This gas station is a joke never have i ever been refused air it's literally free. The man was rude and tried to say it's not his fault but regardless it is free via CA state law. Do not recommend this gas station EVER. And from the looks of previous reviews it's been an ongoing thing. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST! They have credit card skimmers at the pumps! I tried to let the old Asian man inside the little office but he didn't speak English and didn't seem to care what I had to report. Over $2000 was charged on my account! I suspect that the tamale stand next to it had something to do with it since in very close proximity. ZERO STARS . am normally patient but this gas station and the male asian attendant today 7/15 at 9am was simply incompetent. I could not use my card directly on the pump so I paid him $30 . He proceeded to try to replace his receipt roll for about 15 mins and could not authorize me to use. When he said to go ahead, the pump asked for payment again! I asked many times to please transfer to another pump or to just cancel, as I was driving back to LA and wanted to get back on the fwy, but the attendant was not helpful. I had to walk away coz he couldnt help me at all and there were other people trying to buy gas! I was there for 20 mins!!! Geez!!! Now I have to dispute a $30 charge. This gas station is expensive compared to several others right near by. And what do they do with the extra money they charge? Who knows, but they certainly don't spend it on fixing the legally required air and water station. They did provide a hand written sign that it was broken, but that sign is months old. I would give this gas station a no star at all but I have to pick a star at least. I came here today around noon and the gas working (old man) started to scream at me for no reason. I just asked to 20$ fill. I am deaf! He threw my card back at me and when I took my card back to leave he came out of that little room screaming at me. He was so rude. Don't ever go there! Don't buy gas from this stingy asshole. I had been buying gas here regularly because it is on my way to work. Stopped by tonight and thought I'd air up my tires, so I asked them to turn on the air. Never have I been turned down for air at a gas station, after all I thought it was the law that they have to provide air regardless of whether you pay for gas. Had a flat tire with two children in my car and asked if I could please get some air for the flat tire and they said I could not without the purchase of gas. I drive a tesla so that was not an option. I offered to by enough candy so they could turn the air pump on but they refused that too. Never been refused air before. My tire was low on air. I stopped by the Union 76 on Scott and El Camino Real in Santa Clara. I asked the old man in the booth to turn it on. He demanded that I either put quarters in the pump or I must buy something. I explained that its California law to provide air. He started screaming and pointing to the sign on the window (photo attached). So, I decided to put gas although I don't need it to make a point. I put $0.30 worth. Then I showed him the receipt (Photo Attached). He started insulting and screaming at me, saying something like "...that this is not a purchase." I told him the sign reads to show him a receipt for gas, it does not say a minimum purchase required. Speaking a different language and pointing at the sign, he kept screaming louder and louder. This old man has to be the rudest and most unprofessional #$@#@@#^% I have ever met (photo attached). We ended up going to ARCO down the street and they gladly turned the air for us. I recommend anyone reading this to avoid that gas station by all means possible, to teach that rude owner/manager how to treat customers. read more

Had to turn my car around pump gas, and then ask for air after arguing and promises and an offer to hold onto my cash payment as good faith so I could fill air first! Well, let's see what kind of review I can give this gas station. I will say that the people here working this morning, were running around, but that was because the credit card systems that let's us all use the pump as a credit card machine was not working, or it was trying to connect and they were trying to catch up. Whatever the reason, the people were friendly and helpful. If you find yourself needing some gas and want to do it quick, this is a good place to show up to. I do know this station has been around for a while, and some of the pavement shows it with the oils and dirt on the pavement. I wish this was a place that was special, but it is a gas station. The main reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of the employees working the day I showed up. read more

Service station attendant at 10-27-2013 09:40am. My wife and two kids needed air for the minivan and were going on the freeway. It was dangerously low and the light indicator on the van also indicated this. The attendant said "you have to buy gas from here if you are a customer." Quite frankly, I am appalled at this comment. What kind of customer service is this to leave a motorist with a dangerous condition. My wife went back to the attendant and asked for his name. He indicated my name isXXXX.XXX what? Just XXX He said I will charge you $1.00 dollar for the service? After that he gave in and turned on the air to fill up one tire only. BEWARE: FRAUDULENT PRICING I have visited this location before, but on my visit today I overheard one customer complaining to the attendant on duty about the price he was charged being different than the signage. When I finished pumping my gas, I checked, and sure enough, I was charged 5 cents more per gallon than both the signage and the pump were advertising. I live nearby and used to stop here frequently. I would fill up my truck and my wife's car. I stopped to put air in my tires and asked the attendant to turn on the compressor. He refused unless I bought some gas. I told him I buy gas there twice a week, but still no. I asked for the owner of the gas station business card or phone number to discuss the air policy. I live behind this gas station and frequently pump gas here. I've purchased gas from the attendant inside numerous times. 1/8/14 aprox 2pm, I came here to fill a scooter tire and kindly asked him if I can use the air, He responded "Yes go put money in the machine" in a very rude manner.
