I attempted to select NO, but it registered YES. I tried to cancel but couldn't, and no price was displayed. I selected the most basic option and later discovered I had been charged $18. I immediately went inside and asked for a refund. The attendant refused and told me to call/text a number. I called, left a voicemail, and texted. I eventually received a generic response blaming "user error" and denying the refund, even though I had clearly tried not to purchase the wash. For an $18 charge that I immediately disputed, this could have been handled very easily with good customer service. Instead, I was ultimately ignored. The station is convenient, but after this experience, I won't be buying gas here again.
