She knew all the camper shells and everything about all the tonneau covers - how much they weigh, how they are mounted, price, materials, everything, and she knows all the trucks, truck models, which shells fit each year, and I know that because I asked her about my current truck, and a 2019 I was thinking of buying, as well as others. She knows her inventory, I needed a T-handle for my old shell and she knew she had one in stock. I was very impressed. Extremely knowledgable, very pleasant and nice to talk to, and very considerate. I called around and other shops said "Good luck finding that." I called Shell Land and they said "We have two" and sent me some pics of what they had. So I stopped in and bought one. Javier is the man there I asked him for a bedliner for my uncle's 05 Silverado he quoted me a very fair price from the beginning and told me the installation would take only 10 mins. The only thing i had to do was pay a 50 dollar deposit prior to the installation which ultimately went towards paying the full price of the bedliner and i need it to call him a day or two ahead so he could order it which I did. Things couldn't ve gone any smoother the very next day a very nice lady called me to let me know the bedliner was in to bring my uncles truck for the install the installation took less than 10 minutes true professionals Javier and his team the price charged was the price discussed the day before over the phone and the offIce lady spoke Spanish which was a plus since my uncle only speaks spanish. These people do the very minimum for their customers! Once you pay, if problems arise, you're on your own! They will not fix or make right what they did wrong in the first place. They try to convince you it's correct (as if you don't know any better). My Dad purchased a rack from them. It wasn't installed securely and when he went back to ask them to try to fix it because it didnt sit right on his truck, they weren't interested in making it right and tried to convince him sitting off center was the correct. We ordered over the phone, providing the VIN and model decal and unfortunately the wrong shell was sent. I am not sure how it got messed up but they reordered it and got the right one in.
