First time here and last time. $30 car wash and the worst inside cleaning ever. I had to show the cleaners what to do Really for $30 .. I wouldn't go back for $3

Terrible job and service! Not sure if under new ownership, but the crew is all Asian, nothing against them, however, no one spoke English. I paid $55 for hand wash. The hand wash was very poor, still had areas where there was dirt and dust, my front wheels still had brake dust and dirt that I could easily wipe off with my finger. The interior was still dusty all over my dashboard, Had a pet hair in the seat, creases, and the leather parts still had traces of easily removable dirt. It wasn't even bad to begin with as I get my car washed weekly if not every other week. I tried pointing this out a couple of times then just gave up. Their response clearly told me they don't care about their sloppy work. Never coming back!

My car wheel RIM got damaged after the car wash. I have been using them for about 2years overall the car wash was okay. You get what you pay for. Even after the premium car wash I will notice certain areas will not be cleaned well and have to point out and make them clean. Thing went okay until I took my new car into the car wash. I noticed the car wheel had damages for which I had to pay $225 to get it fixed (since it was leased car).

Clean off the Benz. Then wax it....

Inexpensive. They vacuum well. They clean with dirty towels so after 3 times coming here. I expected better for my money. Better for just getting dirt offvyour car or truck. That's it. Basic wash for $15. If you want a cleaned car drive 1 mile down the road, pay $17 and get properly serviced. Room for improvement. Left a thin film of streaks on the paint from dirty overused unwashed towels. Use microfiber. Good luck with improvements. Fast service.

Stains in the cup holder

For a $30 plus a tip, this car wash this was the biggest waste of money anyone can ever spend on a car was! Water spots on the outside, water streaks on the inside, they didn't vacuum the backseat or the cup holders, they didn't wipe the interior and they didn't wipe the streaks off the windows and mirrors. Avoid this place, drive through car washes are better than these people here. No offense to the workers there but they just work like they don't care at all.

Once the wash is finished, you'll need to make an immediate right turn to enter the parking lot where the vacuum stations are located. All washes come with access to free vacuums, towels, and cleaning sprays. The vacuums were powerful and had no trouble picking up tiny and small debris in the car. If the vacuum stations are full, you'll need to park on the opposite side of the parking stalls and wait for an attendant to guide you to a vacuum station once one becomes available.

Went on $23 Thursday, $7 off the $30 Extreme wash price around 4pm. No wait…read more Staff to help at the pay station and to help you guide your car into the wash. Around 3 bays open in the vacuum area, you have to exit the car wash, go on the main road then go into the drive to the car wash to get to the vacuum area. Have an Hyundai Elantra, the car wash didn't wash the rear window and bumper well, had to hand wash when I got to the vacuum area. Didn't have the disinfectant and window spray at my bay but borrowed the bottles next to my bay. Plenty of clean towels at the bottom of the collection box but they are damp, thankfully they don't smell of mildew. Staff is good about picking up the used microfiber towels and refilling the bottles. Minimal scent on both. You vacuum you own floor mats at the vacuum area. I wish they had a mat cleaning machine like other car washes. You just feed it through a machine at the top and it rolls out the bottom. I want to go on Wednesday and get a buy one and get one free on the Extreme wash. That looks like a good deal. W San Carlos is a busy street, takes a while to enter and leave. Less than a mile from Hwys 87 and 280. I would use the car wash again.
