I came this morning to fill my tank up and the payment pad was acting up, I had entered my card, pin and was waiting for authorization. That was about a full minute and I noticed my card was locked in. So I gestured to the cashier lady and she gestured to come to her, which I did. Immediately she copped a bad attitude which was shocking as I was not at fault. She came at me saying when you continually press buttons it's going to stay locked. Assuming I was messing with it! I said I entered my pin and was waiting for authorization and she looked at her little computer and said, no I did not. Ummm I know what I did!!! Dumbfounded at the bad attitude, costumer service and even GASLIGHTING. I will not be spending another dime here. Note that the car wash does not have the roller that cleans the hood and roof of your vehicle. The person hand drying at the end, i feel could use some help at busier hours. As sometimes the vehicle doesn't get too dry The vacuums were great, and the mat cleaner was good. The location where the vacuums are could be alittle bigger as getting out can be alittle difficult but they are limited in space due to the gas station. Overall pretty great value for the price. They offer Fast Pay which is contactless payment. They also had napkins which I grabbed to pick up the pump and fuel up. I used another napkin to press the pin pad and use my Safeway rewards (Gotta stay safe during this pandemic)! I got a good price per gallon after I entered my #. I added a car wash and immediately regretted it when I saw the line was about 8 cars long. While I waited I called the store to see if they were allowing customers to use their restroom. The cashier said yes and I went in (I've noticed many business don't allow customers in their restrooms and I get it it's a sanitation issue but I'm definitely going to stop at a place that will have access to restrooms. It's a basic need). I grabbed a quick snack w my kiddo and went back inside the car to wait. The wait to get the car wash was well over an hour. It took even longer when the car in front of me could not reverse back as he had gone too far forward to start the car wash. The driver refused to just pull out and a woman got out of the car inside the car wash and went to get help.
