Let me just start off by saying Omar and his people are such amazing and wonderful people to work with. They are the definition of a hard working, family owned business and they treat you like family the moment you meet them. Omar made sure we knew what we were getting and made every moment working with them a pleasure. We took our new 2026 Mazda to get a full ceramic coating, front to back, to protect our paint from the elements as this car will be parked outside. We also added window tints all around. They first had to do a full paint correction before applying the ceramic coatings and I must say that our paint is now shining harder than the Dwyane Johnson's bald head in the sun. Jokes aside, the exterier really pops now and looks leagues better than when we brought it in. The ceramic coating also does an excellent job at keeping the paint smooth and easy to clean. I must also add that his warranty for the ceramic coating really can't be beat. For the tints, Omar only uses the best heat blocking material and we can really feel the difference whenever hopping in the car on a after it has been sitting in the sun all day. They are the perfect amount of darkness too. Omar was great at walking us through on which tint percentage was perfect for us and he was spot on! My Audi's windshield recently cracked from a rock chip shortly after being tinted somewhere else, so I had to get a replacement. It was poor timing, but that's life. I decided to call a few shops on pricing, availability, and service to test the waters. Most are about the same price, but what sold me on Magic Auto Shine was Omar. I got a quote from Omar for XPEL Prime XR Plus over the phone on Thursday, 08/01, after using their site's text assistant. The day after, I got my windshield tinted. His customer service is top-notch, and he's an excellent, personable negotiator and very accommodating. When I showed up for my appointment, I was warmly greeted, walked through the samples on display, and settled in the waiting room. After looking at the sample car they had ready with varying tint levels, I went with 55% this time. He showed me the roll label as he walked it over to the service area to let me know they were using the agreed-upon product. After about an hour, the tint job was finished, and I was on my way. I felt I got a great quality product at a fair and competitive value. Just an FYI, the Prime XR Plus tint has a cool bluish hue. They have other options as well if you're not into that. I want to say thank you so much for the family at Magic Auto Shine! My boyfriend had his passenger car seat clean by them prior so I knew I wanted to go to them as well. I went a day prior for a quote and made an appointment for the next day. My passenger car seat was a mess (as well as the rest of my car) because I spilled coffee and tea on the seat. I knew I could not have cleaned the seat and carpet on my own so I opted for a full interior detail.
