Great place to get a good car wash for an affordable price. They used to have a $10 and $15 option but now it's been raised to $12 and $15. I usually get the basic option. They will also give you complementary dash wipes. The whole process is automated, so you just drive up, put your car in neutral, and let the machines do the work. They don't have a car vacuum to clean your interior. If your car has some tough grime on it, it might not fully wash it off. For general dirt, it does a great job. The dryers also don't fully dry your car, especially the side mirrors, but it does a decent job and it will dry off as I drive home anyways. The workers here are very nice and are even dressed in suits during the summer. read more

Kaady's equipment damaged my car. During the wash, a malfunctioning blower exerted enough force to detach and bend a panel from my vehicle. This was immediately apparent when I pulled out -- and a fellow customer told me the same thing happened to his car on the same visit. I reported it to Kaady. They refused to cover the cost of the repair. Afterward, I looked up reviews on Yelp and found a pattern of identical complaints -- customers reporting equipment damage and the same refusal to take responsibility. This isn't a fluke. It's a known issue they haven't addressed. Will not return, and would strongly recommend others be cautious. read more

This is the best car wash place in the area at an affordable price. Kaady is very clean, efficient, and service is great. Aren't they hot in the suits though during summer? People are way confused when they enter the lot though--I can't count how many times I saw people get stuck at the entrance/exit. If only they have car vacuums, this would rake in the dough. It's really cheap, but you get what you pay for. My trim panels got nearly ripped off of my 2017 CRV. Also my license plate got bent like crazy. The wash itself was no better than an average gas station drve thru. read more

For an automated car wash, this is THE best in the area. This used to be the old Lorenzo car wash, and while I'm disappointed they closed, car wash prices just kept going up. I'm glad Kaady was able to use the existing equipment and staff with service personnel. Note that this is a self-service drive through car wash but the quality is amazing for the price - comparable drive through car wash's around the area are dirty with broken equipment - Kaady actual is maintained and leaves your car leaving sparkling clean from drive off. Will highly recommend and refer to friends and family... and now you, who's reading this! read more

I've been here twice. It's well run, not expensive, and there wasn't a long line when I went there. Car looks good afterwards. No manual detailing, just the roll-through tunnel with the giant mops and sprayers. But no scratches, dryers were pretty effective, and wax coat lasted a while. read more

Quick and convenient automatic car wash for $10. I have sprung for their $15 wash once but couldn't tell the difference, so I've been sticking to the $10 wash ever since. The wash will get rid of pretty much all dust and dirt, though stubborn spots like bits of hardened bird poop may remain. The track to drive into the wash is neat, you don't need to line your tires up so precisely. It's wide and doesn't have rails to try to fit your tires in, IYKYK. Whilst I couldn't quite figure out the best way to clean the massive amount of grackle feces that were deposited on my (motor)vehicle [lesson learned: ¡do NOT park beneath trees where the pavement/ground below shows bird droppings!], I decided to follow my most favorite #1 daughter's advice: "...just take it to a car wash, Dad..." So the question was, which car wash? After referring to Yelp, I figured KAADY was likely the best. It was in a fixed/easily accessible location/inexpensive and operated by highly qualified/uniformed personnel. Google maps gave me the best directions, and I entered the queue for service. Once my payment information was collected, I was directed to the automated washer, carefully directed by another employee. I ensured the windows were rolled up/put my Ranger in neutral/shut the engine off and finished my Jack-in-the-Box brekkie as the recycled water/soap scrubbed the exterior, followed by blow drying. Back outside, another employee checked with me about satisfactory results. The darn bird poop can be stubborn, so I was given a second pass through the exterior washing chamber. It was a pretty good cleaning, demonstrably better--and my much better half agreed! I'll not forget how effective this car wash was, and will definitely return as needed. This car wash has no vacuum! What is the point of a car wash if you can't vacuum your car? Also when I went there, the lady in front of me in her car failed to take her car off the line fast enough, so the front of my car ran into the back of her car, since it was on the track. I pressed the brake and honked the horn, and the person supervising the line failed to press the emergency stop button. All I got was a free car wash. 100% do not recommend. read more

Love this place. Drove in and washed my car, pulled to the side and started to clean the inside of my car. Grabbed a spray from my trunk because a sap of some sort was on my windshield. One of the employees saw me and came up to ask me if it was okay, and offered me some additional wipes to help with the windshield. I told him it wasn't them but my car, and that I'd be around again for final touch. Really appreciated the attention to detail. He didn't need to come ask me if everything was ok, and was genuine in his service! Love how cost effective this place is, helps those who are ballin' on a budget. I will say, the vents that dry your vehicle are VERY strong and my least favorite part is the noise it makes on the roof of my vehicle. Overall though; my regular go-to car wash. New place opened up for at least couple months now and have already came here multiple times to know that it is a great car wash! Had a really good experience here. Was greeted by friendly staff who explained in simple instructions on what to do once I go into the actual wash. These guys are really nice and helpful so cheers to them! A lot of people forget to turn off their automated wipers, so it is nice they have signs as reminders to turn them off to prevent any damage. The experience itself was very fast! It's fully automated car wash so don't expect the same results as if it was taken to a hand wash place. If you want full detail interior and exterior then I would go to a hand wash detailing place where you will expect to pay more. But this one is by far the best automated car wash! I would recommend anyone to come here if they are looking for an automated car wash. Price point is $10 but $15 if you want everything. Still beats the price from other places! We shipped our car from Jersey recently and it was covered with some winter weather salt grime and the dirt picked up during transport. We had a good experience with Kaady. Compared to car washes back home, this was cheaper and more thorough. Kaady seems to be well maintained. I wish we had a Kaady here in NJ. Came on a whim during my lunch. Was promptly greeted and told where to pull up. I got the $15 was and not sure if all of it was some how activated when I drove through, but it beats paying $40 for just an outside wash at my local car wash in Sunnyvale. The only thing I didn't like, was the air jets at the end. A few times I heard something on my car push in and out a few times because the jets were so strong. Either way, aside from that, I will probably be back when I need a quick wash that takes only a few minutes of my day. read more

Great quality of service in such short time for the price in nice super clean location.

I missed the ribbong cutting ceremony where free washes were given from 12-5pm. However, I showed up the next day which was pretty hot in terms of weather. There are 3 lanes in which the staff guides you to pull in forward before going through the car wash. Two options are given either $10 or $15. I chose the $10 and paid with credit card. Please keep in mind they do not take cash payment only card and they do not have change. I wanted to break my $20 bill to tip them all for working under the hot weather but instead bought them all refreshments. The car wash itself does a pretty solid job I have to say. Definitely beats those gas station car washes. Its not perfect in comparison to having it polished and waxed by hand but definitely worth the $10. Had this place had had detailing, waxing, tire shining, drying, I would definitely give it a 5 star. I'd still come back though. :) read more

3.5 solid stars for this automatic car wash that has taken the place of Lozanos. There are only 2 people working here which is a drastic difference from the 20 that worked at Lozanos. This is a slightly upscale automatic car wash that has about twice the number of machines that a usual car wash place in a gas station might offer. The cost is $10 for regular and $15 for pro. I got the pro wash and it wasn't bad. What do I think would bring it to 5 stars? Two things a car wash in Tracy has that is also an upscale automatic car wash. 1) vacuums that allow people to vacuum the inside of their cars. 2) A rain guarantee that if it rains within 72 hours one can get an automatic wash. Other than that this is a solid and quick place to get one's car cleaned. read more

Went on a Thursday just before noon, no one in line. Friendly staff with easy to follow instructions. They told me they had been opened for about a year but all the equipment looks brand new. Basic car wash cost $10 and that's about how much I paid at the diy car washes. Service was faster and better than a gas station car wash. Definitely would recommend! read more
