These people do a phenomenal car wash. Not only do they have car soaps compatible with my cybertruck, but they got so much dirt, dust, and bug grime of my vehicle with minimal streaks, and that was just a quick wash. It still shines with practically no dirt collection 2 days later. For a moblie car service that will come and wash your car wherever you are, $50 for a quick wash every now and then is worth it. I would give 5 stars, but I'm withholding one because I have some suggestions to improve their business. Their base location is part of a Shell station in Sunnyvale, but they should have more significant signage to ensure potential customers know that they're there. I also suggest allowing walk-ins at their base location, which would be great for new customers who are uncomfortable with booking appointments for their first wash. First "full" detail I have scheduled with Pineapple. Two cars Ford Fusion and a Porsche Cayenne. The team showed up and the results were amazing! The cars were washed, clay bar'd, hand waxed. TLDR : good communication , quick wash didn't remove bug stains. My experience may be a special circumstance. I booked my appt for 6 pm the day before, and on the day of they contacted me @5 pm (one hour before my appointment ) and said my appointment will be delayed for 2 hours cuz one of their staff had an emergency. I was fine with it as they were apologetic. One staff came for the wash @8 pm and said that the dead bugs on my windshield cannot be fully cleaned bc I ordered a quick wash. Indeed there's still visible bug stains on my windshield after the quick wash. As a customer I've accommodated to their delay and staff emergency, and yet felt like I didn't receive a better service and I paid the same price as those whose appointments were on time. read more

So my experience was a little surprising bc I had HIGH hopes/expectations especially due to all the positive reviews here but I gotta be honest, I was pretty disappointed. First things first let me start off that the staff is friendly. The job done on the other hand, was lackluster. I was even told by the woman that my car wasn't even that dirty, therefore I expected an excellent job done. I hired them for the interior detail cleaning. Not only were some obvious spots not removed with the shampooing treatment, but my son's shoe marks on the back of the passengers seat was still there (I literally patted that area and dust came out). There were also areas in my car that didn't get cleaned that made me think "ok, it's like they didn't even try". I also went ahead and wiped down some of the areas myself and as you can see in the photos, I was able to remove quite a bit of dirt. I'm sorry but this was pretty unacceptable, especially bc some of the obvious areas weren't even done properly. All in all, I would not recommend or use pineapple car wash again. :/ read more

My wife got me the full detail service for Christmas for my 2012 Honda CR-V. 3 folks from Pineapple showed up on time on a Sunday morning and proceeded to wash and clean my car thoroughly from the inside out. I removed most of the items from the car but they put the items I missed into a Pineapple bag that they left me at the end. The interior was vacuumed and cleaned everywhere, including under the rear seats, center console storage, glove box, door pulls, and even in the spare tire compartment beneath the trunk. The seats and rugs were shampooed / wet vac'ed and the car smelled great for days afterwards. Whatever they used on the interior vinyl surfaces made them look new again and slightly shiny which a week later is still there. On the exterior the car was given a solid washing including the wheels, and then as part of the full detail was given a clay bar treatment and a ceramic spray coating. The car body feels so smooth now. I only communicated with the lead briefly at the beginning and before I left for an errand. Communication was good and friendly. It was so convenient that they came to my house. They don't even use your water as their van has a large water tank in it that they use. Definitely recommend and would use again. read more

I have literally never seen my car this clean before! I bought my car used and never got it professionally cleaned, it was so bad you can see literal dirt sitting in the fibers of my car seats. I think it is definitely worth its value as it is one of the cheaper interior detailing location in the area! Despite it being cheaper, they did a wonderful job on my car and had amazing communication. I was a little worried about paying 100% up front, but they did show up and it was indeed an amazing job on their end. I would definitely recommend this place for getting the interior of your car detailed. Beware though! Make sure you don't need to go out any time soon due to the cold weather if you get your seats steamed they WILL be wet and will stay wet for a while. I suggest running your car for a little bit after air drying on its own for a couple hours and blast your heater so your car can dry faster. PS while it is nice that you take anything you have in your car out, if you forget something in your car they will put it in a cute little tote bag for you! read more
