My barely-month old 911 was the victim of a very vengeful tree that decided to dump a years worth of fine sap onto the paint in less than an hour. No amount of sap remover, IPA (not the tasty kind) or clay bar would get it out. After the car went to the body shop for a buffing, it was full of imperfections in the paint that needed to be corrected. Jerry took the car, and four days later, after a ton of polishing and 3 layers of ceramic coating, it looks better than it did the day it came from the factory. Our cat had urinated on the passenger seat of my wife's BRAND NEW WRX; The car was not even two weeks old. And if you know anything about cat piss, you'll know not just how awful it smells but how HARD it is to get the smell out. My wife and I were desperate to find someone who would take the job of cleaning the seat on incredibly short notice. We called Jerry, who said he couldn't but gave us as much advice as possible on how to get the smell out. We were grateful enough for that. Haven't had experience getting ceramic coating on any cars before so that was new to me. Jerry was wonderful at educating me on the services he provides and all the benefits of it. I am soooooo sooo happy with Jerry's service. I called him minutes before his posted closing time on Yelp. I had to take my poor cat to the vet and she was so scared that she peed in her soft sided crate. The cat urine soaked through the crate, through my seat covers, through the seat itself, and OUT of the seat and onto the floor. I was absolutely MORTIFIED and the smell was unbearable. I called Jerry in a panic and he calmly let me know this was no problem whatsoever. I drive a 2014 Ford Escape. He took my car in overnight and in the meantime, gave me his own personal car as a loaner as I had to make it to work the next day. I picked my car up today around noon time and it was SPOTLESS. I have never seen my car so clean- I bought it used with some wear to it. Now it looks good as new! The cat urine smell is practically gone, there is some smell lingering, but that has nothing to do with his beautiful work and dedication. The urine had deeply penetrated my seats and honestly I thought there would be NO cleaning agent that could get ANY of the smell out. He practically abolished the smell 100%. I have two young kids (age 2 and 6) so my car was a hot mess. But I didn't think it was necessary to deep clean my car or detail it since (1) I'm not into taking care of my car; and (2) I have two kids lol. But then, this past Saturday, I accidentally spilled 12 oz of milk on the passenger seat. So I knew my car needed much more than wet wipes and plenty of towels. I contacted a few places but Jerry responded to me quickly (on a Saturday!). I made the first appointment he had available (Monday morning). Jerry came right on time at 8 am, picked up my car, and told me when I can expect it again. He said because of the amount of work he had to do (hey I have two kids ok? Don't judge!), he would need to take it back to his house since that's where all his tools are. He also told me the price ($300), which included both interior and exterior (best price out there; last time I had my Honda Fit detail, it was already $175 just for the interior and was very basic). I just picked up my car and it seriously looks like new! Even my husband was impressed. Jerry was so detailed with his detailing (haha); the cup holders which had milk stain, juice stain, fruit stain, you named it, all gone. The cloth seats look like it went through a commercial washer and dryer. No more hair on my carpet and the paint looks so shiny and smooth. I just purchased a used minivan last week and the interior was a mess! The previous owner didn't take care of the interior at all and had all sorts of oil and dirt imbedded into the leather seat and on the door trims. It also had sticky staines on the radio and center consoles with small particles stuck in all sorts of buttons and dials. Luckily I found Jerry on Yelp and couldn't be happier with the magic that he performed and the extra level of service he provided. First, the interior detail job was outstanding. The leather seats look almost new now, all the sticky mess and small crumbs between buttons and dials are all cleaned up and all black scuff marks are erased. He cleaned up all the head rest rails, door hinges etc. no detail was left behind. Second, the communication is excellent. He texted me to confirm and remind me of the appointment. Jerry listened carefully about my concerns, and kept me up to date on the progress of the detail throughout the day. Third, the price is very reasonable and he gave out a loaner car so I didn't have to spend extra money on Uber/Lyft! I think this is a very rare service. I don't know any other detail shop that offer a loaner car while you get your car detailed. Finally, he is super chill and nice. He isn't pushy or try to up-sell you on things. He will educate and inform you so you can make the best decision for your OCD needs rather than being pushed into a service that you are unsure about. I am planning on taking the same minivan for either ceramic coating or sign up for regular clay bar + wax schedule because I think he will also do a great job on the exterior. We took our car to Jerry for full inside and outside detailing. We were given an estimate over the phone and were able to schedule the car two days from the initial phone call. Jerry contacted us the day before dropping off the car to let us the time and location to drop off the car. He promised the car by 5 PM and let me know at 4:30 PM that it was ready to be picked up. Yooo ok .. so I just got a 2006 sequoia. Leather seats has a lot of wear on them, panels had jus built on dirt over the years, carpet was ok... everything was jus dull old dirty. I looked into detailing and prices seems kinda high esp since it's an SUV. So yelp does this thing you can request a quote and sends it out to hella businesses so I had lot of messages.
