When I emailed back with questions, their consultants responded promptly and even suggested popular tint and different PPF combinations to help guide us that fit our budget. Then when we came in for our vehicle dropoff, the front desk staff showed us examples of what each tint would actually look like on our windows. That hands-on visual made all the difference and helped us confidently choose the perfect tint for the front of our Tesla. We dropped the car off at 8:30am, and they completed everything within two full business days since we decided to do both tint and PPF. At pickup, they did a thorough walkthrough to make sure we were completely satisfied and explained everything clearly. I wanted to PPF wrap the front areas of my car since it's a low slung car prone to rock chips and…read morethe OEM paint is known for being fairly fragile, as well as ceramic tint my windows to keep out UV and heat. I sent inquiries to PremierXpress and one other place, and Nick got back to me quickly with a bundled price that included both PPF and tint. I asked and got quick answers on what products they used (Stek Dynoshield and Llumar IRX) and we scheduled a day for the work. I ended up upgrading my package with additional coverage (windshield UV/IR film and PPF rocker coverage) - no upsell, I just inquired on the day of and decided it made more sense to do the additional work. They marked all the locations that had flaws and said they would do the touch ups before the PPF application, which I wasn't expecting and appreciated. Nick also saw some swirls on some of the areas where PPF wouldn't be applied and offered to do paint correction on the entire car, which was generous and again appreciated. It's busy here and while the initial work did take longer than originally estimated, things looked very good when I picked up the car. There were a few areas that needed to be addressed, but this is routine and there was a 2-3 week follow up already scheduled to address any areas that needed attention. PremierXpress really focuses on using as few seams as possible, so the work is quite time consuming and precise. Anything that shows up and you point out is taken care of with no push back - they really want you to be happy with the work and final outcome. That being said, as a customer, you have to be fair too. On a clear PPF film, not every square millimeter needs to be covered. There are a ton of bends, crevices, and areas where it would be incredibly unlikely for a rock to find that exact location. With clear film, any very tiny areas that may not be perfectly covered aren't really visible. So having fewer/no seams in areas that ARE visible in exchange for tiny areas in remote locations that aren't visible - it's a good tradeoff. So friendly service, fair pricing, being willing to go above and beyond doing things like paint correction on areas they didn't need to work on - all added to a great experience where the outcome is my car is protected, looks great, and the owner emphasizes that if anything comes up, just come in and he'll take care of it. Couldn't ask for more. They also have a nicely stocked drink refrigerator that's very nice too. Would definitely be happy to bring a future car here for tint or film - they do a great job and have such a customer and satisfaction focused attitude.

After searching a lot of the forums, it was clear that (a) car dealers usually vend out their windshield work anyway and (b) Golden State was one of those vendors. If you're reading this you already know Golden State has great reviews and have been around for several years. So I sent an inquiry to their info account and Mark the owner responded promptly. Over several emails, Mark gave me a quote, answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment at their facility, all very promptly. I dropped off the car (with my usual separation anxiety), the appointment went smoothly and the new glass looked great. But, the installer pointed out a "bubble" in the rear-view mirror seal and said it may or may not self-correct in a few days, and I should let them know if not. Bottom line, it didn't, I did, and Mark said he'd order a new seal and send Jesus to my house to do the fix. Jesus was quick and professional and now the mirror seal looks perfect. The whole experience was professional, no-hassle and confidence-inspiring (and "dealership quality"). I'd highly recommend Golden State Auto Glass.

The owner, T, is a marine and combat veteran. He's honest, knowledgeable, helpful in recommendations, and extremely skilled in his craft. He shared the options for tint and after hearing his non-salesy, low-pressure spiel, we decided on the Llumar IRX tint. This was the flagship tint and maintains maximum cool temperature of the interior. Although it is the priciest tint, we decided that it was like investing in a Yeti cooler vs. and off-brand. Buy once, cry once!! The workmanship of the tint was incredible. Everything was hand-cut (vs. machine) for a truly customized install. The interior does feel much cooler than before and even though we opted for the darkest tint (5%), we could still clearly see from the inside out just as easily as before. I highly recommend Eighty8 Auto Customs. The owner, T, takes a lot of pride in his work and avoids any shortcuts. We are now an extremely happy minivan family thanks to our very first (and most important) modification!!!

Was referred to iPro by a friend. Brought my BMW Z4 in today and was glad I did. Cesar was very professional, answered my many questions, did a meticulous job, and priced it very reasonably. I made an appointment and he worked on my car right away...none of that drop your car off for 4 hours BS. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours. I chose the Suntek CPX film, which cost $40 more than the standard suntek film, but well worth the $ for better sun/heat protection, IMO. My car turned out looking great. I like to support private locally owned businesses, and I highly recommend this one. **its only been a day, so will update on condition of tint in a few months. read more

Conducted a Yelp bid from several high-end companies and I selected Fast Window Tinting company because of its ratings, the customer reviews and of course, the entire competitive package cost w/ lifetime warranty, its high quality tinting material used and, more importantly, I'm for supporting small local quality businesses. I was able to bring in Lexus ES300H first thing the next morning where I hung out in the comfortable waiting room that had my favorite candies and assorted refreshments for a few hours with the generous option to take Hayk's own car, if needed. Instead, I stuck around his business catching up on Lioness series. Back to the work, Hayk did a spectacular job with the window tinting of all windows including rear, all 4 sides, front windshield and also the sunroof. Hayk was a consummate professional, humble, warm and welcoming, very thorough in addressing my few questions, ensuring I was comfortable, offered coffee but I don't drink coffee and putting me at ease with the best choice tint for all windows. He helped select the right Rayno material and shade options for my requirements - carbon on windows and nano ceramic on windshield. It takes about 3.5 to 4 hours to complete the work and you can wait in a nice waiting area in the shop. I highly recommend him for all South Bay car tinting needs. Note there might a slight language barrier but in this age of Google translate and AI chatbots, this is a minor issue. It's the quality of work and pricing that matters, and Hayk shines in both.
