I should've checked out the reviews prior to coming here. I've driven by this car wash multiple times over the last few years and it always looked busy which is why I assumed it was a decent car wash. They have 4 different wash options to choose from but they currently only do a hand wash for 21.99. The car wash guy did a thorough job inside as far as vacuuming and cleaning up the dashboard. The outside was just ok. He got my wheels and tires but he missed a lot of water on my trunk and around the side mirrors. He also didn't get all of the gunk off my windshield. Since I was short on time and the car wash wasn't super expensive, I didn't point out all the things he missed. Car wash driver hit something during wash and broke my side mirror. Filed incident report and never got call back. Called them a few days later and they refused to give me their insurance company or take responsibility even though they were the ones driving my car! Only gave me number of shady holdings office with a bunch of extensions that lead to no answers and full voicemail boxes. A week later no response still and now car wash is not answering my call. Great if you expect nothing. After the wash the car still had many dirty spots and the answer of the wash team was "This is not a detailing shop". Never again. When I came home I applied water and the dirt came off easily. My husband was here about a month ago and complained his car went out of the wash completely dirty and they didn't even clean the dust inside and there were mud stains on the outside, I should have listened to him and avoid this place. Something to remember for first-timers: After you leave your car to get it vacuumed, go into the convenience store to pay for your car, THEN take the receipt they give you BACK to your car. I was unaware of the process and I got lectured by the car wash vacuum guy as I was waiting for my car. No one told me this and there is no sign saying what to do. I will not be going back again. This is the 2nd time I get home and I have to finish cleaning the car I just paid to get washed . They just don't care and Manager of this place doesn't give a S%#* either. The level of care is so BAD here. Come back and you have bugs all across the front if the car, water spots all over the chrome area's, multiple area's that they don't care to wipe, hand marks with tire gel from the gentleman putting it on the tires and gel dripping on the QRT panel from the bottle. Not sure if I just went in on a good day, but I had a great experience at this car wash. First off, it's a $25 service, and that's the highest end option. That is dirt cheap. Set your expectations. It's not going to be a full detail. Those are like $200. So it's okay that there might be a sliver of dust below the opening of the trunk. They did a great job vacuuming my seats, floors, and wiping down the interior. Again, a light cleaning, but that's expected. Good enough for me. Careful with antennas. Mine was detachable so it was fine, but it might have broken if it was on there when it went through the machine. My car had not had a wash inside or out for about 6 months and I wasn't sure how clean it would even look. It's so shiny though! I have a mini cooper and now it is cute again. Very disappointed with this car wash, first of all the workers were all arguing among each other rather then cleaning the cars. When they said my car was ready it had water spots all over and when I pointed out the water spots they said that not our problem. Told them they if you stop arguing and clean the car before it dried my car would of be cleaned they didn't offer to wash it over. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are half-off the ultimate wash package (normally $18) with no coupon required. This is better than the ultimate wash for $15 coupon that comes in the mail. The ultimate wash was ok. It was a little busy on Tuesday, so I think the workers rushed my car through. Most of the wash consists of the car being run through the automatic wash. The process was done in 15 minutes. All of the sap except the really tough spots was cleaned off, all of the bird doodoo except one spot, the windows were cleaned except one spot on the inside, and the carpets including the trunk area were vacuumed about 95% clean. The car was hand-dried everywhere except a few spots on the back. For the price, they did a reasonable job. When I paid for the wash, the attendant gave me a stamp card which allows you to buy five washes and get the sixth free. I realized later that she forgot to stamp it, but I didn't care to go back and make it an issue. Finally, this location has free WiFi and a shaded area where you can wait, which is pretty useful. read more

Where the heck else am I gonna find a package for 14.99$ (The Ultimate Foam Wash) that covers a complete outside wash, interior windows/doors wash, vaccuuming inside floors and protective coatings (for the tires, too). I uploaded a coupon in the photo section for anyone interested in using this deal. The dudes who washed my car were totally friendly and did a decent job washing and drying my car- especially on the interior! I had been a victim of that "window fogging-up" problem for months, and the washing of the interior windows was so helpful. I didn't have any cash on me, so I gave them a free pint of Baskin Robbin's gift certificate I had just received for donating blood. They were totally happy, turns out they both had kids (who of course like ice cream) and were even arguing over who got to have my gift certificate! But judging by the reviews regarding the more intensive washes, I probably wouldn't go here to get my carpets shampooed or the car waxed. Sounds like the job isn't that thorough with the more expensive packages. I'll definitely be going back here every 3-4 months to take advantage of this same special. I'd give a higher rating, but it took three visits to get my car finally cleaned. I first came on a Wednesday for the half-price deal (which is every Tuesday & Wednesday), but their machines were broken that day, so they had to wash the cars by hand. I was warned the wait was going to be two hours, but I could pay for the wash that day at half price and return within seven days to get it washed. I definitely appreciated that they were willing to do that! I returned on the weekend to actually get my car washed. It took a little over a half hour, which wasn't bad at all, and they did a very thorough job (or so I thought). The guy cleaning the windows and the inside of the car at the end was very thorough, and I was so happy about how clean my car looked that I quickly drove away. I returned to my car after a quick grocery store stop, and noticed that my front license plate and grill was still covered in dead bugs, which is the whole reason I went to the wash in the first place. I was a little miffed, so I decided to just try going right back and asking them to clean it again. They did without any complaints, so I truly did appreciate that. I wouldn't say the wash was completely perfect, but it definitely looks way better than when I took it there. A series of unfortunate events led me to going back multiple times, but the staff was really nice and accommodating, so I still plan on returning here the next time I need a car wash. read more

Worst car wash experience I've had! My car was really dirty, but I didn't have that much time. I saw the car wash and decided to to buy an express carwash $7.99. First of all, the car wash speed is set at hyperdrive. Seriously, it's less than 30 seconds. so don't expect more than from dust particles coming of your vehicle. then, there is the dryer which only move the water around on your vehicle. To make matters worse, I pull over and start drying my vehicle with unmanned towels when one of the workers walks up and says you can use our towels because you only bought Express wash. I said but I caught a car wash and your dryer did not drive my car what do you want me to do? He rudely said that's their policy. Needless to say never going here again. went for their Monday/Thursday special. $10 spa cleaning. Machine washes the exterior, manual vacuum and wipe dry of exterior. The worker there was pretty friendly, so was the cashier in the store. Since this is the first time i try , they gave me a stamp card, where after 5 wash, i can get 1 for free. The whole cleaning took about 30mins, so pretty fast. The finish product was somewhat soso. i still spot quite a few dirty area on the passenger side of the car. interior was clean so is the wheel. i didn't bother to complain, cuz i was in a bit of a hurry and for the price, i figure its ok, l probably return since they also have a quick wash optional for 7.99 and tuesday half off. Taking my first trip to this was, I had no set expectations. I didn't check reviews until after my wash was complete. I brought my 1 yr old 2018 GMC Sierra 3500. My truck was fairly dirty. Not mud but overall dust and typical parked crap pollen from the air. I normally only drive a day a week, the truck is for trips. Today I drove and decided a bath was due. The interior: The vacuum job was a 6/10 job. Missed the entire center console and several spots in the floor area of both the front and rear seats. Post wash nothing was wiped down on the dash. I happen to be seated to see it wasn't even looked at. Windows were the only interior touched post wash and they used the same towels they used on the exterior. May not have been an issue but the wash didn't clean off all the dirt so the towels picked it up and left streaks on the windows of debris. Exterior: As mentioned, it was dirty. Maybe a 5-6/10 scale. A single car wash should of taken care of it, it wasn't in need of a full detail. However, the drive through wash didn't do the job. They then simply used towels to attempt to fully dry the truck but left swirl marks with the towels and wiped up some dirt the wash failed. I was signaled the truck was done and I walked over. Two guys touched the truck and while it was much better than before, it was still dirty to me. Drove home the 3 miles and washed it again myself. Cleared all the dirt off easily with soap and water. Dried it with a towel and spent time doing a real interior detail. (more than I would expect from this wash location) Overall - I won't go back. I don't feel the job that was done is worth anything over $10 and would never bring my truck back after seeing the damages by other reviewer comments. 2 stars since they washed it and partially vacuumed the floor. I would not recommend to anyone, even a stranger. I normally went to Lorenzo down the street and found them to do a better job for the same price, however recently they seems to have dropped quality as well, so I wanted to try this wash. We had inventoried really every scratch. I went to the car wash, my car came out with dozens of new scratches. Was it the machine or was it dirty rags to dry it off, I don't know. At the Sunnyvale auto spa my antenna was broken off during the car wash. After a lot of communication with the management the owner finally called me and said 'too bad' you should have removed your own antenna. He cited a sign which instructs the owners to remove the antenna but the sign has small print and is not noticeable. Besides all the other times the attendant removed the antenna (over a dozen times in the past 3 years). I cited this to the owner Ed Hadad. He was unresponsive. I sued in Small Claims court and won. The antenna cost around $250 to replace, with court costs and writ of execution costs Ed wound-up paying over $1,000 for the antenna. I hope this is a lesson to business owners who do not take care of their clients.
