The place was easy to find, nestled off the main El Camino busy road. I dropped it off and they said they would text me 10-20 minutes before it was done. It took about 1-2 hours and they did exactly what they said they did - I got a text 15 minutes before and my car was ready shy of 2 hours. I was able to walk down El Camino to Coupa Caffe (which is about 10 minute walk) and wait there. That was very convenient as I didn't have to take an uber anywhere but was able to enjoy the nice sunshine with a brisk walk. Highly recommend going to go get a coffee while you wait! When I did pick up the car, it was beautifully polished and well clean inside. They even cleaned my kids car seats which I appreciated!! I needed help right away so I proceeded to log on to Yelp, Zalkar was the quickest to respond and was able to show up the next day, first thing in the morning at 9am. Zalkar worked incredibly thoroughly until 2pm and brought someone to help, a trainee in his new growing business. Judging by the reviews it seems this business is still uprising - I definitely recommend them as they still did a great job and ensured quality and efficiency. A car detailing service is definitely not something to be rushed. I really appreciate Zalkar's reliability in being available as soon as he is needed. I was also quoted a rate that is very reasonable and did not break the bank, either way I still tipped generously because I was impressed with the service provided. The staff assured me that a light power wash with a steam clean would not affect any internal engine components --and they were correct. Recommend Holy Moly highly, a near-religious experience. Upon picking up the car, I was able to examine the interior to see if there's any areas that aren't up to par and it was cleaned right then and there. The owner is nice and provided a lot of information on the process of the detailing, which is appreciate since it was my first time detailing my car.

After two gas station car washes were closed, I came here out of desperation. Why. Haven't. I. Come. Here. Sooner??? It's weird to say this but this has probably been the service I've most wanted to Yelp in years because it's that good. + It looks intimidating but it's not. There's a clear sign posted near the payment kiosk in each bay that walks you through each step with infographics. Basically, you turn the dial on the payment kiosk to each function in the order listed and it turns on that function (high pressure soap, foam brush, high pressure rinse, low pressure wax, rinse again, dry). You do that step, check the infographic, switch the dial, and do the next step. + They have a card reader at EACH payment kiosk. Works like a charm. + They have a clear timer that shows the number of minutes you have left so you can check at any time and regulate how fast you're going. The timer sounds an ongoing chime at 60 seconds to let you know you need to hustle. + Pressure is outstanding. Honestly, I thought this made washing the car hella fun. (Never thought I would say this.) + Everything just works! The setup is super efficient and each piece of equipment worked without fail. Not sure why I ever paid up to $16 for car washes at gas stations. Also, given that we have two EV's, will be visiting Rainbow much more regularly. There's something to be said for sh*t that just works and works well. Note: I arrived at 7:55 am on a Thursday in March, and there were 4 bays open. No wait! Brought in my Carbon Black 2019 BMW X5 for a two-stage paint correction and 5-year ceramic coating…read more Backstory: the car had already been professionally corrected, but a dealership visit reintroduced swirls into the paint. I reached out to Devon, who assured me he could perform a proper multi-stage correction. Before handing him the keys, I told him I'm particular about my paintwork and asked if he was confident he could deliver that level of detail. He told me, "I got you, I'm your man." He later said he performed a three-stage correction, which should achieve 90-95% swirl removal. I picked up the car Sunday, 10/14. He pulled it outside for inspection and used a cleaning compound to remove coating high spots )something I've never seen during a final inspection). Every other professional shop I've used -- DoubleTake Auto Spa (Fremont), EXCLSV Motorsports (Martinez) -- allowed customers to inspect the car indoors under proper lighting. When I brought the car home and checked it under LED lighting, I found visible swirls, haze, and holograms across multiple panels -- clear signs of an incomplete or rushed process. For context, I've had my BMW M2, Tesla Model Y, and E53 X5 4.8is professionally corrected and coated, and I've personally detailed and coated my E83 X3 and Miata. I know what a proper multi-stage correction should look like...this was not it. I gave him every chance to set expectations realistically or decline the job. Instead, he promised top-tier results but delivered a mediocre finish. He offered to "fix it," but by that point, he had already lost my trust. After losing two full days without my car, I couldn't justify giving up more time or risking further damage. I requested a refund for the service that wasn't delivered as promised but was met with deflection. Instead he was asking for me to take more time out of my personal life to address something that should have been accomplished with the initial service. Trust and time are two things that I value most, but both were wasted here. If you care about your paint and expect professional standards, look elsewhere.
