My Audi's windshield recently cracked from a rock chip shortly after being tinted somewhere else, so I had to get a replacement. It was poor timing, but that's life. Because I enjoyed the appearance and benefits of XPEL Prime XR Plus at 70% in my short time, I knew I also wanted to get my new windshield tinted. I decided to call a few shops on pricing, availability, and service to test the waters. Most are about the same price, but what sold me on Magic Auto Shine was Omar. I got a quote from Omar for XPEL Prime XR Plus over the phone on Thursday, 08/01, after using their site's text assistant. The day after, I got my windshield tinted. His customer service is top-notch, and he's an excellent, personable negotiator and very accommodating. When I showed up for my appointment, I was warmly greeted, walked through the samples on display, and settled in the waiting room. After looking at the sample car they had ready with varying tint levels, I went with 55% this time. He showed me the roll label as he walked it over to the service area to let me know they were using the agreed-upon product. After about an hour, the tint job was finished, and I was on my way. I felt I got a great quality product at a fair and competitive value. Just an FYI, the Prime XR Plus tint has a cool bluish hue. They have other options as well if you're not into that. Overall, I was satisfied and will return for future projects. read more

I brought my car in for window tint and a full ceramic coating, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the shop was professional, informative, and really took pride in their work. Omar was amazing he was professional I felt comfortable to him he gave me a price where I had a budget and made it happen. I went to pick up my car and Martha was so helpful and thought me everything I need to do to maintain the car and she was super nice. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get their car done amazing can't say anything else. read more

Omar and his team at Magic Auto Shine did an impeccable job with the PPF and ceramic coating work on my new Porsche 911. No flaws whatsoever, friendly and transparent service, and very competitive pricing. They are extremely customer focused - Omar bent over backwards to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction, and offered to fix any imperfections that might arise, free of charge. He also provides special privileges for repeat customers (he calls those people "family") - I actually do not know how he runs a profitable business since he tends to offer extra service and care for almost nothing. I brought my car back for detailing, and it was spotless clean when they were done with it. Combined with the perfect PPF and coating work, I am unlikely to need a car wash for many months. read more

I took my car to Magic Auto Shine to have my Carpool stickers removed after struggling to take them off myself. It turned out to be much more difficult than I expected, so I needed a professional touch. Magic Auto Shine was exactly what I needed! They removed all four stickers quickly and efficiently and even restored the paint finish to its original luster--all for a reasonable price. The owner, Omar, was extremely friendly and thorough, taking the time to explain the process and ensure everything was done properly. While I was there, I asked for a demonstration of some of their other services, and I was particularly impressed with their window tinting products. They offer high-quality tints that help keep the interior cool during the summer, which I'm seriously considering for my own car. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and the waiting area was comfortable. Plus, the location is convenient--situated along a strip of automotive shops on Stevens Creek Blvd, just across Highway 17 from Santana Row. If you need sticker removal, paint restoration, window tinting, or detailing, I highly recommend Magic Auto Shine. Omar and his team are professional, efficient, friendly, and well worth it! read more

Omar and Marta are great people to work with. I appreciated working directly with the owners. They were very helpful in explaining their services and the pros and cons of the different protection films and tint levels, as well as keeping me updated throughout the installation. I shopped around and their package price is in line with other top-rated shops. Bottom line, the car looks great and they completed the job (front PPF, ceramic coating and all glass tint) in 4 days as promised. read more

PPF installed perfectly. Prompt, professional service. Will refer to friends and return with other vehicles.

I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready for me same day in the afternoon. I am really grateful for having a great experience from the minute I called. Omar was very helpful, nice, and I really appreciated that he asked if I had anything specific I would like them to keep in mind while they worked on my car. They did a great job taking care of the rock chips I had on the front end of my vehicle and making it look brand new. Huge thanks to Jose for doing such a great job on the car! read more

I want to say thank you so much for the family at Magic Auto Shine! My boyfriend had his passenger car seat clean by them prior so I knew I wanted to go to them as well. I went a day prior for a quote and made an appointment for the next day. My passenger car seat was a mess (as well as the rest of my car) because I spilled coffee and tea on the seat. I knew I could not have cleaned the seat and carpet on my own so I opted for a full interior detail. They definitely delivered and I am so satisfied how great of a job they did to deep shampoo and clean the huge stains, also I love how smooth my steering wheel feels now (because I could feel the leather wearing down). You can see the big difference! I feel like they gave me a very reasonable quote because I knew it was going to take a lot of work and time to remove. They got it done at the end of the day. I know I need to be careful next time with spills and I will be coming back for an exterior detail! read more

Omar and his team are top notch. He personally took the time to answer any and all of my questions. The car was finished on time and looks phenomenal. Could not even tell i had the car PPF'd but you could definitely see the shine from the ceramic coating! It was a great installation. The next day i instantly had a trailer cut me off and drop a few rocks on my hood. Unfazed. Water off a duck. Put a smile on my face after being on the fence about getting PPF so if you are debating as well, this is the place to get it done! Gracias Omar! -Bryson read more

I looked at multiple detailing shops before picking Omar and his team to do a full-body PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting on my new 2024 Lexus RX 350h. Out of all the contractors, Omar gave me the most confidence with the products he was going to use and the attention to detail he had by looking at the cars he worked on in his shop. Choosing Omar not only gets the job done, but is also the start of a great relationship with his shop and the other services he offers. He also offers after-care services like his own 6-year warranty on the ceramic coating (with free reapplications!) and a free complimentary car wash. Throughout the week they were working on the car, Omar was communicative and was accommodating to my feedback. I changed my mind on the tint levels after they already started work on it and he graciously offered to change it with no hassle or fees. At the end, my car looked amazing with the PPF/ceramic coating/window tinting installation. I really highly recommend Magic Auto Shine! read more

Omar is great! He has us on our new Tesla with PPF, tinning, ceramic coating and it looks flawless. Definitely recommend!

Omer is amazing ! We took our highlander there when we bought it used. Used cars come with some scratches and bumps at times and this was a great place to get it fully detailed. The paint was shiny and the price was very reasonable. It took a day for us to drop it off but it was a large car. Felt new when we got it. Came back later to take my moms Prius to get the back windows vinyl wrapped. Apparently Priuses have an issue where the back trunk portion tends to peel off. My mom would try to cover it with nail polish, which definitely isn't long term fix. They were able to wrap it and it looked AMAZING. They also added a strip on the the trunk both by the bumper and by the spoiler which was great for those often used areas that can get more wear and tear. Highly recommend here for any and all needs. We made the trip from Fremont because we felt it was worth the value and it wasn't something I'd want to go just anywhere read more

I recently bought a brand new car, so I wanted to keep it in good condition for as long as possible. Per my brother's recommendation, he suggested that I bring my car in to Magic Auto Shine to get it wrapped in PPF and get the windows tinted as well. Having seen the work that they've done on my brother's car, I knew my car would also be well taken care of. When I came in for my appointment, I was greeted with a warm smile and a firm handshake from Omar. Since this was a new experience for me, I had no idea what level of tint to get on my windows especially when there were so many options to choose from. Omar was very helpful and walked me through all of the different tints using a heat lamp to showcase the effectiveness of each level; he also held up the window samples to his head, so that I could see what it would look like from the outside/inside. For the PPF, I decided to do a full body wrap and they graciously added a ceramic coating on top of that. Before they started working on it, Martha informed me that the door edge guards would potentially get in the way of applying the PPF and gave me the option to keep/remove them. Although I was hesitant at first, I decided to remove them since I was wrapping the whole car anyways. A week later, I came to pick up my car and it looked amazing. I was so glad that I decided to have the edge guards removed because it made my car look so sleek and seamless. I ended up scheduling another appointment the following week to finish off the PPF for the door jambs and to claim the complimentary car wash that they offered to me as well! For the car wash, Martha and her crew let me observe them, so that I could learn how to properly clean it myself in the future. I may have called it a "car wash" but the extra detailing and finishes at the end really elevate it to another level. Martha went above and beyond to show me the products that they were using and explained to me what each of them did. She even handed me a towel, so that I could try to do it myself and made sure that I would take my time with each panel of my car before moving onto the next. After all of the finishing touches, my car looked even better than the day that I bought my car! I would highly recommend going to Magic Auto Shine if you are planning to get any work done on your car. Thank you to Omar, Martha, and their team for the great experience! read more

Omar and his team went above and beyond in adding Paint Protection Film (PPF), interior / exterior ceramic protection, & ceramic tint to my Volvo XC60. The workmanship was exceptional, leaving my vehicle looking incredible while being shielded against the elements. The vehicle is black which is hard to keep clean but with the protections even after two months it looks brand new. What truly sets Magic Auto Shine apart is their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. I had reached out to a bunch of different companies and this one stood apart. From the moment I messaged them, I received friendly informative replies with all of the info I had requested and none of the BS I was getting from the competition. The professionalism I received at that point started building trust so I decided to go see the shop in person. From the moment I arrived I was treated like family. Omar's dedication to his customers is truly commendable, and it reflects in every aspect of their service. The attention to detail, professionalism, and the friendly atmosphere make Magic Auto Shine stand out in the automotive care industry. I appreciate the transparent communication throughout the process, ensuring I was well-informed and confident in the services provided. I also really appreciated the upfront (and fair) pricing. If you're looking for a trustworthy and passionate team to care for your vehicle, Magic Auto Shine is the place to go. This is my first time buying a high-end car, and I really wanted to keep it in great shape. A family friend suggested Magic Auto Shine, and they definitely delivered! They walked me through several options to help protect the paint, like paint correction and ceramic coating (which I did). When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely stunning--like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I also got the windows tinted, and it looks fantastic (cant beat lifetime warranty). The team took their time to explain everything they did and even gave me some handy pamphlets with more info. They shared tips on how to take care of my car to keep it looking its best. The price was super affordable compared to other places I checked out. I highly recommend Magic Auto Shine! Thanks, everyone! read more

Went in and shopped around. Omar helped me for an hour and not once did he push anything on me. Gave me info and options on lower grade tint and high grade. Explained everything perfectly and I decided NOT to tint and he was still appreciative of my time and visit. I shopped around with other tint companies and felt most comfortable coming back. I express that a lower level tint business offered me a better price and Omar matched the price, exceeded expectations AND delivered my car back to my house (not normal service but my son was sleeping and didn't have any other option).
