I have the unlimited pass for VIP exterior wash which is $39.99 a month. They put a small barcode sticker on your window and they just scan it every visit. I've been pretty happy with it. My biggest complaint is the way the entrance is set up. There are two lanes for cars to pull up. There is no passing lane for cars that are only doing exterior wash. So if I am stuck behind a car that is doing interior wash in front of me I need to wait for them to finish which is a huge waste of time. It's very inefficient. They need to figure out a better system for this. I also wonder each time if they're actually spraying the rainX on my car which should be included. read more

I'm having my car washed right now and paid for the mini detail which is $70. I asked them as they were drying my car if they could do a smell/air freshener. The woman I initially asked pointed to the man behind her gesturing for me to ask him, to which he yelled TWICE that I need to go inside and talk to the cashier. I'm usually asked at the time of paying if I'd like a scent, so for him to yell at me to go inside, when i havent gobe inside yet due to not having a mask, is absurd. He's literally drying a car his response was totally uncalled for, especially considering there are a ton of people pumping gas and could overhear. Totally embarrassing I will never come back. What's worse is this is my 2nd time, and the 1st time they did my seats with dirty water and my car stunk. Thought they would be able to redeem themselves but I guess not. Fingers crossed my car doesn't smell like dirty water again. 1 star because when I came they weren't busy (345PM) and i have to give at least 1 but that's it. Quality of the clean is horrible paid $50 and there are at least 20 spots they missed. The sun dried the vehicle before anyone wiped it dry. They are in too much of an hurry you don't get the service you pay for. Also my vehicle smells horrible now like musty sewer from the water they use. Definitely won't be going back. This place is amazing, I bring my truck and car here a couple of times a month. David and Jose always make sure my vehicles are taken care of. The whole team is great, fast, and efficient, but take the time to make sure you leave happy. I usually go between mini detail for a good clean and maintain it with the executive. It's been a while since I've pampered BabyGirl and God knows how much she needed this. Milpitas Auto Spa WAS the only place I trust to get the job done- efficiently, properly, and affordably. Now I find myself so conflicted... First things first, there have been a few changes that have been implemented: -The cost has gone up about 10-15 bucks or so. -MAS used to be completely hand washed and detailed from start to finish. The washing aspect of the car has now become automated- you drive yourself onto the conveyor and let the machine do its thing. -Service and quality has taken a dive. Due to the wash becoming automated, the employee numbers have become substantially smaller. The machines knock out cleaned cars at a higher rate leaving what few workers they still have to scramble and work harder than they used to. Keep in mind, they are hustling and bustling under the scorching hot sun. The increase in fees wouldn't be an issue if it benefited the hard working guys who keep this place running. Unfortunately, the only person who seems to gain anything is the owner of this establishment. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST 1. If you want exterior and interior, their prices start from $45. You would expect to get 100% handwash in this case. However, it's a mix of machine and hand wash. There are multiple 100% car washes in the area who do a great job for $35. So save your money. 2. Even after paying so much, I didn't feel there was enough time and attention given to my car. There were more than tiny spots. There was tree sap and bird shit drooping on my car that none of them cared to wipe. I literally did not have a single scratch on this car until I brought it here. Milpitas Auto Spa scratched my car! I arrived on 7/21/2021 at 5:45 and requested a $99 car wash and detailing. They declined to do the service because they said the carwash closes at 5:30. So, I had to agree to a $39 service. The service wasn't great, there are so much dust and crumbs left in the folds of the car seats! The surfaces were not wiped at all, the panel was all dusty. The windows were not clean as well, the finger stains left there. I spent at least an hour at home cleaning everything myself. Basically, for $39 you get ONLY the pretty poor car wash (birds poop on the roof and stains on the door stayed there) and pretty poor vacuuming, Comparable to $11-15 auto car wash +$5 vacuum. Not worth the money at all. But just in 1 hour, when I came home, I found that all of my roof was scratched. Good 4 vertical and 3 horizontal scratches. I paid attention that they use ONE SAME RUG for the whole car, maybe they got some gravel in and - Done. Nobody bothered to show me the damage right away. A few years back , I discovered this place and even left a pretty honest and outstanding review with the service I had . I remember being VERY IMPRESSED and since then , I've become quite a regular. Throughout the years , I've had ZERO complaints, great service - whistle clean SUV , very satisfied customer I was! Last January ( I believe) I decided to purchase one of their UNLIMITED PASSES since I've heard great experiences from others who has also participated. Due to COVID , I've limited my visits to try and practice safety measures, I even had a few months where I never took advantage of the unlimited car washes. Today I decided to get a car wash and I was extremely DISAPPOINTED and utterly dissatisfied with the visit. My unlimited pass is $39.99 each month for an exterior wash. I always add an extra $15.00 to have my interior vacuumed. After my SUV was done with the auto- wash cycle, 2 employees started the hand- drying , and in 10-15 minutes, they were calling for attention claiming my SUV was DONE. Normally, this procedure takes about 20-25 minutes because in the past, customers were given the service expected. Not this time. When I reminded and asked if they can WIPE DOWN water drippings from doors and from my trunk, they straight out refused. I was told that they are ONLY RESPONSIBLE to dry out the exterior. They also tried to tell me that the employees vacuuming my interior was responsible for all interiors ( like how can they wipe down wet water drippings if it HASN'T been washed yet ???!!! PLUS Their job is to only do VACUUMING!) . Minutes later another associate ( possibly a supervisor) came out and ALSO relayed the same message to me . I tried to explain my side but she continued ARGUING with me instead, She EVEN added that the fifteen dollars I paid is actually $20.00 since it had just gone up in price YESTERDAY. No where inside or out was there even any sign letting customers know of their PRICE INCREASE.Like I was supposed to know this . Honestly, this is not about the increase of price on anything. It's the principle of the matter, it's all about excellent customer service, if you're a supervisor , and I sure hope you weren't the manager ( who came out and continued arguing with me) , this could have been handled a different way. You FAILED . THIS is about a change that needed to be addressed to all your customers, perhaps post signs or maybe through your website so all your VALUED CUSTOMERS are fully informed of your changes . You FAILED in doing these and this is a result of such negligence. I will be stopping by tomorrow to CANCEL my account. I only wanted a decent car wash...who wants a half baked , Mickey Mouse job ? I've used this service for several years and loved the service until today. I'm totally upset. The woman who took care of my car called out it's done. Pretty surprised because it usually takes much more time than today. I came and first, I saw some leftover, big pieces of white paper on the mirror where they sticked the receipt and removed but didn't clean all the marks & glue. I told her. She used her nails to clean that but I could see it's not that clean. I was not so happy but it's ok. Then, I found some liquid on the carpet, not sure if it's some oil or soap they use to clean the car. I asked her to swipe it off. She did it in very careless way, just to show she did something but actually nothing, and finally the liquid is still there. Fine. I tried to accept that and left. During the way to go home and especially when I got home, I'm mad. Please check the pictures. I think they didn't do anything except vacuum and even the vacuum was not done carefully. Hairs, dust are still there and the women who took care of hand drying/cleaning she didn't do anything. Dirty marks are still there and I'm pretty sure it's just need some wipes to clean those off. And finally, what made me really mad is that the doors, the inner sides, they got serious scratches. What the...!!! My car is not new but it's been taken good care and now, it got serious scratches because that d.. service. It's like they used some stiff bristle to work on it and finally, the door was completely damaged. I want to cry now. I should not give any tip and even should not go there. Bad service ever!!!! Updated after calling service - I called the service and after talking with the manager, trust me, never ever face an unprofessional service like this. He told me the receipt said they are not responsible for any damage. I asked him. Do you mean you can damage customers' cars as long as you want without taking any responsibility. He said yes. I confirmed again and again: You are allowed to damage customers' cars? He said Yes, the receipt said that. WT!!! I said I would report his service. He even challenged me that I didn't know who he is so cannot report.Wow!!! Just see the way the manager handles the issue and you know what kind of service it is. All of my impression about this service was gone. Never come back and i'll alert all of my friends to stay away. Now I need to live with those bad damaged ugly scratches. He even said that i tried to make money. Yes, I knew you would say that for sure because it's the way you do to avoid any responsibility. I'm not that poor to do that and never want to spend some hours/days to involve to trouble. My fault is that I didn't check carefully before leaving. That's because I had never had any problem with the service until today. If it's just about the dirty thing (all the dirts stay at the same place), I'll just go to another service to have it cleaned again. However, there are serious scratches, I never thought a cleaning can cause any scratch. Thanks to Milpitas Auto Spa because they taught me with their service, everything is possible. The manager told me why didn't i say before i left. With your attitude, sir, even if i found out it at that time and claimed before leaving, you would never take responsibility for the scratches. So, what's different? I reported just after 30mins (because of driving) after i left. I'll not have time to make any damage in that short time. And just look at the scratches, any one can say those are new. I did the $34.99 executive car wash twice. Both times they did an ok job. They don't clean the inside surfaces, they just do a quick wipe down for dust, I had to go back over it myself to get some spills cleaned. So I just left here an hour ago and I'm pretty annoyed. I came in on a Thursday around 9:30 and bought the hand wax wash for $120. The service itself took over an hour which is fine if my car comes out clean but it didn't. I have a tiny 2 door convertible so it's pretty easy to clean in a reasonable amount of time. I went out and checked on my car 3 times while waiting inside the gas station. On one of my checks I asked the manager to have the guy washing my car to clean a coffee spill on my center counsel he said it was just a crumb and not a stain, he wiped it with his hand and it's still there... They didn't wipe down my odometer area at all it's still dusty. My rims were quickly wiped and not cleaned between the spokes so there's still grime. They didn't offer air freshener a like most places which was weird. For $120 plus a $10 tip I'm super irritated. I also didn't expect them to take my car through the wash itself since I paid for a hand wash. Annoying. Not wasting my time again. read more

I chose $22.99 package for car wash and also interior cleaning. I would say this is a good package for people who don't really vacuum inside the car. My car was so shining once they cleaned. The interior of my car now is so clean and not dusty. The even washed rubber mat. The best part is that my windshield is clean and clear as they wipe it which used to be little foggy before. Omg Julio is the only reason I stayed in line. This place used to be great but now it's a glorified 7-11 with pumps and car wash. You stay in the car while it goes thru, then you get out of the car and pay extra for them to vacuum. The two spraying the car down could not smile to save their life. Even after I said hi and it's a great day, smile! They looked at me as if they were sniffing shit. Where is the customer service? Where is the good old welcome, have a good day. Looking for a new place to go regularly for a car wash since we're newer to the area and wow this is the most ridiculous car wash I've ever been to. It's $40 if you want your interior touched and this is what you get - nothing cleaned at all on the interior or exterior really. It also was like a 30-40 minute process between the car wash and trying to communicate with the staff . The staff had zero urgency or care to complete the service. There's no communication between the inside and outside crew. I wanted the gas discount and the screen at the pump was bashed in and broken so I went inside to pay. Apparently you can only purchase the bundle at the pump even when the screens don't give you the option. The guy at the car wash said I had to get the gas first, guy inside said I needed to get car wash first, had to move my car 3 times between gas pump and wash and then had to get gas after the wash, go inside to tell the guy I was pumping gas and when finished, go back inside to be refunded for the discount because it couldn't be applied beforehand.
