When I saw my car I couldn't believe all the miracles Vinh and his guys had done! It looks AWESOME!! My old 2003 Toyota Matrix came in a very bad state. It was covered in tree sap, bird poop, and raindrop dust puddles as it is parked outside all the time. It needed a really extensive exterior washing. The interior had pet hair, plus my hair to be removed, and several coffee and tea stain spill challenges. They even without asking, got grease stains out of the mat in the hatchback area. I also had other surprise interior work done like a loose side panel clip replaced so it wouldn't keep coming loose. Then they polished out the door dings, a rear bumper scratch, a front side panel scrape, and continued giving the car a good over all polishing, shining it to look almost new. They really revived this old car giving it new life at a very reasonable rate! Vinh was also very prompt to schedule something at my convenience and the time they took to do all this phenomenal work was just right! Many, many thanks!! I will definitely be back, hopefully sooner, so they don't have to work sooo hard like they did on mess that came in this time! read more

Vinh did a great job tinting my wife's 2023 Explorer Timberline. Went with full ceramic tint. 50% windshield, 20% fronts and 5% over factory rear glass. Great price with lifetime warranty. Vinh is a super cool dude and had a small hiccup with 1window post install but Vinh was quick to fix my issue! The ceramic tint makes a huge difference in the summer to cut out the heat, glare and added privacy is a bonus read more

First impression is the perfect name for this business, as my first impression messaging Vinh to get an appointment set up was great and seeing my car after it was done was also great. Great attention to detail in all the work getting the tents put on changing out the emblems and adding my company logo. Got in my car today after it was sitting in the sun for a couple hours, and it was noticeably cooler and much better. read more

My husband first went to get his windows and windshield tinted at First Impression Auto Detailing. I was waiting to see how it looked and was going to get my front windows tinted. California sun can be pretty brutal. When my husband came back from the shop, he was very happy with the work they did and the price was also great too. I immediately booked an appointment for my car. I'm super happy with the results. They are very friendly and approachable. Sometimes car guys can be pretty intimidating. This shop stands by their work, they made sure we were satisfied with the work. Outstanding service and quality. Will refer my friends and family and will definitely return. read more

Had my BMW X3 tinted here and couldn't be happier with the result. The install is super clean and the car looks awesome. The owner is genuinely one of the nicest people I've met. I was really on the fence about what tint percentage to go with, and he took the time to explain the differences without trying to push me one way or another. He even told me that if I ended up not liking the percentage I chose, he'd replace it with a different one at no cost. That gave me a lot of confidence. The prices were very competitive and better than a lot of the other quotes I received. Tint also comes with a lifetime warranty. What really stood out was the customer service. While my car was being worked on, he offered me his personal car so I could run errands. That's the kind of thing you almost never see anymore. The whole experience was just easy and enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you're looking to get your windows tinted, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Great work, great pricing, and an all-around fantastic experience. read more

Vinh was the utmost professional and gentleman in customer service. He explained and showed the process from beginning to end while tinting all the windows and front windshield with ceramic tint (15% rears, 20% front, and 50% front windshield) on my Honda Ridgeline Truck. He was so honored to tint for a teacher in me that he in general has a lot of respect for with that profession too. The pricing was the best in the South Bay and the quality was fire ‼ Definitely recommend Vinh and his crew at First Impression Auto Detailing for tint work. read more

My boy hooked a sister up! Took this baddie in and turned her into a head turner. Vinh detailed every single inch of this car and finished it off with a complete window tint, a full body PPF in clear to protect against rocks and dings, and then sealed it all up with a 5-year ceramic coating over the full body. I could not believe my eyes when I picked this baddie up. The shine was real and I could not stop staring. The attention to detail was beyond any shop that I have been to, thank you. I could not have asked for a better job. Would recommend 10/10! read more

Vinh is the man. I set up an appt for noon about a week out. I read his great reviews and came from about an hour away from where I live. My prior dentist appointment was way quicker than expected and Vinh was able to get me in 2 hours earlier. Super genuine guy and even offered me a car to take while I waited. The tint came out amazing on my new tacoma. To top it off, his prices were better than 5 different other quotes I got. If you're shopping around, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. read more

Vinh and team are awesome! Took in my wife's X5 and they hooked us up with tint all around plus full front ppf and ceramic coat for the whole car. Quality materials (Subtek ceramic tint, Suntek ultra ppf, Gtechniq ceramic coat), excellent customer service, and solid price and value for the work performed. Vinh sent photos and videos through the service and over communicated everything. You can tell he is passionate about his craft as he is an auto enthusiast himself. He had me take the car back two weeks after pick up for a maintenance wash and touch ups. I thought the tint looked great and I had no qualms but he even redid one of the windows as the quality wasn't to his liking. I'll definitely be back with my other cars. Thanks again for everything! read more

I hit a few puddles on a recent trip and my truck was filthy. Did my best to hose off the mud and took it to local car washes (central valley area), but they were just not cutting it. Got quotes from local detailers but they were way too pricey. A friend recommended this place in the bay area, so I thought I'd give it a try, and I have no regeRts. I am extremely satisfied with their attention to detail and customer service. Vinh, Jackson, Jack, and the rest of the crew took great care of my truck and did an excellent job. They are super responsive and kept me updated as well. My truck has an accumulation of pin stripes and damage from trips and commuting. They went above and beyond. Engine compartment was cleaned, pin stripes and swirl marks were gone, corrected paint in certain areas, and ceramic coated. Definitely coming back here! read more

Vinh did an amazing job with the detailing job for my 2019 Toyota Highlander. I had requested for him to focus on the interior. I had food crumbs, heavily stained seats, sticky leather, and he made my car look as close to brand new as possible and communicated every step of the way. He took my car in as soon as he could and showed me everything he did specifically. I'll be coming back here again for detailing, Vinh is always real and respectful with his customers. read more
