We chose Package 5 since my boyfriend wanted a full deep clean for his Camry. Vinh and his team were all so friendly and thorough with their work! I wish we had before and after pics... but his headlights went from super yellow to a faded off-white. When we picked up the car, we had a few questions, and they took the time to explain everything they did. We came back a few weeks later after we got seat covers and Vinh was kind enough to rewash the seats at no cost before installing the covers for us. There were no hidden fees or upcharges for anything and the price is exactly as it is on the website. We highly recommend them and will definitely come back for any detailings! read more

The owner, Zamirbek was extremely responsive with my questions, and quick to schedule an appointment with me. His guys did a fantastic job washing and waxing my Model Y, and all for a fantastic price. I couldn't have been happier and will be back in the future. read more

I recently brought my 2025 Civic in for a Premium Interior Detailing after a milkshake spill on the rear leather seats. At $200, I expected a thorough, all-inclusive service--unfortunately, the results did not match the price. Positives: - The rear trunk and carpets were nicely vacuumed. - Both the carpet and all-weather floor mats were cleaned thoroughly. - The doors appeared properly detailed. - The milkshake spill on the rear seat was partially addressed. Negatives: - The carpet floor mats were still damp at pickup, which risks mold growth. - Despite being "Premium" interior detailing, the rear seats were not entirely clean; you can still see milkshake residue in the perforations of the leather. - The plastic around the climate control and steering column seems to have been scrubbed with an abrasive pad or brush, leaving deep scratches that will be difficult to buff out. - The windows were not cleaned, and the head unit, gauge cluster, dashboard, and sunglasses holder were untouched--dust was still visible in those areas. - My USB-C charger, which was plugged in when I dropped the car off, went missing. Overall, I believe this detailing shop should seriously consider overhauling its packages to better align with the prices charged. For instance, a $200 "Premium Interior Detailing" should include a complete interior wipe-down (including all windows and surfaces) rather than nickel-and-diming customers for basic services. As it stands, you only get exactly what's listed, leaving much to be desired for a so-called "premium" package. read more

I got my tenth generation Honda Accord an interior detail with an engine bay cleaning. When I dropped off my vehicle, they estimated it will be done in three hours. About an hour and a half later, they texted me saying my car is done. I was a bit skeptical that they may not do a thorough detail, but much to my surprise, they did an excellent job. In addition, I had them install a set of F1 custom floor mats. I gave them a $40 tip for doing an outstanding job. The only thing is that Zam speaks limited english. But it will not stop me to patronize them again in the future. read more

I will preface this by saying that my experience was overall pretty positive, and my issue was pretty unique, so it likely cannot be generalized to other people. Last week I took my car (bought in 2021 and had not had the interior cleaned until then) to Detailing Masters for an interior deep clean, because I spilled milkshake on the passenger seat rug, and didn't want the dairy to fester inside my car. I put the emphasis on shampooing the rugs above all else, as that is my biggest concern. Got my car back after about 3 hours, looks pristine, didn't really check the rugs in my trunk as they're still wet, but I took them out at night to let it dry off. Haven't driven my car since due to the holidays. Today, I found that mold has grown on the passenger seat rug, as well as the right rear seat rug. There are also still sticky remnants on the passenger seat rug, likely from the chocolate chips. I'm quite frustrated with this, and tossed both rugs to soak in warm water with detergent, and belatedly realized I should've taken photos first to back up my claims, but oh well. Again, my overall experience was fairly positive, but I am disappointed that my one concern was not properly addressed, and I ended up having to clean mold off of my rugs on my own. My car also smells mildewy now, which is just the cherry on top of everything else. read more

We were so, so impressed by this place and really grateful to our friend for recommending them to us now that we have moved to this area. Despite the fact that we have dogs that travel with us often, they did a seemingly impossible detail job on our SUV. It was much better than we thought possible, but they worked their magic and for a very reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough! read more

This is my first time getting our 5+ year old car detailed and we had a wonderful experience. I am giving 5 stars for the service. Outstanding communication and responsiveness. Gave the two cars a free wax each and also a discount, 150$ per car. The owner was so wonderful to talk to and scheduling was a breeze! 4.5 stars for the cleaning! The guy who came to detail two cars, truly spent 2 hours on each car. I have very high standards for cleaning as I am a very thorough and meticulous cleaner so I usually clean myself and don't want to spend the money for someone else to clean! But after having a baby and we also have a dog, I wanted to get the fur off the difficult to reach and vacuum spots. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that there were stains on the seats after the cleaning. Apparently the stain was tough to get out with the equipment the guy brought for cleaning at our own home. We took the car in to the shop and they got out the stain in like a minute! It made me then wish I just brought the car into the shop as it seems like it has more powerful equipment to do a better job cleaning and I wouldn't have had to coordinate another day with my husband to get the car cleaned. The stains were removed from that one seat, but then of course it made me more aware of the other seat that still has some stains left which were much milder than the one they removed at the shop. I didn't notice until today, but there were also was a trace amount of pet hair left against the leg area In the back and in the area behind the backseat that would be easily removed with a lint roller and a dead bug. Just the smallest detail that I can nit pick. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, the other car that was detailed was a gift to my sister who also has a dog and they did an amazing job on her seats which was a different material! Next time I do a detail I'll come again and will bring to the shop. Thank you so much! read more

Took my white Mustang 2019 here for an exterior wash and wax, their package 6. I'm the type to be very picky with my car so I normally hand wash and wax my car myself, but I just don't have the time anymore. I ended up extremely satisfied with the service here! First of all, it feels like great value. Washing and waxing my car takes me 2 hours and a half alone, plus I end up fatigued after. Here, it only takes about an hour to an hour and a half and they also clay bar and do some additional exterior detailing steps. As a nurse, I just don't have time to do all that stuff myself anymore. Also, the process for making an appointment online is very easy. You just pick your service package and and a time. For the service itself, my car came out clean and shiny. I'm very paranoid about my car so I snuck a couple peaks while he was waxing my car, and I saw he was extremely careful with it which made me really happy. I had the pleasure of taking my car here and getting it worked on by Jack, one of the business owners. He knows what he's doing and I'm definitely gonna take my car back here for any of my future car detailing needs. read more

I took my 2015 Audi A6 to get detailed by Zamir, and he really paid attention to detail. The carpet was spotless, windows were shined up, and leather seats were squeaky clean. I hardly write reviews but Detailing Masters totally deserve one. If you need a car detailing for pet fur, the after math of a long camping trip, or just upkeep, you should give them a try. I reached out for a quote on Yelp and received a response within 1 min!!! And the service was nothing far from excellent! My car was filled with mud, dog hair and bugs from a road-trip to Yosemite and the car now looks brand new. Lastly, the price for the value is just right. I'll definitely be a returning customer. read more

And let's talk about my Rim's, I have never seen them Sparkle like they do now (obliviously I've been going to the Wrong Car Wash). I have a 2000 Dodge Durango that I just got back from a friend using it for 10 years. Man, it was roached! Thick layer of dust on the dash. Dog hair. Dirty dirty dirty. The wheels were covered in break dust and road grime. These guys took some time to get this vehicle looking good. Even the wheels look fresh and clean. Now I have a super clean, good looking not so roached vehicle. Recommend! Absolutely! read more

TLDR: Sub-par detailing for the price/quality. Go else where. Came in to get my Toyota Sienna mini van detailed for $250 Pros: decent cleaning job Cons: their insta profile is full of videos from other detailers, so very misleading (I should have caught this as a red flag) Do not speak English (see other low star review, you are more than welcome to conduct your business in any language but if you are gonna text me in English but unable to speak or clarify my questions when I get there in-person, that's a problem. More on this below) my carpet mats where still dirty could get the same level of detailing at other places for cheaper price missed a few spots (not expected at $250 detail price) Let me start off by saying this, I'm not the one to give negative reviews, see my profile. First off at that price the guys offered steam cleaning for all interior surfaces. When I came to pick it up, which was just in 2 hours after I dropped off?! (Which is astonishingly quick & not in a good way for a $250 detail) I asked the guy "did you steam clean the seats" the guy with hesitation replied "it was already clean." What do you mean it was already clean? Doesn't matter if it's already clean or not, I paid for a service and you should provide it. Business 101. Again, when I further questioned him on it, language became a barrier because they do not speak English. How am I supposed to conduct my business with you then? To be fair: they did detail quite a few spots very well and some spots not so well. And left wanting for more at the price paid & hindered customer service experience. read more

I went last weekend to get my Mazda detailed. After 5 hours, we went to pick up the car. It looked good on first inspection and since this was the first time I have gotten my car cleaned, it all just looked fine. However, once I drove the car home, i realized that the carpets still had soap in them. Assuming it was shampoo that would dry overnight, i left it as it was. I took the car out next on Monday (1 day later). The car was stinking!! The mats hadn't dried. I took out the mats (they've still not dried btw.) however, the interior of the car is still stinking. Also, the car windscreen now keeps forming a layer of mist every morning on the inside. I tried contacting the service to see of they can do something about it before dropping this review. I was told that they would come fix it today. However, I've not gotten a call about this, all my messages are left on unread. I wanted to love this place and make them a regular. But it's seriously not worth it. Save your money and car. I need to go elsewhere to get it cleaned and get the horrible damp smell out of the car. read more

Best value overall. I got the interior wash for SUV package. And the wash took about 3 hours. All of the grime and dirt was gone from below the seats and console and all the nooks and crannies of the interior. The stuff from the trunk had been carefully offloaded and put back after cleaning. The interior of the windshield and the trunk window was washed . The only issue was some minor l remnants of the cleaner on a few corners that was not as throughly wiped which felt completely ok given the price, speed and overall seamless experience of the wash . There is no waiting area and nearest area with some shopping is about 20 min on foot. So plan the drop off and pickup of the car with that in mind. read more
