Review of the car wash (haven't used the gas pumps nor convenience store). Cheap touchless car wash. Always a line... average of 5 minutes per car ahead of you in line. They have long brushes for you to pre-scrub while waiting. The machine kiosk at the front takes credit card payments.... It has only been broken one time we have come.... But that ONE person who didn't bother noticing the 10 signs posted around before getting to the front stalled the whole process and extra 15+ minutes just for that ONE car to eventually figure out that they had to go inside to purchase the wash since the kiosk wasn't working!! (The employee who they eventually flagged down had no clue either.) My kids love seeing the bubbles, especially the rainbow foam! read more

Good gas station in the area with some of the best prices. Nearby can be ten cents or more per gallon. I've never gone inside so I can't say anything about that, but it's always been a good gas station. The only thing is the contactless payment never works for me but it's ok. My go to gas station, and Touchless car wash. What I appreciate at this gas station is that it's always looking very clean, and they have stickers over the card readers to make sure that the machine hasn't been tampered with. The gas here is cheaper than other nearby options, and it can get busy early in the morning so I suggest going at night as it's always quieter. The Touchless car wash is really good too, be sure to take your time going through the air dryer and use all those seconds on the timer at the end or you might have to use a microfiber to get the rest of the water spots off your car. Inside is always clean and employees are helpful. This place is always bustling for a good reason! read more

Beware of pumping your gas here! Especially if you're going to use a credit card. They charge you $1 for pumping if you don't go into the store. The only reason why they do that is because the store wants to look like their customer volume is high! Tip: if using a debit card, and it ask if it's credit or debit, ALWAYS hit credit, otherwise it tells you to go into the store. read more

I'd prefer to come here over the 7-Eleven in this area, as they are always cleaner, more courteous to the customer and generally have less people hanging out in front of the store with nothing to do except loiter. I like that the staff members are constantly staying busy, anytime you come here you can expect to see someone stocking shelves, sweeping up messes or mopping to get rid of any junk that may accumulate on the floor as foot traffic increases. read more

I've used both the gas station as well as the Touchless Car Wash. Depending on the time of day, there could be a line waiting for both gas and the car wash. I really liked the Touchless Car Wash as it thoroughly cleans my car of any dirt, grime or pollen. I do wish that the drying cycle was a bit longer. read more

This RR has higher gas prices on average, so I'm more of a fan of the car wash. You can pay for the wash, $12 for the best option, via credit card at the kiosk before driving in. You can also pay for a wash inside the store at the register (and redeem with a coupon code at kiosk). The wash itself is very good and thorough, but takes about 5 min per car; given this, you can end up waiting awhile if there's a long time. The dryer part at the end of the wash is slightly confusing, too, imo. You're supposed to partially leave, but still stay to have the drying finish. Meanwhile, the next person is coming in for the wash behind you. Overall a good deal though! read more

I always thought Rotten Robbie was a low grade, cheap gas station until I started driving company fleet trucks and this is where all the commercial drivers get their diesel gas. I also come here for regular gas and it is fantastic! Great prices and clean dispensers (in the public, non commercial area). I used the car wash today and selected the top $12 package. My car wasn't particularly dirty, with last wash a month ago. The car came out out of the wash and still had a remaining dust layer all over the hood and other surfaces. I brought towels to dry the car and the towel was black after drying. I understand that there is residue in the corners and crevices, but this was on flat areas in the middle of the hood. Before the wash I wiped off some bird poop, and these areas were visibly cleaner than the rest of the car. You could still write your name in the dust on the hood. I loved the idea of the touch less wash, but this was the least clean car I have ever gotten out of any car wash. read more

Cleaning is excellent, it's the drying that's the issue. There is no conveyer for you to dry your car ... it's just bunch of blowers pointed at you. So you need to time yourself and your car's position to dry the entire vehicle. By the time the front of my car was done drying, the back of the car was still wet. If you're getting this car wash, make sure to have your own drying towels. You'll need to wipe down your car after it - can't just rely on blowers. read more

The only have arms which go around and rinse the car with soap then water. You have to manually scrub the car first for this to work. I came here to get a car wash and check my tire pressure. The air pump hose was broken, so I did not get to use it. Just did the basic car wash. The car wash is a touchless system. Rather than whacking your car with spinning brushes or having someone rub your car down by hand with a cloth used to clean 500 other cars before you, the touchless car wash only sprays water and various soaps at your car with high pressure. It will clean light dirt without scratching your paint. However, it is less effective at removing bugs and stuck on dirt, because there is no physical scrubbing. There are buckets with water and a brush before the car wash where you can scrub the more stubborn dirt. These brushes and the water are filthy, do not use them!!! Either use your own at home or go to a more complete car wash service. I did the basic wash, which is just water, soap, rinse, and blow dry. There were some bugs left behind, because there is no physical scrubbing, but most dirt was removed and the car was shiny and spotless. The car wash takes credit cards. The best part is that it was only $7! read more

The gas and market are great. I also love that the self-serve vacuum is only a dollar and stays on for a solid 5 minutes; it really lets you do a good job going over your car. I've done the car wash twice: once gold, once bronze. Both times, my car has immediately come out with streaks, spots, and even some dirt on it. Unless you only care about cleaning the windows, the car wash is absolutely not worth it (although it's super cheap), but otherwise, this place is awesome! read more

On the back sdie of Levi's Stadium, and right near my buddies house, this is much more than a gas station. They have a large selection of food, including produce, a huge cold beer room, a carwash, and an outdoor seating area to eat. Great for before or after a concert or game. This gas station is very easy to get in and out of even during the rush of all the pumps being used. It does not happen that often, but I have been there at times. there are plenty of pump to use so you can always find one available and when they are all being used, you know somebody will be done shortly. This station is clean and well kept up, and they have been around as long as I can remember. The air works, the pumps seams to always work, and the drinks are cold. I always notice this place from the train near the Santa Clara Great America station, only because they have a huge "Touch Free Car Wash $6" banner and the touchless car wash places I went to up until this point are over 20 minutes away from home. So I stopped by the other day and got their $10 wash. Not sure about the previous reviewer but it did a great job with my car. The nozzle bars are a little different from the usual Laserwash 4000s I'm used to; there are two bars that work symmetrically instead of the usual single bar that does full laps around your car. I don't know what I would do without this little store that is so convenient. They have good sales on energy drinks and other drinks. Most items in the store are not over priced for a convenience store. The people that work there are really friendly and helpful. What I like is that I can get cash back on my ATM instead of using the ATM machine which means that I don't have to pay any fees and I can get whatever amount I want.. it doesn't have to be in $20's. Of course, I could do that at the grocery store too but I could never get in and out this quick. Heck, it takes 20 minutes just find a parking spot at Rivermark (but that's another story!) They always have at least 2 checkers all the time so the line moves fast. Recently, I had a slow leak in my tire so until I got it fixed, I had to keep getting air all the time. This Rotten Robbie is the only place I know of that doesn't have coin-op air. So, you don't have to take the time to walk in and ask someone to turn it on (or to have to be told no cuz you didn't buy any gas). You actually just walk up and push the button! I usually go to Costco for my gas because it's cheaper, but I was planning on getting a car wash today anyway so it was more convenient to just get gas here and pay the 34 cent difference. The last time I got a car wash here, it was in my mom's midsize car because we were about to go on a road trip and the thing was filthy. A short $6 car wash later, her car was impressively clean! I usually hand-wash my car, but that kinda work is a bit more uncomfortable during the winter, so I made a note to come back with my compact car next time I needed a wash. Today I went in, paid for the same $6 wash, drove home, parked my car, and got out to find TONS of dirt, below knee level, still there. Now, my car wasn't exceptionally dirty. Just the usual stuff you get from driving in the rain. In retrospect, I should have taken a picture but my OCD got the better of me and I had to make it spotless ASAP. You could see lines toward the bottom half of the car where the machine had sprayed your car, leaving lines of dirt in between. This place has reasonable prices in terms of gas; way cheaper than the Shell station down the street @ Lafayette & Clyde - recommend NO ONE get gas at that insanely expensive station. In terms of the car wash, I would only recommend it if you had a midsize or larger car. read more
