys cleaned it up so well that I was truly amazed! When I pulled up, the line was full of luxury and foreign cars, so I wasn't sure what to expect bringing in my Honda Civic. I Showed up at 0655 and waited in line till about 7:20 and a very polite person took my order (I forgot to ask his name but it is always the same representative) I ordered the exterior wash SUV option $120+$15 tip = $135. Come early because it gets packed quick. I was the 5th vehicle in line at 0700. The car wash opens at 0730. Plenty of places to sit and wait both outside and inside. There is a cat, a bird and also a small waterfall with fish. Very clean and organized business. They offer some car products and refreshments for sale as well. They did a great job but some smudges on the grill as you can tell from the photo. I had my car fully detailed at Pacific Hand Car Wash and I'm honestly blown away. Kevin and his crew are on another level. I did a full interior and exterior detail with ceramic coating and not a single detail was overlooked. They even cleaned the dust out of the air vents and shifted the car into drive to properly clean the leather around the gear selector. That is attention most places would never even think about. There was not a single speck of dust under the seats or anywhere in the carpets. The headlight restoration alone was worth it. They removed the oxidized clear coat and applied Kevin's own blend of sealant, and the headlights look brand new. You can tell this takes real skill and dedication, not just someone rushing through cars. What really impressed me was how careful they are. I watched a towel get dropped and it immediately went straight into the wash. No shortcuts. No laziness. Just pure professionalism. The crew is friendly, efficient, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Even on a busy Sunday morning with about ten cars ahead of me, they finished in just a few hours. Gave this place another try after a few months not coming here since the last incident/visit. Staff is always amazing and helpful, no doubt about that. But everytime I leave, there's always something -- water spots/residue, missed dirty spots, or worst, a tiny dent & scratch on my car. Prices went up like $10-$15 more but the job quality went down. They would usually clean everything, even the crevices, but today, (and the past visits) I guess they forgot? (I keep telling myself that every time I come here and would let it slide) For $60 exterior wash + tip...LOL. I might just go back to the one in SJ. I got the Deluxe Detail Wash done and was satisfied by the exterior job but the inside left things to be desired. I appreciate that they were quick, but for the price, there were certainly things that I noticed hadn't been wiped down or vacuumed. The area around my gear shift wasn't vacuumed, and smallish, yet noticeable stains on the leather seats that could've been wiped away weren't. I can't help but feel that they're more thorough with other peoples' luxury cars compared to your average SUV or sedan. This is the spot to go to if you want your car washed and detailed. They have yet to fail me. The pricing is reasonable depending on what you are looking for. They have multiple people working on each part of the way. At the end where they dry it, they have 3 or so ppl depending on how big your vehicle is and you get to see them do the dry portion. Ended up here by a pleasant mistake and got a beautifully clean car with the tire dressing *chef's kiss. I'm particular on who touches my car - what is used on car - etc. It's either I'm handwashing my car or it's going somewhere reputable; I don't take my chances lightly when it's going to a professional establishment. You will never find me in a car wash drive-in (maybe in the future, if it is truly touchless at a vetted and well-raved wash bussiness). Unforuntately, as a female who loves cars - I do notice at some shops that the quality of work isn't that great and perhaps it could have been the day, etc. Yet there are rave reviews but some men who also likes cars or the business itself takes pride in cleaning cars.. I don't know why I keep coming back here, but this is my last time. Paid over $90 to clean my car and it comes with dirt spots that they claim cannot come out without a clay bar. Water dripping everywhere on the car. Smears inside the car. I think these guys are not spending as much time as they used to on cars and are just trying to get you to pay for more expensive devices to actually get your car cleaned. I've been coming here over the years because they hand wash and don't send your vehicle through a conveyer belt. The service is fast and they have plenty of staff on hand, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the quality seems to have declined recently. For $80+ tip for a basic interior and exterior cleaning, I expected more attention to detail. The trunk didn't appear to have been vacuumed at all, and the interior wipe-down was spotty -- there was noticeable water residue left on several shiny surfaces. I understand that modern vehicles have a lot of nooks and crannies where water can collect, but I do expect basics like the windshield under wipers and door jambs to be dried. In this case, I had to point those out and ask for them to be addressed after being told the car was ready. The speed and staffing are still positives, but at this price point, consistency and thoroughness matter. Brought a one month old car, never washed (dealer washed) because I did research and wanted a hand wash, gentle. I paid $80 because I figured if you want someone to care for your car, you pay. I tipped $20 ahead of time thinking the team would understand I appreciate the work. When I arrived, all I could see were the two GINORMOUS swirl patterns across the hood of the car. The brand new, never been badly washed car. The owner Kevin (?) who helped me said it could have been rain? Buy a new car, get it sealed. Except no other panels on the car have the circular swirls so obvious (I'm checking later), so just admit you don't use high quality consistently on your microfiber towels. My first time using this service. The wait is around 2 hr. They also have seating areas and wifi connection so you can do some work while waiting. They seem to have done a reasonable job (for the $80 Deluxe Detail Wash + tips), but the car was not fully dried and as I drove home the trapped water left some marks on the rear but which I have to clean up myself. I've been a royal customer at this car wash for years. The staff are friendly and service is reliable. However, during my recent visit, I noticed their grey parrot kept in a small cage that seems quite dirty. I've seen this bird many times, and his situation just getting worse. He appeared stressed, shaking and pulling out some of feather. Grey parrots are super highly intelligent and can live for many decades with proper care. I understand running a business is challenging, and I appreciate the care they put into their work. I'm sure the own is an animal lover since I saw few other birds years ago( they are not there any more) and a cat around. I just hope they can look into improving the living condition for the poor bird. It would be wonderful to see the bird thriving as much as their business does read more

Been going to these guys for years, usually pretty happy with the results. This time I needed a deeper clean. Paid $310 for the full Deluxe Detail Wash ($60) plus the Pacific Detail Wash ($250) and left a cash tip. Process took nearly 4 hours. The Pacific Detail Wash includes a full shampoo of the seats. I understand that the seats need to air-dry mostly and followed all instructions from the staff. However, there were a ton of water spots and other residue left afterwards. I was hoping that these areas would have at least received a final wipe down with a dry cloth but the water spots were pretty stark afterwards. Not sure if it's on me to clean those, but I did so. Just not sure if it's worth paying for the $250 extra wash in the future, so this is more a word of caution. Overall, the team here does good work besides that! read more

Just came back from my first car wash at this place and I'm not impressed. $90 for a Tesla Model Y. I waited for an hour. They did clean the car but they didn't do a thorough job and for $90, you would think they would try harder. See photos of some of the disappointment. One of the windows was also still wet and I wiped it down myself, so i didn't take a photo. Some debris still on the car that I scratched off (not too big a deal for me), but the trim is really disappointing. Update: Dropped another star because of the stain they made in the interior.
