Walked in here an felt like I was interrupting a private conversation. Employees didn't even greet us at the door. They made trying to shop in here unbearable, employees talking so loud basically yelling for everyone to hear their conversation. I stopped by this Autozone location after work to get a new air filter and cabin air filter. Davian had a short line but helped each person with a friendly demeanor and as efficiently as possible. I went here to simply test my vans battery. Not only did they test it, and it was dead but they gave me a good deal on a replacement and even installed it for me even though it wasn't easy to do. I thought I had to go to Pep Boys and have them install it and pay for the labor. Not at Auto Zone. Art and his crew were extremely kind and professional. First and last time there. Awful customer service. Made me feel so unwelcome & disrespected. I Will NEVER come back. An Older gentlemen with glasses who charge me took it upon himself to start talking about me as I was leaving. Saying something about "how he hates it when people don't talk" to the younger guy who showed up at the cashier later. First of all, I was never asked if I needed help, I wasn't even acknowledged & Waited 10min to be helped in line when there was no one at the register. I stood in line and waited to be helped until the older gentlemen showed up with a customer he was helping in one of the isle. When he was done with them i went up to the register & he charged me. The only words exchange was my total and me thanking him when he gave me my receipt. Extremely unprofessional. Customers are who keep places open & employed. And there is never a reason to talk bad about a customer infront of them period. read more

The good Lord sent an angel my way this afternoon. Y'all know my eyesight ain't what is used to be, I got an F on my last eye exam and your boy cheated so what does that tell you. Bottom line is this , my headlights on my Kia were like me eyes, burned out. Thank goodness for their store manager Amanda though, she was one tough cookie who wouldn't quit until the job was done and not only done, done right. Ordered brakes, waited two days for my order and was given the wrong brakes tried to return the brakes and was given an awful time by staff who would not give me a refund had my receipt was told I had to comeback the next day to speak to the manager, and I was like Ruben you are the manager, the way they treat customers sucks. Now I like autozone but the way that manager dealt with me was very disappointing, then to go back to the same store the next day and have a totally different experience, and to find out that my brakes were there all the time all Ruben had to do was look. read more

I was glad to see a autoparts store reopen near me. used them a few times and ordered a part online through their website, since I did not want to pay the price my mechanic wanted and autozone had good pricing, turned out my mechanic threw me a curve and I had to return it. AutoZone gave me a refund with no hassle even though it was an electronic item and sometimes they can be iffy on stuff like that. so they have a happy customer read more

Best customer service I've seen in years. Total serendipity. My husband & I ended up here because the alternator belt on our car blew and needed to get replaced, because we were on the freeway AAA had us towed as far as we could, which was 7 miles to this Auto Zone. Mind you, we actually live in Fullerton so we're a ways away from home. With my husband myself and my two little boys the man at the front desk, Thomas, was so helpful and caring about our needs it really made us feel relieved. Though, he was working and couldn't help us physically replace the belt he called a coworker who had been off who was willing to come down and help us. Thomas, was so generous he even bought my two year old a thing of pringle's because he was screaming for it. When Issac came down to help us, he spent some time and effort in helping us fix the problem and was so kind and knowledgeable it put our minds at ease. After the shop closed, we were still in the parking lot working on the car and Thomas came out to us to help finish get the job done. He helped jump start our car and we were finally good to head on back home. Don't know what we would've done without their hospitality we truly are thankful for both their service. Biggest shout out to this store who knows how to hire people with real customer service. Thanks again so much Thomas and Issac. Purchased a can of freon for my vehicle. Turned out it wasn't the correct can for my Honda. Tried connecting it in the parking lot for 30 minutes decided to go back in for them to tell me it was the incorrect can. No problem yet, until I asked to return the can and the heavy set man said I could not return it. When I asked why he said I broke the seal. There is no seal on these cans. He said to wait and went around the shelves to ask his manager. The manager said no I could not return it. The heavy set man proceeded to attend other customers completely leaving me unattended. Horrible customer service. Decided to return the can at a different auto zone. No questions asked there. This auto zone lost a customer due to this horrible experience. Rather drive an extra mile to the Norwalk Town Square auto zone at least they're courteous there. read more
